I was driving though merkel texas stopped at the Sonic there it was so bad I order a large milkshank and got a med bc they were out of large cups and the milkshange was water so water down its was nasty and I will never go back I tryed calling the store it self to speak to a mgr but what do you know the girl said there was not one there... if you can turn a milkshank over and the whole thing spills out in a second guess what thats not a damn milkshank I dont know what kind of people you got working there but dont you think you need to find people that actully like their jobs.

Went out for a chili dog today, Aug 15, at the Sonic on Western Branch Blvd, Portsmouth, VA. Ordered & paid w/credit card. After a long time, a worker came to my car to tell me it would be quite awhile before I got my food. If I hadn't paid with credit card, I would have driven off. She finally brought out my order with no drink, no receipt, no fork, no napkins, etc. Took several trips to get other items-never got the fork!!!!! Poorly run & very inefficient. I won't be coming back.Almost went to Chick FilA or Wendys. Next time I will!!!!!

The Sonic located on 290W/Bauer in Hockley has to be the worst maintained Sonic in the Houston area. Ice machine regularly has mold on it...customers always bringing drinks back because of bugs in the ice....last time the main ice machine was cleaned...there was a 1/2 garbage can full of SLIME. Too bad Marvin is not still alive...he would have LOVED reporting this on his news segment. Bathroom toilets will not flush properly and restaurant smells of MOLD!! Roaches crawling on inside counter. UGH...NASTY!! Seriously sad when this is the closest Sonic....yet you drive 10 miles to get food at a restaurant that is cleaner and staffed with competent employees.

On July 27, 2012, I visited the Sonic on Central Ave. in Belton, Texas 76513 at which time I placed an order for approximately $23.00 and paid with two $20.00 dollar bills. The carhop named Katy (Katlynn) only gave me $7.00 back. I was shortchanged $10.00, the manager was present and when I appealed to him he refused to rectify the situation telling me to call back the next day so Katy could pay me. I called and Katy said to come back in the evening and she would pay me back. Upon arrival, Katy refused to come to the vehicle and the team leader refused to help as well. I reported it through the email and was sent a message that said the situation had been taken care of. The dishonest employees Katy, and Angel as well as the manager are still there and the money has still not been refunded. I am a very unhappy life long customer and will no longer do business there due to the dishonesty of the employees there. I want my money back, I am by no means wealthy and $10.00 is a big deal to me. Sonic gets a low rating with me because everything appears to be going downhill from food quality to cleanliness to the dishonesty, I would like to know if I am going to get my money back!

We visited the sonic in Karns, Tn ,Oak Ridge Hwy, on Saturday , July, 28th at about 7 pm, ordered a #1 , cheeseburger no lettuce, and onion rings, the onion rings were very hot and fresh, but the burger was terrible, we got our order in less than 10 minutes , the meat on the burger tasted like it had been cooked yesterday and reheated! I was soooo disappointed!!!!! But food should be served FRESH!!!! Thank you,

I just want to say that sonic has the worse managing ever in all fast foods. I wan to report a manager named Tom as well that works in Omaha, ne. He has influenced a couple of team members, teenagers to smoke weed and drink before, during, an after work. But not just that manager, there has been team members having sexual intercourse in the bathrooms and the back rooms they also smoke weed in the bathrooms. Plus half the team members don't know how to be well organized or clean things right. They mop their floors by spraying the outdoor hose and letting the sinks run until the whole floor is wet and just throw soap on it. This sonic drive inn is a very unsanitized place. It is located on Q st, in omaha, ne. It is the worst place I have ever been in. Oh and one more thing, the staff members have the worst schedules ever. They are having my friend open on Sunday from 8am-3pm and then go back to work to close from 5pm-1am, the best part is that she's not even manager, so I guess they are having her open and close just because some manger doesn't want to go that day, it's ridiculous?! And she's only 17. Please help her, this whole sonic place needs new people, who actually know what their doing. P.S. They need to stop giving away free food and put up some cameras.

Worst sonic ever winston salem nc university parkway very inconsistent. place is dirty, and I saw a GM logan chewing snuff and spitting in the trash and cups ewwe how nasty is that. They open when they want and clothes when they want. I given them a chance n coming back cause of a real nice manager, Barry then they fired him he was the best. Sonic sucks

I love Sonic drinks. The best Cokes ever and the ice is awesome. My one complaint: The drive thru window. Why do you have a full menu at the drive thru window? Anyone placing a food order must realize it will take some time to prepare and should place the order in a stall, even if it is a "to go" order. Sonic is not like Burger King and McDonald's where everything is pre-cooked and under heat lamps or ready to be microwaved. The drive thru window should be used for drink and ice cream only orders. To pull up behind someone placing a food order at the drive thru window is extremely annoying! It's like pulling up at the drive thru at a bank and the person in front of you shuts off their car, hands the teller a money bag to make a business deposit that operates mostly on cash and the teller spends forever counting money! Or the person pays their house note, car note, transfers money from one account to another and purchases several money orders. What's the point of having a "drive thru" if not for drink orders and faster service?

My complaint is with the local Sonic in Red Oak, Texas where I live. I go there often and the employees always ask me "Do you want your change back?" Is this a policy of yours as a company or is this something local they are doing. I don't like it. A tip is to be earned. You don't keep the money and say, "do you want it back?" I always tip, and that should be left up to me after the change is returned.

I am a concerned parent of a teenage child who works for Sonic 1137 Nimmo Parkway Virginia Beach (757) 427-9601, The managers all seemed to be pleasant and professional in the beginning when he started then the stories would start coming in and then he became moody, angry and shut off from his friends and family. He told me his GM put his hands on him but he didn't say anything because he thought he would get fired ( OK no one puts their hands on my child). The next day the regional manager accused him of stealing money from the customer while car hopping. first off I would like to say as this child's mother; is this what your taught in your management program or don't you even have one? The managers curse at these kids like they are property, I have had my child threatened to get punched in the face because he would not answer the cook! All I can say is I am really disappointed that you (The owner) of this establishment would even allow this sort of miss gross conduct allowable with the adults among these children. I am going to be going further with this issue because it is abuse in all forms of the verbal word, and I hope hope there are no other children going through this, your company should have the utmost moral and should work as a team not individuals. Last week he was accused of stealing 20.00 from his car hop wallet and he came to my job upset so I went to talk to the manager and she said" Your a grown ass man you do not need your effin mother to come here" I as a manager know how things go and are suppose to be done and this is by far not a professional environment for anyone let alone a child. I have names of all these people and if my child does get fired I will not rest until this stops. It is hard enough for teenagers to become employed anywhere the way it is and when they do this is what to expect from these employers what is that teaching our children about moral,honesty,integrity and work ethic? You don't have to worry we won't be slandering your company to others but let me remind you that your managers are already doing that.

Sonic Drive In in Carencro Louisiana is the most amazing Sonic i have ever been too.... The carhops ask how you're doing and introduce them selves i feel like they are friends of mines and I am a regular now.... an employee name Donavan is always taking my order and he is so polite!

I went to the peabody mass sonic and had a bad experience there the place was dirty and the food was cold and not very fresh. This place is in need of a cleaning and an improvement in the service

I recently went to your Saugus mass sonic and the place is dirty and the people there are rude with no manners, the service sucks and they have a bad attitude. Also why don't you bring ack the ring leader and spicy habanero burger they were better than the other burgers on your menu.

I have complained to the Manager, Michael of this Sonic at Highway 64 and Loop 323 in Tyler, Texas several times. Evidently it does no good to tell him the problems I've encountered at this location. After extremely poor service and poor food quality and consistency, I stopped going there altogether. I started going to the Whataburger less than a block away. On numerous occasions I have Placed a simple order, like a # 2 mayonnaise with no tomatoes and gotten home with a hamburger, no cheese, no double meat and with tomatoes. How hard is this. I have also ordered a #2 with barbecue sauce only and gotten home with something I didn't even order. The list goes on and on with the mistakes at this one particular Sonic. I have never encountered this many problems with a restaurant. After these problems over and over I quit using this Sonic, which is a shame because the product is a good one if done right. I contacted the Manager by phone again. This time he never replied. I guess he considers me a grouch. Sorry the problems with this restaurant aren't made up. After not going for about 9 weeks, I went again last night. Same old place. Got home, no onion rings and a dry hamburger. #2 MAYO, NO TOMATOES? What is so hard with that. This time I drove the 9 miles back and made them make it right and put the onion rings in the sack. I got no apology whatsoever. The employee acted like it made her mad. She should have been in my seat. 18 miles round trip for this restaurants screw up and it made her mad? This time everyone I know will hear about the very poor service at this Sonic.

I just want to let you know that in Omaha ne ..your store on 156 th and Q st..you have a manager Named Tom Ellis who smokes weed before work and brings it to work with him and does It on his brrak as well!!!!! By the way he has a criminal.record as well!!! He also steals meat,cheese,Susie syrup Amd a few other products from that store!!!!! You are losing money!!! AND VALUED CUSTOMERS!!!! YOU NEED TO ADDRESS THIS!!!!

My son started working at a Sonic in Tennessee.They told him he has to work 6 hrs. before getting any kind of break.

Sonic in West Milwaukee: Sonic in west milwaukee-deep fried food contamination; particularly tater tots/onion rings-Food left out under 'warming lamps' for many hours then re-served, even days later. These are only a handful of documented Sonic health code violations. Had the misfortune to discover this firsthand after eating there with my business partners-after ordering onion rings and tater tots [being vegans]-had to 'send back' the first order as they were room temp. when we received them and onion rings in particular appeared to be 'like beef jerky'-they were hard/chewy-the onions inside were completely dried out and nearly dehydrated appearing-each person ate only a few of either and gave up-there was also a 'funny' chemical sort of taste to them...Were we stupid for eating any? Probably...but again-only had one or two before determining that there was something seriously wrong. All who consumed even one tater-tot or onion ring became violently ill hours later-health dept. is currently investigating. I do wish i had done a bit of investigation regarding Sonics prior to eating there-but I suppose it's not something you do until you become a victim of food poisoning after eating at a particular location. I will never eat at any Sonic Drive in again...Anywhere-and I wouldn't recommend anyone do so unless they want to chance serious illness.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich on toast from sonic in Marshall Texas. When I got my order I had chicken strip sandwich that is not what I asked for. I called and nobody answered the phone so o had to leave home an go back down there so they could fix my order correctly. When I got home my toast on my corrected sandwich was not toasted it had nothing but butter on it .They did not apologize or anything the just said its gona be a price difference very poor service I will not give them no more of my money just doesn't make no sense!!!

I worked at sonic on tascosa rd. I was living with my parents when i was working amd i found out i was pregnant. When i told the manager that i was pregnant the next weel i worked two days than yhe weel after that they didnt put me on the schedule. The week i called to see what my schedule was and they said i had no job because i wasnt reliable. I went to work while pregnant and hurting and still had customers asking for me to being there food out and i got fired cause i was pregnant.im not the only girl they have done this to either.
