Twitter should be ashamed at the complete lack of customer service. Shutting me out of my account and not having a way to resolve this, and not having any modes of communication? Inexusable.

There is someone who works at twitter who hacked my account. If I don't get a response here, I'm starting with the police since this person has all my passwords to my emails, and financial data. There's no way to contact these twitter creeps, and they know they're breaking the law. I will stop at nothing until this person is either fired and/or arrested.

I have no idea how this company stays in business. They violate constitutional rights of conservatives. If you are Republican you need not apply because they discriminate. Let's boycott this company or start another competing company that blows them out of the water. They will lose because everyone knows they discriminate but there is no other competing choice.

I am trying to contact the main people at twitters headquarters about ehats happening to my account I am receiving send Direct Messages that I never had a clue untill I check my (DM) and see I have a large amount of people that we follow have received a mesaage that I have never sent and its agrivating to followers.....and I would like to speak with the person who runs the company twitter and if I or my fellow followers and I have to do all the best we can well I dont know what will happen.... Even my followers are getting hacked into their accounts and sending messages that they never sent or made and some of the phrases are very personal and irrating . This needs fixed Now these security issues should never happen

I was wondering how can Twitter prevent or stop the fake celebrities that is on twitter? When they is role-playing but dont say role play in their bio,what can we or twitter do to ban the posers on twitter?

There was a faul play on my twitter account by someone. One of my computers, from which I used to twit a lot lost access to twitter. it's pretty much wiped out, I can't even log in to my account. I'm going to call Twitter and get to the bottom of this. Sounds like a vicious violation of privacy. I need to know who did it and when, etc., so I can take them to court. If they can mess with my computer at home, I wonder what else can they do.

To The Twitter Team, 2/4//2012 I feel utterly down Hearted, I don't even know if this is the right Place to write this, but as I was directed here I will carry on with is.. I havn't used twitter now for such along time, because of Illness, Have been typing none stop, putting the right username and my Last are you human number in , now have found you have given My username to someone else, so I've had to change it slightly.. That part I can live with, i This is the main issue, you have my app puts me straight onto, a contact In my phone, and not my own Twitter Page ?? There was a miss Spelling with my middle Name Jpan as I recall....on my Main Page.. My question now is , will you Updade, or , how do I get to my old Main page, or a brand new one, you have really got me puzzled Twitter...... Thankyou :)

1. I called up to ask for Investor Relations at the telephone number at the top of this page. Didn't work. 2. Tried a number suggested in the comments, and it worked, but to listen to the choices of divisions at headquarters a second time on the answering system didn't work (strike two!!!). 3. Sounds like they don't have an Investor Relations department, which is why Fidelity Investments said "good luck with that" (in different words)... I think Twitter needs a professional website and readily identifiable divisions like any company on their websites and over the telephone, which is kinda surprising for a tech company. They also need to convey those divisions in a traditional website. Worse, they're not open to public-trading investors like me. Arrogant or ignorant? It's one or the other, not neither. Disappointed.

I deleted my account a month ago! A couple days ago twitter emails me, welcoming me back. However I did not reactivate the account myself! Someone went in and activated my account and changed my old password and the contact email address. Twitter was the one To inform me that my contact email has been changed. Then when I tell them that it's not me.... THEY DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. Who ever hacked into my account information is deflamating my charater And TWITER is allowing it to happen! This is ridiculous. They need to fix this shit like yesterday!

Also feel free to tell them just how long (if ever) it took for their entire fucking support department to get back to you. Mine took a week and a half. Then tell them the @goskinator says FUCK YOU!
