The pharmacy at Rite Aid in Mobile, Al located on Springhill Ave, has serval new pharmacist on duty and they are not helpful nor friendly. I have had three incidents where my prescription has been wrong: first incident was Ishould have gotten 60 day supply of pills and only recieved 30. My husband was given the wrong prescription because his prescription number was entered wrong in system by either the technican or the pharmacist, Most recent 5/09/2011, I called my precription in on the automated system and left a contact number for the pharmacist to call me back if thier is problem when i got to store to pick up my prescription it was not ready because they were out of the medicine, my question to the pharmacist was why did you not call me earlier he said he did. I told him it was not the phone number I left on the system to be called if their was a problem. so now I have not taken my pressure pills for two day as a result of them not calling me. And yes that was not an excuse for poor service.

I am a sales associate at a Rite Aid in Ellicott City , MD and am very mistreated by my manager and will like to know who I should contact .

My rating is somewhat unfair to some of the employees of my local Rite Aid Sacramento Ca because a few are very curtious and helpful. But the staff in the pharmacy are not (one is curtious and helpful) I have had a few issues. One of my prescriptions was filled incorrectly and when I brought it to their attention it was fixed but not without the technician making me feel like it was Dr error in prescription even though I had gotten it filled a few times on the same prescription. I have another prescription that is filled often also,the brand keeps changing and everytime it does I have side effects and when I bring it to their attention they could care less. I don't feel that because you get a drug cheaper from a particular company that you should be able to eleminate the old brand.Your are not considering your customers when you change their medicine brand. And if your a steady Rite Aid customer you should get the same brand every time. You know what may happen with the old brand but a new brand you don't know and that puts people at risk for anything to happen....think about what your doing to your customers. Very concerned about my meds and others meds!!!!

SHE IS IN THE PHAMACY DEPT. MS. GEBRESELASSIE HAS BEEN SO NICE. BUT WHEN I WENT TO THE STORE ON 4/6/11 WINNIE INFORMED ME THAT SHE BECAME A FLOATER! MEANING SHE NOW GOES TO OTHER RITE-AID STORES WHILE I WAS THERE EVERYONE ON THE LINE AGREED THAT WINNIE IS THE BEST AND SHOULD STAY AT THE MORRIS PARK RITE -AID PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING FOR ALL RITE-AID CUSTOMERS AND KEEP WINNIE THERE. EVEN THE SENIORS LOVE HER SHE TAKES THE TIME WITH EVERYONE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.

I am writing to commend you on a wonderful and professionl employee you have working in your Rite Aid in York,pa. I only know her by "Liz" due to the fact that she wears her nametag proudly. You are truly blessed to have such an employee. From the moment you walk in the door you are "welcomed to Rite Aid" and greeted with a big,genuine smile. She lets you know you are important to her! No questions or problems are too big or too unimportant to her to check in to. Alot of stores,Rite Aids, included, give you the dirty looks when you present coupons for products you have bought. Not Liz!! She is happy for you that in this economy, you are able to save a few bucks.As I said before, I only know her name is Liz, but she works at the store on 1200 W.Market St.,York,Pa.If you haven't been by that store, I would highly suggest you stop in when she is there (don't know her hours) and you will be glad you did,from the moment you walk in! I've never been treated poorly at Rite-Aid, but besides having to have a "welness card" they use what is called a +UP promotion. I'm not sure exactly how it works. I got the impression you get some sort of credit on your next visit to Rite-Aid.....having to also carry around receipts with older transactions to save money on future purchases annoys me. You can lose these recepts, forget you have them. Clever way for Rite-Aid to rip off customers in my opinion. I n ow only buy sale products that are not a +UP item.

I have been filling prescriptions and buying assorted items at the Pinehurst, NC store for several years and have watched the service slowly deteriorate to a point that I will no longer do business there and instead will drive an extra mile to Walgreens. The pharmacist is smug and acts like he's annoyed having to deal with customers. Sales must be way down at that location as there is seldom more than 2 people in the store at any given time.

I would like to report the Rite Aid in Onley, Virginia..... I am very upset with your company. I get over $3,000.oo worth of precriptions filled here each month and for the past six months I have not had nothing but problems. I have addressed my concern but it does not seem to matter. I want someone to know that I am pulling all my precriptions and my grand mothers from this office and will now use the new Walmart. This is sad trying to keep my business here but no one seems to really care. So therefore you will be losing about $3000.00 worth from me per month and another large amount from my grandmother. Hope this was all worth it to you.

I would like to know who to speak with regarding an incident that occurred December 26, 2010 at the Steelton Rite Aid. First I would like to say that I used this Rite Aide for many years and enjoyed shopping and getting my pharmacy needs there. The managers and clerks were always friendly and helpful. But it seems there is a new manager named Yvonne Barnes, who seem to have a attitude problem, and it seems it may be with minorities. On the 26th my daughter, who was visiting from Ohio, and I walked in the store and asked Yvonne Barnes where a specific vitamin was and she felt it necessary to correct us to let us know it was an herb. That was OK. We proceeded to collect our merchandise and go to check out, however Yvonne Barnes was watching us with a leering look, so I asked if she was having a good day, as my daughter walked away. At this point Yvonne Barnes looked at me and told me she did not like the lady that walked away. I asked her who she was talking about and she pointed at my daughter. I promptly asked her what gave her the right to make that statement and told her I frequented the Steelton Rite Aid often and felt that her actions were not warranted. She proceeded to run away. As I was checking out I learned that while I was at the pharmacy trying to find out who I could contact to file a complaint, she was up front telling the clerk that she did not like my daughter and she did not want her shopping there. I have never seen a manager act in this manner and do not plan to keep putting up with this women. She lacks the skills of a manager and if my daughter is not welcomed at the Steelton Rite Aid then I will not shop at Rite Aid anymore. I must get one subscription filed and I will go to the one in Union Deposit. But after that I will get a new subscription from my doctor and go elsewere. Apparently you have enough customers, one more does not make a difference. Oh yes, when my daughter told her to stop talking about her in front of her children or she will file a complaint, she went on to said she would not get in trouble. Go figure. I do not want to see anyone get fired, however this one may need more management classes.

I walked to Rite Aid on 11/27/10 in Meridian Idaho at 1600 N Main Street. It was snowing out so there was snow/ice on the parking lot. Before I got to the door to go in I slipped on the ice with my hands in my pockets hit my head so hard I was knocked out when I tried to get up my arms were not working. I finally was able to get up went in the store asked for a phone told them I just fell outside the store and hit my head bad I was crying and confused. The man at the reg.took me to the phone left me without asking if I was ok I was about to call my husband to have him come get me when I realized I couldn't remember my number then wondered how I got there, why I was there, then started thinking where do I live?? crazy scary. Still nobody asked me if I was okay a lady that works there asked me if I needed help I told her I fell outside the store my head hurts and I can't remember my number she said "Can I look it up for you" I told her no it was a cell# not listed she left me alone without asking if I was okay.I finally remembered my husband came spoke to them about insurance they will not give me there ins.info said I am scamming and anyone could walk off the street and say this. My husband took me to emergency had two cat scans ended up with a concussion,strained spine,and a contusion on my head. My husband brought the paper work to the Manager "Doug" he said he didn't believe me and still will not give ins. info to file a claim. I am 50 years old never scammed anyone in my life I have never been treated so bad and humiliated. I am seeking a lawyer!

CAN YOU TELL ME WHY THE RITE AID STORE AT 2063 BARTOW AVE. IN THE BRONX,NEW YORK 10475 MAKES UP ITS OWN COUPON POLICY. MANAGEMENT REFUSED MY MANUFACTURERS COUPON OFF OF THE INTERNET,WHERE MANY BUSINESS ARE PROVIDING THEM NOWADAYS. I HAD A COPY OF THERE COUPON POLICY IN HAND, AND THEY REFUSED TO EVEN LOOK AT IT,AND REFUSED TO PRODUCE THERE OWN POLICY IN WRITING. MOST OF THE TIME THIS STORE IS LACKING IN THE FOR SALE ITEMS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WENT TO ANOTHER RITE AID STORE IN THE VICINITY AND MY ONLINE COUPON WAS HONORED.PLEASE RETRAIN THE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF AT THIS LOCATION

On Friday 11/5/10 @ 10:00 (Receipt #563247 10:10am 11/05/10), I went to Rite Aid #14 in Benton Harbor, Mi. drive thru to pick up two perscriptions at $10 each. Cashier #14815935 tried to unsuccessfully swiped my debit card twice. She said that it would work. The pharmacist said that he would give me a couple of pills. I discovered that I had a roll of quarters. So I bought one perscription. I went to my credit union and and returned to Rite Aid in about 15 min. later and I paid cash for the second perscription. On 11/8/10 there is a debit charge of $20.00 on my debit card. So, I went to Rite Aid and spoke with the manager. He printed out the transactions for that time period. He showed me a print out of only 2 cash transaction where I paid $10 each. He said that I needed a bank statement showing the debit charge. I left to try to print out one. The bank Id was not showing. I phone the store and spoke with Lisa the second time because the manager was unavailable. She said that she understood that her mother had had the same problem and that I should get my statements by mail in future. They were not able to fix this without my bank statement. When phoned my bank, TCF Bank 1-800-823-2265, they could not believe the way that this was handled. They deposited the $20 into my account. I've tried to forget it, but it hurts me and it seems so unfair that my Bank had to pay for Rite Aids poor judgement.

I just think that this discrimination that is going on in the rite aid store is not right the store is on new jersey englewood store number 07867 the managers name is Meir he is very nasty to customers and to his employees. and he is very racist to black people that come into the store and the workers. he was said that if up to him mo black person would work in that store he only hire spanish people. Meir is very disrespectful you the workers by talking to them any kind of way. the store is a mess all the time until Meir is told that some one important is comming then he wants to clean the store. He is not porfessional at all his behavir is nasty and very rude customers complain about him all the time they say he is racist etc. something needs to be done about this this is not right.

Yes I have been a customer with Rite Aid for the last ten years (or more). I am an older lady and an excellent customer. I was treated unprofessional and disrespected by George in the Rite Aid pharmacy. He is an older pharmacist and very rude to all his customers. What is going on with Rite Aid in Dunlap Tn. they are running their best customers off with such behavior. This is a small town, word gets around you don't treat people in this manner.
