Quality Inn STL airport - Beware!
The owners of the Quality Inn airport are not trustworthy, rude and not professional. I would avoid any business transaction with this location at all costs.
My husband was bitten by bed bugs during an overnight stay at Quality Inn & Suites (OH305) 2340 Westbelt Dr. Columbus, OH on 3/22/2013 - Room 211. After discovering the bed bugs crawling on white sheets, he tried to kill one by smashing it on the sheets. Blood came out on the sheets, which I have on video. We took the live, crawling bug to the front desk clerk in a plastic bag. She called her supervisor who told us she would have the exterminators investigate. She definitely could not dispute the bug we brought to her in a plastic bag. I have pictures as proof.
Poor service, Very bad rooms, Over priced
Rest assure that I will travel an extra 100 miles not to stay in a Quality Inn, Were do I start, Over priced rooms, Dirty rooms hair all over beds sheets looked like they were never changed frozen refrigerator lamp parts missing, Cieling leaking and ready to fall down. Don't even complain to the front desk they don't care and if you try to complain to Corporate Headquarters they don't even have time to respone to your complaint. I also have pictures to back up my complaint, the next night I stayed in a Days Inn for one third the price and the place was so clean you could perform an operation in it. Pecos, TX (TX367)
poor rating due to rudeness
So very disappointed with Quality Inn . The rates were great but the rudeness from the staff guarentees my never returning id rather pay extra then to be treated so rudely. My husband fishes FLW n BFL we are in Mooresville NC with a tournament today, we just left the quality inn where we spent 3days g room 221. I called the front desk last night with a simple question and the gentleman was so rude I will NEVER return .
We recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Wilmington, North Carolina (2945 Market St.). It was a dated motel but more important, it not clean. The carpet in our room was disgusting, the drapes were torn and hanging off the rod, there was food on the floor from the previous rental and we are sure the sheets were not clean. Slept sitting up and left at first light. A very insincere apology on check out. Never again will we stay at a Quality Inn.
