The Rite- AidE in Elkin, NC. Is so bad. I left my dr. Office today and took my rx in and it was the first time I used this store and after 20 min. The pharmacist Steve called my name and in front of every one d I will not fill this Dr. Rx's and I asked why not. He SD I think she is practicing outside her specialty. She is a d.o. and internal doctor. This was stupid I wasted all that time and went next door and got it filled. What's up with pharmacys telling doctors what to do. All u done was lose money. That's fine I'll never shop there again and your neighbor pharmacy said thanks for the business. Your an asshole.

I was going to take my morning dose of heart pill and it looked different then previous one I took the night before. It had different numbers on it. I called the Pharmacy here in Kershaw S.C. where I had it filled. Was told that it was the same pills but from different manufactures. It would be nice to know before hand that they filled it from two different vendors. Pharmacist showed no concern to my question.

I would like to bring to your attention two incidents at the Irvine, KY.40336 Rite Aid Location. I received my 2012 Part D Medication card. Last weekend, I presented it so the pharmacy people could scan it, and have it in their system. Yesterday, January 10th, 2012, I phoned in a brand name prescription, that morning. The recording relayed the message to me that the prescription would be available for pickup by One O'clock that afternoon, same day. I enter the store. I stand behind their privacy sign that they have in the store. No problem. So when it is my turn to approach the pharmacy desk, I do so. The pharmacy worker then told me that they were having problems with my new Part D Card. I agreed to let them scan it again, another time or two. I then had to tell them my date of birth three consecutive times. Each time, they scan my Rite Aid Discount Card. When they finally hand me a full prescription bottle, I wrote a check for the transaction and was ready to exit the store. I found that upon checking the prescription bottle label, that I was given a different prescription than what I had phoned in for. I brought that to their attention. I also asked to speak to their Manager. Manager indicated to me that she didn't feel that my difficulty was her fault. I don't feel it is my fault, either. Then the Manager proceeded to set about to fill my brand name medicine. I then told her that I had been transacting business with Rite Aid Pharmacy in Irvine, KY. for decades. I felt that I should be counted a valued customer, at least to the point that when I phone in a prescription, that I shouldn't have to wait 60 minutes for it. She agreed, said she was sorry, and I paid for that prescription, also. I am a senior, physically handicapped citizen who has several medical problems. I am not the only customer who complains about this. Thanks!

It was so disturbing to purchase Rite Aid brand candy at Christmas only to realize later that the candy is made in Mexico!!! Come on people!! We have to make sure we are purchasing USA products.

@MBB, try checking in your break room. There should be a sign that has all of higher ups' numbers on it. Try giving your District Manager a call, or call 1-800-Rite-Aid. I to work for Rite Aid, and i have a manager who acts like a baby if everything doesn't get done perfectly. Even though the sheer amount is ridiculous. I was expected to go outside in just my smock, button up short sleeve, and khakis and use a leaf blower in 20 degree weather. Not to mention my manager leaves early a lot of the time, and shows up late.

I had dealings with a pharmacist at the Rite Aid on Michigan Ave. in Saginaw, MI. He was extremely rude and told me to go "f" myself. What is wrong with Rite Aid pharmacists? They def have an ego problem. I'll NEVER go to a Rite Aid again EVER.

Farmers Lane store in Santa Rosa, Ca has the most unprofessional pharmacist named Peter. He is rude, loud, unfriendly, and should have never been hired there. He was there a few years ago and now they have him there again. Think they could do better.

The pharmacist at the Farmers Lane, Santa Rosa store is a completely rude, arrogant, egotistical person. He talks loud and is big. He never smiles, never says hello and doesn't listen. He was at that store a few years ago and then was transferred to another store. Now he is back unfortunately because he is full of attitude and not professional. Why they let him come back is beyond me. Everyone else that works there is professional and kind. They need to fire him. His name is Peter.

I know this is only a venting site, but I need to so here it goes. My family and I live in Pittsburgh PA and my complaint is about a pharmacist at the Rite Aid at the intersection of Rt.51 and Rt.88. My wife and I have been getting prescriptions filled there and have shopped there for the last 5 years. The store location, for us, is very convienient, but I will now drive to the edges of the earth to get a prescription filled before I use that pharmacy. I wont lie and say that I will not use the stores other services though. My wife, yesterday, had gotten a prescription from our family doctor and like any other day she took it to Rite Aid to be filled. Little did either of know this one pharmacist that works there is also doubling as a DEA agent. Now, let me back up a minute. My wife takes a medication that can not be taken with narcotic pain medication. Our family doctor prescribed her a "narcotic like" pain medication ("narcotic like" as per the DEA/FDA website) for an ear aches and migraines she suffers from. This particular pharmacist took it upon herself to dispose of the prescription and call our doctors office and tell the nurse on duty that she was not "allowed" to take this medication. She then informed the nurse that she has destroyed the script. If the script was not "allowed" to be filled, our insurance company would have turned it down. My wife has had this same prescription filled there by the other pharmacists on several occasions in the past, last month being the most recent. Why is what I want to know? She has caused a problem here and made my wife feel like she was doing something wrong. Now, I have issue with our family doctor and his staff over this because they did not set this pharmacist straight and tell her to fill the prescription, but that is a different story that I will take up with our family doctor. Back to the matter at hand, she is a pharmacist, fill the prescription and move on to the next. We have also talked to another pharmacist and she told us that they learned in pharmacist sc

What is the problem why I cannot get my simvastatin 20MG round tan with TV on 1 side and 7154 on the other side. I was told on Monday that it was ordered and I could get it on Tuesday. On Tuesday she called and said come in on Wednesday after one and it would be there. I came in on Thursday and they tried to give me another pill. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a vanilla visa gift card from rite aid on 7th and hope in los angeles the assist. Manager rung it up took the money of my wifes b of a card. We went on our trip to redding ca. Got here and the card didnot work. I lost that reciept.but still have bank records and the card . So ive hit a brick wall. Called to talk to manager at store have exact time and day why couldnt they send me a copy of that reciept its our money. If they will just put it back on my wifes card. I am making it my goal to write a letter a day. I already have fifteen letters to the latimes abc news and cbs and will not stop until i expose these scams by vanilla visa gift . Or should i say just visa. This is money taken from a struggling american! And who sell these cards for vanilla visa gift that really dont work until everyone sends reciept copy of state id card copy of the box.most bussiness men that have a lil money wont even fool with it! I bought this card for security purposes so we could move and have groceries at the end of the month. Well because of rite aid and visa we were pretty hungry, even my two year old. I have been dealing with this issue for two months and today got names and adresses of state senators and have decided that since rite aid has been so defensive and unhelpful to a loyal rite aid customers. I would like to know who I can complain to about the rite aid on 182 smith st. Brooklyn new york my complain is on two women who were wearing lite blue shirts both were african american women this is not a race isue but my concern is they were very unproffesional when a customer who I admit was rude but these women both were yelling at this man and one of the women who was a little shorter then the other she was pounding her fist in his face I thought that was extremely unnecessary and violent there was another women who calmly disfused the situation by walking the man out but the other women were yelling if that's how customers are treated there then word of mouth I will never shop there when there are employees allowed to do that I'm not sure of there position but they were wearing light blue shirts whoever is responsible should really do something about those two ladies who were yelling at hat customer regardless if he was rude or not if your professional handle it in a professional manner

I went to fill a prescripion written from my doctor which i have been on for several years. The pharmacist refused to fill my medication unless I went and had it written by an oncologist! I had to get SHIP involved in order to receive my medication and it affected me in many areas. I am deaf and disabled. The SHIP case person informed the pharmacist that it was not only immoral but illegal to do what he was doing. I had a terrible experience with the Rite aid pharmacist in conway SC and would like to know how to go about rectifying this situation? I am considering a lawsuit.

There should be a rating lower than a one, because the mentality of your Manager Sarah Seloske is lower than poor. My son and his friend walked up to the Rite Aid Store located at 13 Mile and Novi Rds, in Novi Mi, with a large bag of returnable bottles. There is a machine there to return bottles for a deposit. They were turned away at the door by an employee telling them they could not return the bottles. So not thinking much of it they walked a little further up 13 mile to a party store, where they were also turned away per their policy that they can only return $5 at a time. So now they walk back to the Rite Aid where they were then approached by Sarah Seloske, telling them they could not bring the bottles in the store and she then preceeded to accuse them of "stealing the bottles". Since when is it "OK" for the manager to wrongly accuse 2 boys of stealing anything? I will be filing a legal complaint against Sarah Seloske of the Novi store. She was a total snot and had absolutely no right to accuse my son of theft!!! I would hope you at Corporate will take this matter into your hands. This post will be followed with letters, phone calls and whatever else i have to do to have this matter taken care of. I will also share this with "EVERYONE" i know, with all complaints against your stores, seems you are lacking in the training and hiring department!!

This is in reference to store number 02690 in Charlotte Hall MD. I have just moved to Maryland a couple of months ago. Today i was filling a prescription for the first time. I have always used Walgreens or CVS in the past; but i see Rite Aid all over here and decided to go with them. So sorry i did. My eight month old baby is sick and so the medicine I had filled was a liquid. I drive the at least 15 minutes home, pull my baby out of the car expecting I can get him started on his medication. Wrong. The dosage is 1ml; but there was no dispenser included. Confused I called the pharmacy. The girl who answered asked, "You don't have a dropper?" I do not, i told her. She then proceeded to tell me they sell them at the store or they have spoons they give out, but they have to be asked for. I explained how this was my first visit to Rite Aid, (Which the lady in the drive thru knew, because we spoke about the Rite Aid card) That i really assumed that it came with one. She got snappy and basically made it out like it was just my fault for not asking for one. I asked to speak with her boss. I got a male on the phone with an accent. I explained to him that I was a little disappointed that I had to put my sick baby back in the car and drive all the way back there because I being a new customer didn't know that medicine dispensers didn't come with baby medicine. He just repeated to me that the spoon had to be asked for, that the medicine doesn't just come with it. I told him how I was a new customer but Walgreens baby medicine always did come with it. He cut me off raising his voice and said that he didn't know anything about how Walgreens works, but it didn't work that way at Rite Aid. I am now pretty upset and say yes obviously, so isn't that a valid reason for expecting that someone would mention I need to purchase a dropper or that I can have a spoon for free? He continued to yell at me and I am now extremely upset and I am holding my sick baby who is crying yelled at him to not "fucking" yell at me. He kept yelling. I asked to speak with the store manager; and he hung up on me. I was a customer, with a sick baby. I would never have used that language or even gotten to this degree of being upset if he hadn't yelled me. I decided to call the store back it connected with the same girl in the pharmacy, I asked to speak with the store manager. I was then placed on hold for 10 minutes. That is when i went looking for a website. Never expected to be treated this poorly when I was choosing to be someones new customer. Looking for a new pharmacy for sure.

I have been a loyal customer for many years I've got my meds filled here for the last six year I'm a disabled Amputee from motorcycle accident in 2005 but over the last six months this stores manager gives a dif excuse to why there is know handicap accessible restroom which is required by California law for the store to be open If it's bc ppl steal in restroom I understand regular public being told to go all the way down the street to use a restroom but , not disabled loyal paying customers I need your help plz , I can switch my multiple monthly meds to Walmarts pharmacy plzx reply sincerely tim w store #05941

To Greivance Committee: It is obvious your health care pharmacist is very ill concerned about medical medications. I asked about pricing of a medication which has gone up 3 months in a row. Come to find out this was not true, and I transferred to BI-MART. Your pharmacist lied to me, and I don't appreciate that kind of business practices. This did not go up, and I feel you were padding the medication accounts. Why lie about this to consumers, I am in the medical field, so I know who to call, how to re-search, and make calls. Who do you think you are by providing a wellness card but there is no savings, its just a gimmick for pricing hacking. I am writing to several agencies regarding my findings. Trust me I am in longterm care in the corporate end, I will make sure as many people know your pharmacy and its practices, and poor customer service. Rite aid won't even call Bi-Mart to transfer my scripts after 3 x's. Negligence for sure.
