I recently purchased Prada sunglasses, while I was on vacation. I have never spoiled myself with something so luxurious. Weeks later, I was in a very bad car accident, while wearing the sunglasses. When I went to collect my belongings, from the shell of my truck, I found my prized sunglasses. Although they are very badly damaged, the strength of the lenses saved my eyes. The lenses were intact, but glass shards were imbedded, in the lenses. I can only imagine what injuries I would have incurred if I did not indulged myself in this luxury. Thank you for making a such a wonderful product. Be assured, the next time I indulge it will be with Prada!

During my first trip to NY, I visited the store on 5th Avenue near the Trump Tower building. I went into store to look around and to perhaps purchase a wallet or key chain as a token of my visit to this swanky store. I asked the security man at the door for sales help and he smiled and told me that his manager, the head of security, could assist me better. I wasn't sure why he would do that, but I don't know procedures and being an out-of-towner, I didn't want to appear as if I didn't know anything. He then said some "codes" on his walkie talkie and told me to wait because he was coming. I felt as if he told the person he was talking to something inappropriate because when he was talking into his walkie talkie, he smiled at me as if to undress (it was very uncomfortable). A man named Victor Saez eventually showed up and said he could help me. This creepy old man said he was the security manager but he made me uncomfortable immediately. He reeked of cigarettes and was staring at my breast the entire time we were talking. He even gave me his business card. He then had the nerve to ask me if I was going to be in town long and if I would like to meet him for a drink when he gets out (as if!). Of course I declined but for me the damage was already done. I was mortified and outraged that someone in a position of such trust could do such a thing to a tourist. And this CREEP even had on a wedding ring, can you believe that?! I had never been to a Prada store in my life prior to this visit and I was thrilled to see one, but I will never go back to one, or NY City again! I felt so helpless and almost violated. All the sales people were running around so busy and didn't seem to have a care. And the other security person put me in this position so I could not count on him (I didn't get his name). It truly shames to know that this sort of thing can still happen today. These two people should be fired or at least reprimanded for doing this! I would imagine that it is not the first time he has made a woman feel uncomfortable. This is a woman's store so it is especially concerning to know that he will always be in a position where he can easily harass and demean woman. Christina Chavez, Commerce City, Colorado

I was treated unfairly at your store on Broadway in NY today. YOUR STORE MANAGER WAS DISCOURTEOUS, DISRESPECTFUL AND NOT HONEST. I picked out a belt from the display case that was among about 10-12 with a clearly marked 40% off display plague . The manager was rude when I went to show him it saying" you don't have to show me I put it there". When I showed him the belt he said it wasn't there when he put the 40% off notice on the display. The salesman had a different story "a customer must have put it there ( and took the time to tighten it neatly along with the others?) I liked the belt and bought it without the discount but this was clearly misleading and your employees were not honest..It is quite obvious that someone from your store put this belt on sale and now were denying me the discount.tr no 152007 st 0306 My Visa was used ROC#537686 I am writing to request a credit to my charge be issued for $150.00 plus 8.875% sales tax. This was Not my first purchase at this store but and have made purchases at several of your other stores, both in the US and in Europe.My son witnessed this unprofessional and dishonest act.
