About 2 weeks ago a young man in the residential, non for profit program I work for celebrated his 13th Birthday. His 1 wish was to receieve an mp3 player with a touch screen. This was purchased at a KMart in Buffalo NY. Within a weeks time the screen has frooze up and this young man could not use his gift. On 10/27/11 we attempted to return the gift with the original receipt at the same Kmart. Unfortunately, we did not have the packaging and KMart rejected our return. I contacted the Coorporate office and spoke with a gentlemen about this. I went as far to expain that we are fortunate enough to purchase such a gift because of a very generous donor who felt it was important for children to have a gift on their birthday. KMart still refused to help me. Now we have wasted $60 on a piece of merchandise that does not work and a child is without a gift. SHAME ON KMART FOR NOT BEING FLEXIBLE WITH THEIR RULES..I WILL NEVER SHOP IN YOUR STORE AGAIN AS THIS SHOWS ME A LACK OF EMPATHY FOR YOUR COSTUMER AND A POOR ABILITY TO STAND BEHIND THE PERCHANDISE YOU SELL.

Hello, I was wondering if you can give me some advise of where I can get back stage passes to wwe in nj on 12/30/11? I just purchased ticket for my son that is 7 he is the biggest fan ever of wwe this is his first show ever and his dream to meet the wwe stars and become one when he get older can you please advise if you know if this possiable..
