Ponderosa Steak House Corporate Office & Headquarters

I am very disappointed to see that all the Ponderosa's in Erie, PA have closed. We loved to go for lunch every week and dinner occassionally. Everything was always delicious and they were always busy. I dont understand why it would close. Harborcreek's location was the last one open. We will miss it!

Coldwater. Michigan is one place to avoid. Very poor food choices and very high prices. You might as well drive to Battle Creek to find a real Buffett. This place needs to close down and reopen under something else, like Logan's or Branns. We will not go back!!

We went to Oswego New york Ponderosa. We got the buffet, The food trays were mostly empty. We waited in line with other people for over 1/2 hour for them to bring more food out. They brought out a couple of trays and it was gone in no time. We had to wait again. A waiter came to our table when we first sat down but never came back to pick up dirty dishes or see if we wanted anything.Very disapointed.

i visited the watertown, ny steak house today, i wanted to say manager Tyrone was awesome, he visited every table, ask everyone how they were enjoying thier meal. i had to send my steak back as it was not cooked to my liking, it returned with some of it cooked, some not, when i told him this, he was very apologetic. gave both of us a coupon for a free meal to use next time, and refunded my meal. the man never stayed still for a moment, when not talking to customers, he was checking buffet, washrooms and kitchen. i hope you value this man for the execellent employee he is, because he is awesome. i have never in my life see a manager so engaged with the customers and staff, i will be dining there again on my next trip from ontario to watertown.

I visited ponderosa in Johnstown, Pa for the lunch buffet and the food and service was excellent. You enter the building and pay for your meal and then find your own seat(I like sitting where I want), and the waitress was quick to bring me my drink. Baked Chicken was tender and delicious, meatloaf was best I ever ate in a restaurant. Chicken wings was hot and crispy, and the selection of hot and cold sides were excellent. I see many negative reviews, but one BIG tip when eating at buffet...be there at opening when everything is fresh. If you wait till night it wont be as good. This goes for all buffets in my experience.

i went to ponderosa amman with the family and we really liked the place very nice ,the food was excellent , steaks very good quality and the buffet was great, service not bad and my kids enjoyed the kids area. it was a nice experience the family enjoyed and i would like to do it again

The quality of the food at the Gaylord, Michigan Ponderosa Steakhouse is so low I will not return. If I was thinking of purchasing a franchise after eating the low quality food at this restaurant I would not do so. Most of the food tasted like warmed up left overs. My wife tried to eat a BBQ chicken wing but it was all dried up and very tough. The vegetables all came out of a can or were frozen. My son had a hair under his steak. Management visited up and did replace his steak. No, I don't think we will return as we can get better food at other local restaurants This happened on a Saturday at noon and we wondered why there was not many people eating. Now we know. Customers are not returning.

I was at the auburn indiana location yesterday one if the servers broke one of the bulbs to the heat lamps the replaced the food after about five minutes we was running latte to pick the kids up from school so i got a box to go i ate it for lunch the next day suprize i cut my tounge and mouth on shards of glass now im going to the er

i recently went to the breakfast buffet in kittanning pa. no eggs, bacon was almost empty and greasy under cooked, fruit bar was dried up no decent selection. told the waitress. she told the manager, the manager ask the waitress to come back and ask us what was so bad about the buffet. if the manager was a good manager she would of came herself. but after 20 mins. of waiting the buffet was restocked. we left and will never go back.

Hello there I went to the new Ponderosa steakhouse just opend in amman Jordan, and I think I have to tell you about it First of all , I have been to branches across Asia and the gulf area and iam a big lover of the food served at Ponderosa but this one here is amman is so bad , the food quality and taste are very unlike the original and I can say that it tasted bad especially the caeser salad which I think a sheep would refuse to eat. The service is so bad that the used plates remained at the table for a very long time until we had to call them even thought the place was empty Third and very important is that they cheat with the bill and they make you pay the taxes twice another thing is that wherever i went the buffet was included with any main dish but here you have to pay extra to have the buffet with a main dis I thought I better write to you because I really like Ponderosa and I hate to see this happening especially at the start of the operation in Jordan Thank you very much

I have been a huge fan of ponderosa for years i was sad to see it leave springfield ...I only get to go about every 2 years or so, so when i had my teeth pulled in jacksonville and we passed 1 i was so excited cuz i knew in a couple weeks id be back and id be at ponderosa!! I was so excited because i have been eating soup, mashed taters n pudding for 3 weeks i wanted my 1st real meal to be ponderosa. Get up to the buffet and everything is old and burnt and dry u can crack a plate with the chicken tenders and corn bread the spaghetti was cold hot wings burnt so i just wasted my money and ate a piece of pie.... while i was eating my pie they brought out new chicken tenders (cuz we complained) so i grabbed a few cuz i was already mad i spent $22 bucks to not eat... Long behold they were pink in the middle so thank you ponderosa for making my 1st official day i could eat real food horrible i shoulda gone somewhere else!!

I WORKED AT PONDEROSA IN DICKSON TN. ON HENSLEE DR. FOR ALMOST 2 YRS. ALWAYS THERE, RARELY LATE. NEVER RECIEVED A RAISE NO PAID VACATION AND NOW THE OWNER REFUSES TO GIVE ME MY LAST CHECK OF A MERE $80.00 FOR 12 HRS. OF WORK. YEAH THATS RIGHT 12 HRS. BECAUSE OF A LOAN SHE GAVE ME OUT OF HER OWN POCKET. ILLEGAL?

Altoona,Pa store is awful first off no one manager smiles , they stand arund , complian , swear at there employees , they dont even thank them for anything , they fired ppl and then hire them back cause they cant even find ppl to work . its bad for business ,I worked there got fired for something so lame if it was the actual truth i can see why , so many calls on one employee /manager and nothing ever got done about it , cock roaches everywhere , managers dating other mangagers or fellow employees , all it is there is drama .managers actually steal from the company then later lie to cover it up.you got servers judging your customers cutting them down walking up and down the aisles cussing and saying f@@@ these non tippers calling everyone trash and if they know they don't tip they get that table will not get good service and they make that be known to the customer I just don't understand how you would want something to act like that in your restaurant you should be embarrassed and ashamed.. and when you bring it up to the managers it's like it goes in 1 ear and right out the other ,if they look pretty for a waitress postotion you dont get hired you can not look better than the manager .they lost there best employee thats for sure ....and they know it

My family stopped by the Ponderosa Steakhouse located in Geneva, New York on our way back from a camping trip. My son and I had ordered steaks, one sirloin and one ribeye. The steaks that they served to us were not grilled very well, more importantly, the steaks thenselves were mushy and had a grayish hue to them. I thought that it was pork. Nevertheless, I had informed the waitress of our discontent and she had assured us that she would inform the manager of our situation. Additionally, the waitress had stated that the color may be off because the steaks had been marinated. The manager had personally prepared our steaks, without a hair net and handled our food without gloves. I have a the video to confirm the latter. I let the waitress know that I did not want the steak that the manager had prepared because the manager had handled our food without gloves. I will forward a copy of the video to your attention, however, I do not have an email address for customer service.

I WAS AN EMPLOYEE AT PONDEROSA STEAKHOUSE IN KISSIMMEE RIGHT ACROSS OLD TOWN. IM HAPPY TO SAY I LEFT THAT PLACE AND GOT BETTER OPPORTUNITY AT OTHER LOCATION AND BETTER PAY. I REALIZE THAT MANAGERS ARE THERE JUST TO FLIRT WITH GIRLS AND NO TO GET PROFESIONAL. THEY OVERWORK YOU AND OTHER DONT WORK AS HARD AS AN SPANISH PERSON. THEY HIRE ALOT OF IMMIGRANTS WITH NO PAPERS AND MAKE THEM WORK HARD LIKE CRAZY FOR THE LOWEST PAY RATE. AND EMPLOYEE THAT BEEN THERE FOR YEARS GET THEIR HOURS CUT AND NO APPRECIATED FOR THEIR TIME OR WORK THEY DO. THERE ARE NEW MANAGERS THAT ARE SLEEPING AROUND WITH EMPLOYEES AND GIVE THEM HOURS, EASY JOBS, AND THE BEST JOBS CAUSE THEY ARE WITH THEM. OVERALL I THINK THE CORPORATE NEEDS TO CHANGE THEIR MANAGEMENT, STARTING BY RICHARD THAT HE DOESNT WHAT HE DOING ANYMORE. HE IS TOO OLD AND JUST GO TO WORK TO COLLECT MONEY CAUSE BAD ADMINITRATION IS GOING ON AND HE DOESNT DO ANYTHING TO FIX IT. LITTLE BY LITTLE THAT PLACE IS BECOMING THE WORST PLACE TO WORK. NO RESPECT FOR EMPLOYEE AND NO APPRECIATION THEY SHOULD INVESTIGATE ALL THIS EMPLOYEES THAT ARE WORKING WITHOUT LEGAL PAPER TO BE HERE IN THE U.S.A.

Im a frequent customer at the Ponderosa Steakhouse in North Syracuse NY I have been back there in the past month because there is NO AIR CONDITIONING!!!! It's sad to see how hard these girls work when its literally 100 degrees in the dining room. They have 2 air conditioners set up on table each side of the diningroom. Also two small fans. It does no good I don't understand how these people can work in that! Get the air conditioner fixed ASAP!!! As for the workers the cashier is a small girl with light blonde hair VERY RUDE. Servers are amazing workers constantly going above & beyond while sweat is dripping from their face. The food is great. I always get cheeseburgers or sirloin tips. Never had a problem. Bathrooms need to be cleaned more. I will return during the winter very uncomfortable to eat while sweating.
