My family and I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Central Austin. We booked for two nights as a military family. We did not receive (1)minute of housekeeping attention to that room. We ran out of towels and ended up re-using wet towels while we were there in spite two personal visits to the front desk. At one point during our stay a housecleaning employee pushed her cart into the public elevator and had me pinned against the glass literally and without a word to me lol. I was told that a military discount would be applied and am still on the phone with them about that. I normally stay Embassy Suites and am a fan of their chain but this one felt like I was staying at a Motel 6!!! (minus the cost... of course)

My husband travel quite often. I am able to travel with him many of the time which is a blessing. He is a Diamond Hilton Honor member so we seek out these hotels. Two years in a row while staying at the Embassy Suites in San Juan(Isla Verde) our experience has been extremely poor. We left early left year and thought that perhaps they have made improvements so we gave it another shot. Wow, was that a mistake. We called the front office because: 1. broken sofa 2. broken refrigerator 3. broken crib(we have our granddaughter) 4. no television service 5. Hotel staff coming into my room when there is a DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door... Really?!?!? So irritated ....Not sure how to be compensated but this experience was way over the top.

Why is this hotel running out of things like, soap, cups, coffee, and shampoo. We don't have enough linen to fill the rooms as needed!!! Seems like if this is a billion dollar company would at least have these's on hand. Now the Embassy in Oklahoma City has no soap, cups, shampoo, and the maids have to deal with this on a daily bases. It's a shame to say.... the customer suffers from this!!!! Something has to change here!!!! It's to the point where most of the maids don't even want to come to work, we never have the supplies that we need to make sure the customer has in their room..why is this? And been told that Joe over Housekeeping gets a cut back if she don't use the money up on supplies???? If this is true.... you guys really need to look at this more closely!!!!! This is a same, 5 star hotel that cant even supply the rooms with what they pay for. As of today, i'm sure most of the personal are going to ask the customers to email you on this matter.... we have no choice, no one in Housekeeping higher mangt is listening, and this is going on week after week! Please look into this matter... someone's pocket is getting filled up with funds and it's not the hotel!

I stayed in the Embassy Suites on Jan 28-31 2011 in Hampton Va. My husband and 5 children we enjoyed our stay until it was time to sleep. Need to say that they book childrens B-day parties and there were at least 100 kids running through the hotel. Now later that night the room next to us TV was so loud that we could not sleep. Complained but no response of getting any help. The next morn at check out I got the hotel bill we were billed for several movies that we could not have watched considering me and the family were at the pool.I asked of the charges stated that they could only take one of the movies off. Asked to speak with management and didn't allow me. So I called the next day and he was rude and the problem has not been taken care of as of this day. I have spoken with guest services in Dallas and they try to pacife you with emails. And they never hold to the there word. My credit card has still been charged. The ones in guest services is and was Dana Sirls and Debra Smith all are rude but nice. So if you ever stay in the Embassy Suites in Hampton Va check your bill and make sure there are not alot of Birthday parties going on. Thank You Desseri Newman Hampton, Va 23666

ON MAY 21,2011, WE ATTENDED A VERY SPECIAL BANQUET AT HE EMBASSY SUITES IN NORMAN, OK. THIS WAS THE TOP 100 STUDENTS OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA. O.U. PRESIDENT WAS THE MC. THE MAYOR OF NEW YORK CITY WAS THE SPEAKER. THERE WAS SEVERAL HUNDRED PEOPLE ATTENDED. AS A PROUD GRANDPARENT, BEFORE EVERYTHING BEGAN, I WENT TO THE LADIES ROOM. THERE WAS NO TOILET TISSUE AND THE URIN SMELL WAS TERRIBLE. I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK TO TELL THEM. SOMEONE HAD REPORTED TO THEM BEFORE I GOT THERE. IF THE LADIES WAS LIKE THAT, WHAT WAS THE MEN'S LIKE? I NEVER COMPLAIN LIKE THIS BUT YOU NEED TO BE AWARE. I FEEL LIKE WHEN THERE IS A LARGE EVENT LIKE THIS, THERE NEEDS TO BE AN ATTENDENT ON DUTY. THANK YOU, SHARON CHAMBERLAIN 22174 N. COUNTY ROAD 3350 WYNNEWOOD, OK. 73098

I stayed at the embassy suites hotel in Portland, OR from 4-28-11 to 4-30-11. It was one of the worst experiences I ever had at what they want to call a high end hotel! There were many hidden fees that were not mentioned. They wrongfully charged us wich in turn froze my acount and caused me three hours of inconvenience to fix! On top of that, the front desk employee( who claimed to be the manager when I asked for one)spoke down to me and my husband the whole time. He was insulting, rude, and had the worst customer service I had ever dealt with. During our comfrence they took the food away from us before we were done, gave us a time limit during our speeches where if we went over they would turn on the air conditioner to get us to leave, and they only gave us 1 craft of hot water and 3 crafts of coffee for a party of about 175 people. Then when we arrived to our room, three and a half hours after we arrived due to it not being ready, they were very upset with me asking for an extra blanket! I strongly suggest against going to this hotel! Not only will you be over charged, you will be insulted and apalled at service you recieve!

My son, his girl friend and I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Lake Tahoe March 24th through March 27th. I have stayed at other Embassy Suites and have always been pleased with my stay. However this time was different. First of all the room was not very clean. Secondly the room was never cleaned or supplies replenished throughout our whole stay except when we finally called housekeeping to get some more towels on our last night there. When the housekeeper brought the towels she just entered the room with her key without knocking. We were in the backroom watching TV and heard someone in the front room so my son went out there and found the housekeeper standing there with our towels. And thirdly, on our last night there we had our digital camera & ipod stolen. I have had multiple phone & email conversations with the manager, Cara Sweeney, about this and have gotten no where with resolving the problem. She says that they can tell what key cards are used for entering the room but she can not reveal the information from their investigation to me. I find that rather funny since it was my room that I paid for & my stuff stolen. Also she said the insurance company would contact me but have yet to hear from them. It's not so much the actual items that were taken but the memories on my camera that have been taken from me. I guess my next step is to make a police report & then get a lawyer involved so that we can see the results of the investigation. I really would have expected more cooperation & results by now. We stayed at your Embassy Suites at the Galleria in Houston a month or so ago. We will not go back. The pool was filthy, absolutely filthy! The comp breakfast was not available until 30 minutes after the stated serving time, and then only some things were available. We love ES, but this one will be cut from our list.

My granddaughter, hew cousin and I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Dublin, OH. The kids had a great time. It was a Family Fun night and even though it was not what I expected, it was a nice place to stay. Having the package deal made it a great experience. However----- We had to wait hours for Housekeeping to bring up towels. They overcharged me, never took the deposit off my credit card, and I have spent two days trying to get it straigtened out, with numerous calls to the hotel. They treat me like I'm a pest, and I'll be checking daily to make sure I get the credit back to my credit card that I was overcharged. Not sure it's worth all of the hassle...

Twice when we have stayed at the Embassy Suites I-44 in Tulsa, I have left something. The first time it was a new skirt with the price tag still attached. The last time (last month) I left my leather jacket. It was two weeks before I realized it was missing. Both times I called the Embassy and asked about my missing item. They had it in safe keeping. I want to compliment Diane Vallejo (head housekeeper) and her staff for their integrity. The housekeeper who cleaned our room could easily have picked up my jacket and skipped with it, but she didn't. She turned it in to lost and found. I am impressed! I apprciate the Embassy's clean suites and awesome breakfast buffet, but even more I feel safe staying where I can trust people. And that's the Embassy Suite I-44 in Tulsa. WOULD LIKE TO BOOK YOUR NEW UPDATED EMBASSY SUITES IN WALTHAM, MASS. MAY 20-22, 2012 . OUR GRANDSON IS GRADUATING BOSTON COLLEGE AND WANT TO BE SURE WE HAVE 2 ROOMS. WE STAYED AT THIS LOCATION NOV. 22, 2010 WHEN IT WAS THE DOUBLETREE CHAIN AND LOVED THE LOCATION. PLEASE ADVISE

Corporate, On 01/02/2010 I booked a room at the Embassy Suites Hotel in San Marcos, TX at a group rate . The agency I work for received a group rate for two weeks. I was sharing a room a fellow employee. I was charged a total of $400 for 01/02/2010. The next following day on 01/03/2010 I was charged an additional $300 for the week. After checking my credit card status it was then I noticed I was overcharged. I then contacted the front desk clerk and they made the correction. The nightmare continued, the following week when I checked in on 01/09/2010 I was told by another employee that the front desk clerk personnel advised there was something wrong with my credit card and I would have to check with them to correct it. On 01/13/2010 I spoke to a front desk clerk and he advised me I would have to make the difference which was on my state issued credit card. I asked him if I could pay the difference with my personal credit card and he told me I could and it would be a total difference of $175. He gave me a receipt showing it was paid. The following day when I checked out I contacted my bank and noticed a total of $426.50 was taken out of my account to Embassy Suites. I then returned to the front desk clerk after leaving the hotel and asked the manager if they could make the correction. Not only did they charge me $426.50 out of my personal account, but also charged a total of $269.00 on my state issued credit card. Again, I was told by the manager and a hotel clerk it would be corrected before the end of the day. After contacting my bank and allowing them to talk to the front desk clerk in order for them to drop the hold of $426.50, the hotel staff reassured me they would correct their mistake. on 01/15/2010 acting on my instincts and making sure the hotel had made good on their promise, again I was flabbergasted to find out Embassy Suites submitted a $414 bill out of my personal account and kept a hold of $269 on my state issued credit card. I contacted the hotel immediately and after speaking to the same hotel clerk,"Catalyn" I believe her name was she advised me she would speak to the manager, "Carol" and get back with me. I was then told by her she could not do anything about it until my bank accepted the changes pending the charges of the transactions. This was on Saturday, the bank is closed on Saturday afternoon, Sunday and then the following Monday is a Holiday. Needless to say, not everyone's bank account holds an abundance of money to make up for someones( Embassy Suites)elses mistakes. I was not dissapointed on my stay as far as comfort and all the hotel as to offer, but as far as my "billing horror" is concerned I don't think I can ever handle another experience like that. My company was contacted by the embassy suites in Brunswick, Ga. to clean via pressure washing, many large areas of the Hotel to include the kitchen area. This detail consumed approximately eight hours of which was conducted after hours. The detail was beyond miserable for reasons such as mother nature and the kitchen within the Hotel had never been cleaned, literally! It was totally disgusting and this is placing words politely. This detail was conducted approximately 70 days ago and our company has yet to be paid for the hard work and dedication that my employess displayed. Management and all in house personnel was ecstatic over the final results. Long story short, management has advised my wife and I that The Embassy Suites Corporate Office is horrible in paying their invoices. I have made numerous phone calls to the home office with absolutely no answers on payment to us. The home office has advised that they are paying their mortgage and payroll before any other payments. Also, this same office advised me that payments are made in order of importance. WOW! We are not a large company, just a small family owned local business. I was injured in the line of duty in 2005 and need NO PITY... I am planniing to run for office here in Brunswick and have noted that the majority of patrons to the local Embassy Suites are from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. I can assure you that I will do my very best to alleviate this location from F.L.E.T.C. personnel. Thank you for reading my paragraph listed above. Embassy Suites DO NOT VOTE FOR ME, you may find yourself out of work. Wynn

My wife and I have used Embassy Suite Hotels for over 20 years. We use to think of the concept as one of the best in the hotel business. The company has changed. My wife and I were very excited about the opening of the new San Antonio Rivers walk hotel. However, We were extremely dissapointed after visting the hotel yeaterday. I wanted to explore the facility as a posibile headquarters to host a six college battle of the band event to be held in February 2012. I was extremely disipointed in the hotel staff attitude and environment. It was anti-American. It appeared to be designed to foreigners. Disney World is hosting a Meac & Swac college football game that will draw thousands. Your hotel is limiting your service to foreigners. Your are missing a grand oppertunity by limiting your concept. I did not see one african american employee staff member during my visit. I guess that I will have to take my business to other San Antonio Hotels. glhice@aawhc.com

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Tulsa OK. I booked two rooms and upon my arrival I learned the pool was out of order. I was hosting a bday party and the focus was going to be swimming. I asked the manager to comp one of the rooms because I was going to have to provide alternative entertainment for the group. I was told no and he could help me find another hotel. I was upset because it was too short of a notice to notify the birthday invitees. The next morning when I went down to get the cooked to order omelet. The chef was preparing the food without gloves. He said their weren't any gloves. The head chef gave him some yellow dishwashing gloves to use. He used them for awhile and then took them off and proceeded as usual. This is the only Embassy in Tulsa and this will be the last time I will stay here again...What a waste!!

I stayed at the Embassy Suites Hotel in San Marcos, Texas for a conference. Do not stay at this hotel if you value your safety. My friend and I had jewelry and items taken from our room totaling nearly $500 on the last day we were there. The General Manager did an investigation on his own which consisted of interviewing the person who cleaned our room (who happened to be a temporary employee, they do not even use Embassy Suites hotel staff) and this person said "they did not do it" which basically meant it was our word againt theirs so as far as he was concerned the case was closed. I contacted the San Marcos PD and got a police report and more investigation and they said they had break in complaints before from this hotel. There are NO SECURITY CAMERAS installed for hotel guest corridors so they don't really know who comes and goes out of your room. I will never go back to this hotel for safety reasons.

I stayed at the embassy suites in Irvine,CA from Saturday Nov.6-Tuesday Nov. 9th. I have nothing, but good things to say. There was a bit of a mixup with my reservation, but Paul stepped up and took care of it for me. The shuttle driver ( I didn't catch his name) was very friendly as well. The breakfast was fantastic. The restaurant Ha'penny Pub was also very good. The location was nice and I didn't have to drive far to get to places. The staff made excellent recommendations and were nice enough to give directions as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

To whom this may concern: Myself and my daughter received a email about a discounted hotel stay and wanted to stay at your embassy suites at the Cobb Galleria in Georgia. So that you may refer to the date in question which is September 25th the confirmation number is 82243842 and arrival time that day was 3pm and checkout was September 26th at 12pm. This hotel stay was made a month in advance and turned out to be a disaster. The individual that booked the original stay did not explain how the coupon process to receive the discout worked, so I was put through a very stressful encounter in order to be a guest at your hotel. I was very dissapointed in my treatment so guest assistance was contacted and a Sandra Ford offered me a free hotel stay and file number is 7392863 and then emailed me back September 28th saying that this stay would no longer be available to me. I then spoke with another guest assistance employee by the name of Tony on November 4th at 10:25pm who said he would be emailing his manager Tommy Richmond but Mr. Richmond never returned my phone call. Again I made another attempt and spoke with Rita Vega on November 6th at 1:20pm and she said she would have Mr. Tommy Richmond contact me, and again Mr. Richmond never contacted me. On November 8th, I spoke with Jonathan who said he was in the corporate office at 9:09pm and he explained the voucher that was offered to me by Ms. Sandra Ford would not be available to me. I feel as a customer and as someone who has been very disappointed and disrespected that this is one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with a company. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my business associates, family, or friends. I feel that this is not getting resolved and that I am being passed around from representative to representative and being completely ignored. I would appreciate if someone that has the authority to get this issue reso

Let me start by saying I will definetly never stay at another Embassy Suites Hotel again, particulary the Walnut Creek, Ca Embassy. I booked a reservation I checked in at 4:00 with myself my daughter and a friend of hers. My friend had bought her a cake for her birthday.I was not in the room a good 10 minutes before security was knocking on the door, He stated they have a no party policy and that I would have to leave. I informed him that my friends were leaving the only ones staying would be me my daughter and her friend. I was not given the option to either get another room, ask them to leave or I had to leave, I was told to leave immediately. When I get to the front desk I ask the security guy his name and for a business card he said he didn't have to give me that. I asked for a manager he told me I didn't have that right. He also stated if I didn't leave right then they were going to charge me for the room and he would have me arrested for trespassing. I have never been so embarrased in my life. I felt discriminated against. If this is in fact there policy it should be explained to every guest checking in to there hotels. He also instructed the three females at the counter not to answer any of my questions just call the police. Two of the females at the counter had on no name tags, neither did the security. So I had to explain to my daughter and calm her down, and assure her I was not going to be arrested. Embassy Suites seems to be very discriminatory against certain races. I checked in at 4:00p.m. and they checked me out at 4:12 p.m. Never again will I stay at any Embassy suites. I've never known a hotel where you couldn't have guest come visit you at the hotel. Also I thought if a customer request to speak to the manager, someone was suppose to go in get one. Also I thought you were suppose to where name tags in the hospitality industry...

My daughter had to go to Los Angeles on a business trip and asked if I would go with her and keep her company. We left from the San Francisco Bay area after 9pm and got down there at 3am. My daughter called them just before 9pm to let them know that we were going to be arriving really late. They told her they had already given away her room. She got another room there. When we arrived the man at the front desk gave her a dirty look when she checked in as she was presenting her credit card. Then he told me all the information that she needed to know. I told him that he needed to talk to her because she was the one on the business trip and I was just escorting her on it. She is 22 and I would hope she wouldn't be taken advantage of. The company my daughter works for paid for the room. When we went in our non-smoking suite it smelled of cigarette smoke and the beds looked as though the maid took a nap there. It was late so we didn't complain that night. In the morning I got up and showered. The shower had black mold in between the tiles, the shower head had pink mold and so did the shower curtain, and the shower head fell apart in my hands as I tried to adjust it. I tried to plug my laptop in an outlet but it was falling out of the wall so I had to plug it in in another area. When the maid came in we had to request that the sheets and bed spread be washed, and she never cleaned the shower. I called housekeeping and talked to the manager. He sent up a maid to clean the bathroom and a facilities person to fix the outlet. The facilities person said the outlet was a serious fire hazard and thanked me for reporting it. After all of this they never offered to compensate my daughter at all. It shouldn't matter that the company paid for the room. We were the ones inconvenienced with health hazards and safety hazards. I will never choose to stay at an Embassy Suites ever. This was my first experience there and definitely my last.
