I had a business account suspened for no reason. Tryin g to get a review and nobody answers their tickets!

I did not sigm up for an account. I get all sorts of mail from twitter, whatever a twitter is, about the account. Since I did not sign up I do not have the password or user name. I want the junk to STOP!

Last year I signed up for text message updates from one particular user. I've been getting about 100 texts a day for almost a year, I'm so sick of it! I've followed the instructions for unfollowing and even tried to delete me account, send message to support- NOTHING WORKED! I don't want to have to change my number of this crap, but I think I will have to. Twitter is a lie and a scam, and I regret ever logging on.

Iam very much a low tolerance to cyber bullying type person and twitter has alot of that.When reported to you about the user I was emailed with there was nothing you could do.Theres users with thousands i mean 16thousand plus followers and its all because they have there fun fro failing twitcons making fun of people.Thats not fun its really people on twitter having fun talking trying to meet new friends and here it is people that cyber bully.Twitter delete accounts and suspend them for petty things but something serious is over looked.You guys are too big to not look carefully at accounts and keep the site safe theres children who tweet thats as young as 11yrs old not to mention the depressed people suicidal people and all they want is to talk to make their days better.Mysuggestion to Twitter make it more safer and comforting to tweet there should be a zero tolerance for cyber bullying bullying is bullying no matter what it is or how its done.

If I found that someone is impersonating someone else on Twitter, can I acquire that account, or have it closed?

twitter clearly is violating all the consumer laws yet they are okay because they are in california it is sad to see the president of the us following for followers when he is in washington and hates california let alone so many others. clearly they only want to never respect any business for other states who have power of them or their network to include people who are tired of their disrimination

I'd like to put -5..Someone opened an account in my name with my photo and the area I live in. I cannot get Twitter to take it down. I have never had a twitter account. It was a friend of mine who saw it and asked me about it. I have e-mailed twitter and even though they have rules about impersonating people they claim it doesn't violate their terms. How is this possible when it is MY photo? If anyone has any ideas on how to deal with this I would love to hear from you. Thanks

I had a twitter account and it was suspended for no reason, I have read the rules etc and there was nothing i was in violation of. It has been a back and forth of me opening up tickets on twitter for them to review the situation and automated emails. They aer horrible

I would like an email contact for Biz Stone at Twitter. It is hard to reach the CEOs of any large company, but I read in an interview something he said that really struck me. It was to take an existing product and reinvent it in a new way. I have done that with an internet product, and would like to run my idea by him. I have a user name and pass word and cannot get onto Twitter - the support section is of no help, I'm returned repeatidly to relog in and with different set of words - that's an over and over process - I tried this last week and the same - Twitter just isn't work the hassle!
