Wilsons Leather Corporate Office & Headquarters

Do not buy a jacket on Wilsons clearance rack . They told me that the one I picked out was worn by several people.Also after speaking to corporate about this . A district manager was supposed to call me ,but never did. This company has really gone, down hill.

the store was neat, however the employees were not helping clients, they were too busy doing paperwork. I saw over 20 people in the store and none of then were welcomed nor assisted and just let forage for themselves. I also think that store needs a place so that clients can try own coats....no music playing. I also was to apply for work but changed my mind once looking everything over, nice location,just that I am a salesperson and the store does not lend a hand in making it easier to do so.

I don't have a good review for this company they have false advertising and you would be lucky to get the merchandise you ordered. I am very disappointed with wilsons leather first I ordered a genuine leather jacket that turned out to be pvc. oh my mistake all I seen was genuine leather jacket but the second page stated pvc. I now know what that means. I then sent that back and ordered a suede leather jacket that doesn't even feel like sued leather and was water stained all over it. I am so diappointed in this company and they lost a lot of business from this transaction.

This company is not a good company anymore. You false advertise and make your customers feel stupid when you make a mistake.

Hi: I just wanted to let you know that I went to teh out let mall in marysville Washington and purchased a coat and scarf, which is about 2 hours from my home, when I got home, I noticed that the sales associate never took the beeper off my coat, now two weeks later I still have been uanble to make it to your Marysille store or Auburn Washington store, for I havent had time, but I am very upset that I have had to go thru all of this since it was your stores responsibility to take off, just an fyi. PS: I went to South center mall this weeke, which is close tomy house and found that Wilsons closed down.
