I am in Murfreesboro, Tennessee tonight with my husband who is having surgery tomorrow and we are hanging out at a friend's house and just wanted to order a pizza/breadsticks/spaghetti to be delivered. I first called the Pizza Hut with the same zip code as my friend's address then they referred me to another Pizza Hut. I called that number, which was "a call center", or that is what I was informed by the rude female on the other end of the phone at approximately 8:24 pm at the 615-217...Anyway, if that is how your call centers work, I'm sure we're not the only customers who won't be ordering, especially if she hangs up on everyone else!!!!
Pizza hut doesn't support employees right to bear arms. Ronald Honeycut was attacked in Indinapolis and shot and killed his attacher while on duty. If more delivery drivers and counter personell were allowed to carry firearms for self defense without getteing fired and the public knew they carried a hand gun I have a feeling the would be crimal would find an easier mark to steal from. I will no longer spend my money at a company that doesn't allow their employees who work in high crime areas to legally defend themselfes. A 9 dollar an hour job isn't worth the risk but hey what does corporate care they don't have to live and work in these areas. I refuse to purchase your product as long as you refuse to allow employees to defend themselves within the boundries of the law. My neighborhood pizza shop has 4 employees and they all carry hand guns on the job. Everyone knows it and noone has ever tried to rob them. Face facts, if the criminal knows you can and will defend yourself chances are said criminal will find an easier mark.
Pizza Hut has always been one of my favorite places to order from and to visit.. Until now..My cousin Debi has worked for Pizza Hut on Wayne road in Westland for over 20 years. Her son Matt was hit by car on July 23rd, 2010. He is still unconscious and in the hospital . He will need months and months of rehab when he wakes up.. We dont know the out come as of yet. There is a fund raiser on Sunday, August 29,2010 at Bell Park, 5 Mile and Inkster Rd. My point is... after all those years of working at PIZZA HUT...they donated TWO $10.00 certificates !!!! Is that a shame or what ?
This is the second time I am having to write to complain about this. We are located on an air force base, and this pizza hut location delivers only to the base. I placed my order at 4:28, with a request to have it by five. It is now 5:15 and my pizza has still not been delivered. Last time I complained, I was told my account would be credited, it never happened. I chose to give this pizza hut a chance again, and once again I am a very irritated customer. How many customer complaints does it take for some changes to be made? There is no excuse for this to be late since we are the only location it is delivered to. The store is less than a 10 minute drive from the base. I'm sick and tired of hearing excuses and want something done about this.
