i work in a doctors office, called into phone in a refill for a patient and the person taking the information was extremely rude and hung up without being able to give any other information.

walgreens zumbehl has a very rude person with no patience espically when youre calling from a doctors office we are just as busy as they are if not more and we're never that rude.

Terrible Service & Attitude

EVERYTIME I go to the pharmacy at the Walgreens on 3700 Silver Lake Road, St Anthony, MN they are either out of the meds or haven't had the time to fill it(with 1 days notice), or they can't figure out the insurance. Then when you ask them why its not done, they say they are too busy, or I want the meds to just pay for it and then get the insurance figured out. The associates are rude and don't know how to work with people in a professional manner.

Customer

The Silver City Walgreens Pharmacy is ran very poorly, it is under staffed and have to wait in line forever, then you get there and your meds are not ready. Help!!!!!

Called my local Walgreens office here and Rome, NY, only to see if they carried a particularly- difficult-to-locate medication. Apparently there are two different dosages, a half gram and one gram. I read the dosage on my bottle, but Jennie said she didn't recognize it. Instead of telling me if they carried one or the other, (one half or one gram.... or neither, ) she stated "well, if I said we had one dosage, and your script was for the other, you wouldn't like it, would you?" All I was looking for was information, a little assistance. My impression is that they were not interested in helping me. You can be sure my business won't be at Walgreens.

pharmacist

after working for more than 14 years, 2 weeks prior to my 65th birthday, I was let go. No paperwork, just a final check, which they took out medical and dental and then cancelled my insurances 2 weeks prior to my being let go. I was working in a hostile enviornment for more than 3 years and during the last year and half had requested to be moved to a different location. But was Denied.

After decades of using yur servicves since implemeting your new pharmacy service it has gone steadily down hill. Not only does your automated systems not work, once yu get through they transfer you to who you wanted in the first place. Then when the pharmacy staff picks up they hang up and you start all over again>

Loss prevention

Your loss prevention employees are the worst for the company they let the smallest thing get someone fired, they are out to get you when you work at Walgreens, they watch everything invading your privacy breaking the privacy act. Walgreens is a bad company to work for and shop at.

Complaint

walgreens in Gaffney sc on Floyd baker blvd . sucks .. I was trying to talk to a person in the pharmacy department . I was on the phone for a hour and a half. There not conducting your business to good. Not to mention my 85 year old grandmother was holding for a hour in a half when she called . She was very upset . You need to get some one who will do there job and answer the phone. They keep giving me the wrong medicine mine is suppose to come in a bottle . not a package. And they shorted me two pills. not to happy

Manager in Chico

The manager of the Esplanade Walgreen's in Chico, along with the pharmacy staff, are extremely rude and unprofessional. I've been hung up on, called a liar, and told not to call back while trying to resolve a co-pay issue - this by the store manager Elaine.

NONcustomer/user friendly ...not helpful nor empathic to issues. I was told by the pharmasist that the dr hungup too quickly so she didn't get all meds issues clearwd up an to buy my 77 year old mother who is sick cough syrup oover the counter or call his answering service myself after i clearlly informed her that the answering service needed Walgreens to communicate directly with them.

A few month ago, I have posted a complaint regarding putting up signs and staff speaking in Spanish only. After contacting the C E O and informing regarding my concerns, it was taken care of. The signs or banner are now in English and the staff speaks English. Furthermore, new staff of a variety of ethnic groups is now working at that store. Now I feel very welcome to Walgreens and yes they care about their customers. Thank you so much.

This is an irresponsibility

Yesterday we order a RX of Diphenhydramine 50mg for my mom Rosa De la Uz prescription 0525765-00524 its says Administer a vial every 6 hours. When we drop the prescription no one told us they only have 3 vials in the store and when we wait for it they dispenser those 3 vials and told us the rest will be there later. No one call to tell us that they didn't have it at night and when we went to the store they said we are sorry we didn't get it for today since today at 6am my Mom hasnt have the medication that is crucial for her. The worst thing is that they have it in another store near but the Pharmacist refuse to give it to me even that I told her is a life or dead situation. At the store they said that they are sorry but sorry isn't the medication that my Mom need. The only thing I tell you if something happen to my mom because of an irresponsible pharmacist that only told me is not her fault

Junkies

Wow! After reading these posts you can really see how many pain pill junkies there are in this country. You have pain if your alive, deal with it and don't be some sloppy filthy junkie. The state of america is simply horrendous because these pill mill doctors hook all these idiot people on narcotics. Walgreens should stop dispensing C-2 medications all together because it has brought nothing but bad press and stress for their employees.

Service and Efficiency

You have an incredible pharmacist at your new Sugar Grove branch. She is always pleasant and competent. Her cheery disposition always brightens our day. If you are not feeling well just go there and she will lift your spirits just by her attitude and smile. Not too many people like Andrea exist. Thanks for her. I'll bet she doesn't even know how much she is appreciated by the patients. How about you Walgreens?

To all the Employees, I am outraged that you have targeted Paula Deen. I'm a teacher and we try to teach telling the truth and things will turn out okay. Sadly we live in a society where a lot of people commit suicide because they feel there is no more purpose in their life or they will never be forgiven. Paula Deen had a gun put to her head, or have you forgotten this part. Yes she made a mistake, but she also apologized for it. Are you blameless in your life. If not you shouldn't be casting stones at her. Teachers used to shop in your stores but now we will go somewhere else until you resolve this battle you created. I not only feel sorry for Paula Deen I also feel sorry for the kids who truly don't understand why Paula is being persecuted for a mistake. No matter how much we teach kids that things will get better they see the media and truly don't think things will get better. I hope somebody is listening and does the right thing. Office Manager of Dr Thomas Melancon

Walgreens store number 07261 on Lapalco pharmist Rhonda Davis had nerve to call and question the medications Dr Melancon had prescribed for a patient because it was a 90 day supply on pain medication. Rewards Programs

I would like corporate office to know when you sign up people for your rewards program, you have a permanent electronic receipt for every purchase made by that person. When I tried to return an electronic item without a paper receipt, giving me back only a Walgreen's money card is absurd. Every rewards card I carry does not ask for a 'paper receipt' when they have a electronic copy in their own system. You need to change this!

Short changed on pain meds

I have been on pain meds since a car accident a few years ago. I am very conscientious about knowing how long my prescription will last me. I have notice the last few months I have ran out a few days before I should have. When I picked up my refill this month I went right home and counted twice the number of pills. Sure enough I was shorted 5 pills. I went immediately back to the pharmacy and told the pharmacist about it. The clerk recounted and came up with the same number I did. I was told to take them home and wait a full week for the pharmacy manager to come in the store and see what could be done. NOW this is a controlled substance!! Wouldn't you think they would want to know if one of their employees is stealing pills? or better yet miscounting the number of pills? Now it is my word against theirs. Never heard of such a ridiculous reply as to take the meds home and come back in a week. I am re-evaluating where I take my prescriptions now.

refused to fill prescription

My son just had 6 pins and a plate put into his leg, on discharge from the hospital he was given 2 Rx's for pain. Because he was discharged late in the evening he had to find a 24hr pharmacy. When he went to the 24 hr Walgreens pharmacy in a cast, on crutches and still in his hospital gown ( because he couldn't get his pants on over the cast) to have his RX's filled the pharmacist at Walgreens refused to fill them. The pharmacist was given all the paper work from the hospital and still refused to fill the RX's , stating he needed a diagnosis. The pharmacist does not need a diagnosis to fill a script, all he needs is the script. My son spent a horrible night in pain immediately post op because of that SOB. I want that jerk fired. Wish I knew who to contact to get it done. Outrageous! OBTW I had to give 1 star or the review wouldn't post, in my book they failed big time.
