Wow!!! You dont even deserve one star. Your customer service is about the poorest service I have ever dealt with and the English is so bad you cant even understand them let alone they cant understand you. Asked for a Supervisor by the name of Rick who was of NO HELP!!! What type of customer service makes the customer email Technical support themselves?????? I had to email them..you apparently had a site issue since 13 people called the same rep with the same booking issue but it was my fault!!! Wrong! I will take this to corporate....you guys should not be in business!!!
I purchased a hotel/flight package to Las Vegas. Was at the airport two hours early, when I got past securty I looked at the departure board and it said my flight is delayed three hours. My plane finally arrive three hours later only to be stranded in LA because the delay caused me to miss my connecting flight. Then to top it off when I called Travelocity so I would not get charged for the room I was missing in Las Vegas. I was told by Travelocty agent in India, That this is my fault for wanting to get a good deal on a trip. Travelocity said they will not refund me the money for the day I was stranded in LA. Even though I have a letter from the hotel manager in Las Vegas saying that they are not chargeing Travelocity for that day. Avoid using Travelocity at all cost they have no morals
The only reason I put a 1 is because there isnt a zero or lower on your scale. You have done wrong for the last time. I will make it a point to spread the word on how lousy(shitty) your copmpany truely is. I used you for the longest time and because of your outsourcing of your work. The communication between myself and your C S R sucked. I now the corperate America has forgot about the people that has paid their salaries. Im hoping that I can change this. Its time for Americans to unite and drive a companey like this out of business. In fact you outsource to Inida move to India. Nothing against India in fact I know quite a few of them and they are good people. you just want more money in your pockets that is why you are not welling to put the jobs where they belong. They make 3 dollars an hour and we want 7 dollars an hour which is minimum wage. this way the people at the top can make the millions a year instead of investing in the american people and a company which was built by the American people. We booked a vacation with TraveloSHITY 1 year ago. Flights were 1 stop each way. Now 2 month before we leave we get the old "we're sorry but the airline changed the flights, sorry we can't do anything about it". 3 stops going and 4 stops coming back!!! Totally ridulous. Bait and switch, talking to a lawyer right now.

Will never use travelocity again...nor will my business. Needed to change a reservation, and yet they tell me there are no flights on the day I requested. The so called "customer service" people were no help at all, they just kept telling me I couldn't do it. When asked why I see the ticket for sale on the website and that it will let me book it, they say "oh well we do that sometimes, and if a seat becomes available then you get it" I MAY get a seat after I buy a ticket, really? I don't think so. Then the flight they finally found based on what I was telling them I saw on my computer screen the change fee would of cost $400 dollars. So I spoke to a supposed "supervisor" who came up with the astronomical price of $1100.00 for the same flight I found on there website for $450.00. Then they gave me the run around for 3 hours trying to make a simple change to the reservation....still did not get it changed for the date I needed. So I cancelled the remainder of my trip and went to EXPEDIA.COM and got the ticket I needed for a flight Travelocity said was a MAYBE through them. So I ended up paying Travelocity for a trip I used 1/2 of and purchasing a 1-way ticket through expedia. Then traveleocity tells me I have a credit with them for cancelling my reservation and the credit is for the same leg of the trip I cancelled, and I have a year to use it + $180.00 change fee + any additional cost to airfare at that time. Thanks, but no thanks...I will never book any of our trips through you again. Thanks travelocity for wasting my time, energy and money. I believe that all of your "Customer Service Reps" and "Supervisors" could really use some education in the Customer Service field-hence the name CUSTOMER SERVICE not CUSTOMER DIS-SERVICE. They are the worst, and most un helpful company I have ever dealt with.
This has been the worse experience i have ever had when dealing with a company like yours. I was on the phone yesterday 03/23/11 from six o'clock in the morning until my credit union closed at five and the problem was never resolved. YOUR company charged my credit card for a trip that was never booked. I will contact the better business bureau and file a complain.
While I have had good luck in the past with Travelocity I can honestly say this time has been a nightmare. I will not give my details as they are too similar to everyone elses. We are, however, reporting them to our state attorney general's office for their conduct and I strongly suggest that each and every one else do the same. At some point this conduct can not be overlooked. The largest problem facing this company is the foreign employees that they have entrusted their business with who could care less about the American's vacation problems. In the future I will pay the extra and go directly through the airlines.
Your Bussiness is a joke. I tried to book a trip and there was a problem with the booking. YOUR company charged my card and i never got my trip and had to fight with your customer service people and billing dept for 5 days before i got my money back. I will never give up on letting people know your company is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When "Good Buys" are Not - at Travelocity Watch out for those "Good Buys" at Travelocity -- they aren't what they seem. They have hidden the terms of those buys behind some click throughs. Travelocity charges your credit card up front and will not refund your money if cancel the reservation with the hotel. What's worse, is they won't even talk with you. They get to the point where they tell you that you must send an email to customer.relations@travelocity.com, however, that email address NEVER responds to you!! So, Travelocity has my money and they won't even talk to me. Also, watch out if you try to use your credit card company's dispute process - Travelocity has contracted with a company just to prevent credit card chargebacks. They must have an AWFUL LOT of PROBLEMS to need a whole separate company just to deal with credit card disputes! So, even though I've used Travelocity for years for company and personal travel, it won't happen again. Travelocity: Your Reputation is Sinking and your Bottom Line will be too!
To whom it may concern (likely no one considering the customer service call center in India), I am tired of wasting time discussing a problem with Travelocity. You begin with condescension and end with anger. I cannot believe Travelocity stays in business. I know I will take my personal and corporate business elsewhere. The call center was rude, incompetent, and useless. I hope that this company goes out of business. If there is anything that I can do to help its demise I will do it.
I have been given the run around as to how to get a breakdown on fees charged. They've been playing "pass the buck". My family has used their Travelocity account for years and now a simple request cannot be met. I need this information for reimbursement. Now I am out $150. Unfortunately, Texas Weslyean University will not reimburse me for the trouble of making my own travel arrangements. WE will not use Travelocity ever again!!! (and I quit my job)
I have been trying to get a simple breakdown of a receipt for almost 2 weeks. Numerous phone calls, even speaking to a "supervisior" gets you nowhere. This is the most horrific company to work with and I would discourage everyone to not book anything from them as they cant even fax or email a simple receipt. They lie. I work for a big company and will NEVER BOOK with them again.
THIEVES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! booked my flight, and before i landed they triple charged my card !!!!!!!!!!!! sticking me 4 states away on a SUNDAY, with NO access to my money. they over charged me by $1000 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they say i cant have MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they refuse to refund the original tickets AS WELL, because it did not matter. they stuck us on the street, 2000 miles from home after helping themselves to my bank account while i was at 45,000 feet. thier customer services is ran by jack-asses that think they own the company. "GREG REESE" at the pennsylvania customer service office tells us they are NOT responisble for what happens with OUR CREDIT CARD ONCE WE HAVE GIVEN THE CARD NUMBER TO THEM. They tell us the have the right to hand out our credit card # to whom they choose. thats a quote DONT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO, THEY WILL HAVE A BETTER TIME WITH,, AND SPEND MORE OF YOUR MONEY THAN YOU WILL
CRIMINAL ACT I wrote to Travelocity with respect to my credit card being defrauded off of a booking made on their web site. The company that accessed my credit card is Privacy Portection Plus based in Montreal Canada. Privacy Protection Plus was fourth comming with the fact that they aquired my information from the Travelocity web site. However after weeks of attempting to contact someone in Travalocity HQ i.e. corporate security, which is an effort in futility. I was finaly sent an e-mail with a contact number, which was a person in India who had no clue about fraud laws in Canada or the United States. However had the tenacity to ask if I wanted to book another trip through Travelocity. It appears that this company has confused corporate ethics and responsability with the financial bottom line when allowing others to use their service as a venue for possible criminal acts. However word of mouth is a powerful tool in the service industry, anyone who deals with this Co. should take a serious second look and take their business elsewhere.
The only reason that I signed up for a credit card through Travelocity was to receive travel points every time I used the card. I have been loosing hundreds of flying points due to having my new American express card being refused time after time. Why did you ever switch to American Express?
Booked 4 hotel rooms in NY and since it was a "Good Buy" we paid upfront. The hotel says there are no reservations even though we show them the confirmation number. I understand that glitches happen but I've called 4 times and have been on hold for 5.5 hours!
travelocity is the worst company Ive EVER went through.. they do not live up to there so called guarantee.. and have not got back to me on any of my phone calls.. i get transferred almost every time overseas to India to someone who can barely speak English.. and i was totally unsatisfied with there customer service and the 1st n last trip i ever plan on booking through them.. they did nothing to help me in the matters that concerned me.. and offered no refund.. my planes left me stranded cause it left 10 min early.. i had to take another flight that took me way out my way to where i was suppose to pick up my rent a car.. i had to take a taxi over 3 hrs to get my car and it cost me over $400.00 then i was put in a handicapped room where the shower has no divider to keep the water in and it all ran out in the bathroom where i slipped n fell almost breaking my neck.. and after numerous emails n phone calls.. no-one has ever got back to me in regards to any of these matters! piss poor 2 thumbs down.. do not book through them EVER!.. they have no guarantee but to rip u off and blow u off and not help u in any ways what so ever..
