I work at a hospital in SC and we contacted Under Armour to see about the company helping us with sending care packages overseas to our soldiers. we recieved 7 boxes full of goodies at no cost to us. We recieved everything from socks and underwear to undershirts, turtlenecks, fleece pullovers, sweatshirts, shorts, sweatpants, and other misc things. This company is AMAZING!!! I will definetly support this company in the future.
I recently bought some under armour socks and they were horrible. Didn't do any of the things that it claimed to do. My foot was constantly wet and it was also very hot. I would never buy their socks again.
The Lee, Ma Under Armour store needs some TLC. The employees are quite obviously not well trained so the customer service is lacking. Hygiene would also help with the smell in that store. I had to wait 40 minutes to speak with the manager an old white haired woman who once she saw I was waiting--she retreated back to the little room she came out of. Assistant Mgr was very nice but could not help with my question. One employee walked by me and all you could smell was cigarette smoke. This is a company that sells clothes for healthy living I do not think that that should happen I was pretty disappointed as I have been in UA stores all around the country and this was byfar the worst one.
I went to the Lee, MA Under Armour Store.. First thing I noticed was a smell or odor throughout the store--maybe dirty clothing,body odor and cigarette smoke. I needed some help with a purchase and no one knew how to take a check Finally a young man that worked at another store was able to guide the clerk through the process. I asked for the manager and an older woman appeared and disappeared quickly. She was too busy on the phone? While waiting to speak with the manager I hear an employee talking with another employee how he was in lock up twice for his behavior. IS that the kind of people Under Armour has represeting them? I went to the mall guest services and told the lady there of my concerns. She said she would look into it. That store is run shoddily. smells badly, employees are not trained properly and the manager is not at all customer oriented. I do hope someone looks at this store as it is a bad representation of your products.
I buy alot of your clothing items, I love the material, I'm a larger man but can find clothing that fits comfortably, however footwear is a different story, I have 1 pair of UA shoes that are my favorite shoes, but there is another pair of shoes and a pair of boots I want that do not come in my size and I can't find anyone within your corperation willing to help me get the items. I know the items exist so why is it so hard for me to purchase them? Poor customer service is driving me away from your product
Went into your new store at Tanger Outlets in Bluffton, SC over the weekend. It was your grand opening there. Bought a couple pairs of shorts that were marked with a big sign at $34.95. Went home and noticed the price charged was $39.95. Drove all the way back to find out that the sign printed (in very small letters) "and up". The clerk said they do that because other items on the rack could be higher than $34.95. So, she and I went back to look on the rack. There was nothing on the rack that was $34.95. To me, you're ripping off the public. I will never set foot in your store again.
The soccer socks are to tight around my players calf's and they are ripping them off during our game. The last game we chose to wear our old adidas socks so that we didn't get the cramping and circulation problems.
