I had called the local pizza hut in 29 palms CA, to place an order. It took them 26 rings to answer the phone the second time I called back, no one ever answered the phone the first time. When they finally answered the phone, not even an apology for taking so long to answer! I wanted to order your pepperoni and cheese calzone and asked for them to place the pizza sauce inside simple right! I was told they can't do that! When I asked why, I got because we put the sauce on the side and we don't make them with the sauce inside. You can put any toppings you want inside but your unable to put the pizza sauce inside. Explain that one! Most other places that make them put the sauce inside without any problems. Then the worker was very rude to me when I cancelled my order. Good customer service Pizza Hut. This just reminded me of why I normally avoid going to Pizza Hut. Love Papa Johns, Love Dominos, and guess what they have a better product anyway. There customer service blows Pizza Hut out of the water in 29 Palms. The Pizza Hut is looking pretty beat up besides being managed poorly.
I take EXTRME issue with the ad campaign for ANY PIZZA, ANY TOPPING, ANY SIZE FOR $10.00. This very MISLEADING AND BAIT AND SWITCH AD SHOULD BE PULLED! THE VERY TINY DISCLAIMER THAT APPEARS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE TV SCREEN AND THE HUGE SIGNS AT THE STORES INDICATES THAT CERTAIN TYPES OF PIZZAS IN THIS OFFER AREN'T INCLUDED. I'LL WAGER THAT THE BIG SHOTS AT PIZZA HUT ARE COUNTING ON THE CUSTOMER NOT READING THIS MESSAGE, AND OUT OF EMBARRASSMENT OR WHATEVER, ACCEPT THEIR ORDER WITHOUT QUESTIONING WHY THEIR PIZZA COSTS MORE THAN $10.00!! I NO LONGER GET MY PIZZAS AT PIZZA HUT! I HOPE OTHERS READ THIS AND PASS IT ON.....
We ordered the pizza we like. We picked it up, while it was still cooking in their oven ummm. We got it home and the crust tasted like rubber. It was a thin crust with cheese pizza. We called and complained. The employee, said "I agree, the thin crust is really bad, you should try the thick cust." It was a terrible dinner, but I think Pizza hut has a bigger problem with it's employees and product. I sure wouldn't want that employee working for me. She offered a credit.....but so far no credit has shown up. Bad busiess practice.
I was going to order quit a bit from our local pizza hut for our party and had a coupon one of the peel and saves from our local school which doesnt expire until 12/31/11 and they sadi they didnt honor them which was not true cause ive used them there before and also the rude manager there hung up the phone on me. I not only went to another pizza place which got my money and business had great customer service and that manager wanted my business. He needs to be fired and I will never spend my money at any pizza hut again!
best pizza and wings (have always loved pizza hut) don't know if every pizza hut has spinach dip and chips for an appetizer but it has been discontinued at our favorite pizza hut out here in barstow ca. whoever made that decision is an idiot.
I am livid beyond belief! I have a son who is new to the working world...HIS manager is not only writing him up, but threatens to do it on his DAYS OFF! When I called her to find out the number to Corp. she "didn't know it" Strange, eh? I understand the TN non-contract work law, but what someone does off the clock is NOT the business of a Manager....it is also NOT correct to harass employees. Also, he has gone in on everyday that he was scheduled not to work, sans one......Manager wanted to know WHY he couldn't come in when he was not on the schedule.......Sounds like they need to clean house there! I have spent quite a bit of money at Pizza Hut, that comes to an end TODAY!
Went for a lovily evenin out with the family when we ask. For drinkste kids ordred soft drinks nd me nd my boyfriend ordered a corrona nd a strawberry daquir the manager refused to give us the drinkz after we showed him our I.D. He mistrided us so badly nd bad us look stupid I don't think this is right so my family nd I just left..
Re: Craig Linzer, Craig-very interesting, this can be a possible solution to end street violence, and keep the criminals as far back as possible. During the LA riots in the 90's if business owners did not take matters into there own hands ( guard there properties with machine guns, hands guns, etc.), looter would of left some owners on the streets, bankrupt, and broke. And who to say looting would not lead to rape, abuse, etc. I can see where you are coming from. There is just not enough police out there to take care of every matter, and that is just a matter of fact. Especially nowadays, police are more concerend about there personal saftey. Well way to go and a two thumbs up to that business, it describes integrity, honesty, and also proportionally compells men and women with honest backgrounds to apply and in return it will show forth, a gun is a serious responsibilty. With that said, it sounds like a rewarding career, where do you live, and who is the govenor, mayor, I would like to follow up, maybe even show some type of political support for commendment where commendment is due.
This was my last email that I sent to Pizza Hut Corp. Headquarters I am very disappointed with your response to the following issue. I'm also trying to be nice about this but, if it is not corrected at once, I will take this up with a much higher power and you can believe me that there is. As I emailed before, that in January this year I made an online order that included the Big Dipper Pizza (since it was advertised on your website) and was pre-paid using my Master Card. "That pizza order NEVER EVER arrived."..... You already know this. After being late over 30 minutes, I called the store in La Vergne, Tennessee. The person I spoke with said that they DIDN'T make THAT pizza anymore and that they called and left a message saying so. (That MESSAGE was not received and the phone was within 5 feet of us all that time). He said that he would give me a $10 credit, like it was a big deal. Which was then applied to a NEW order, over the phone, of just a regular large two topping pizza. Which cost me $5.48 paid in cash when it finally arrived. He also said that my original order had been cancelled and that I would not be charged for that order since it did not go through. He was totally wrong. As you also know, that order WAS charged to my Master Card and so far, the money has NOT been credited back to my account. I find this issue totally unacceptable. I'm just glad it wasn't a Debit CheckCard. Several issues like this could really mess up a checking account in a month's time. I have emailed you and I have also called you on the phone, now twice about this issue and requested that you credit back the money to my Master Card account. You are still owing me the refund of my original purchase plus now the interest that has been charge to my account for this purchase, since you have used my money for over 30 days and you did not credit my account as you promised. Master Card has charged me and so I'm also now charging you. I Think that's only fair. I should be charging you for the time and agrivation of having to sit down and write emails and making phone calls because of this issue. If it were you wanting your supplies or other daily operations, I'm sure that you would not be typing and calling for FREE. Somebody would be getting paid for their time and efforts. That's just business. Also, as I said earlier, I had guest. they now are not ordering from you either. I'm still waiting for the charge to be credited BACK to my Master Card. Also, I want you to know that I have purchased 5 times since this incident from your competition. Which, as of last night, makes it over $100 in lost sales for that store. I guess maybe they feel that you can handle the loss of one unhappy customer but, how many others have you also lost that you and they know nothing about? If you want me to continue ordering from your competition, then no problem. I'm sure that Dominoes, PAPA JOHNS and the others are very happy to receive my orders. If this is not corrected now, then in addition to multi-Blogs and twitter postings, I'm also planning on sending all copies of this incident to any and all of your competition that I can find, for their own personal enjoyment and use in any advertising that they may care to use it in. I have tried to order from Pizza Hut in District Heights, Maryland. Unfortunately, I have not been able to order because there is always a three hour wait for pizza no matter what time of day it is. This is very frustrating. There should be one time that I can order and it will not take three hours. I feel that Pizza Hut in District Heights, Maryland is doing this to discourage customers. I know that there have been other customers in the District Heights, Maryland area that has the same complaint, and therefore will order from Domino Pizza.
I'm a pizza hut delivery guy who started work at the Salem, Ohio pizza hut on 12-1-2010 and as of today 12-27-2010 HAVE NOT received a paycheck. WHY ???? I have always loved pizza hut, but here in santo domingo i placed a order at 5pm and still at 7:27 no pizza i called them 5 times 2 of those calls i asked why i had not gotten my order, and i was put to another extention that kept ringing and no one picked up..the other 3 calls i asked for a manager and i was put to the same extention/// and i still didn't get my pizza. At this point I rather keep my money and will not order again from hut pizza 809-620-2020.
I wanted to send an email regarding the unprofessionalism and the inept abilities of your staff at the Salt Lake location (4510 Salt Lake Blvd, Honolulu HI). On December 5, 2010, the Waimanalo Cowboys (a 4-6 year old flag football team) called in to make a reservation for 30 people at the Salt Lake location for December 12, 2010 at 1pm. The game finished at 1210pm, and was being played at Aloha stadium – less than 5 minutes away. When the coach went in to the restaurant to check in for the reservation, he was told that there was a party which had “walked in” and were having pizzas for an unscheduled party. The families of the football team waited for more than 45 minutes for our table reservations and were told “there is nothing we can do, you just need to wait”. How would you feel if you had 16 kids and their families waiting to celebrate with a pizza party? Would that be acceptable to you? The kids waited with the adults, and were so hungry that we finally decided to go to Taco Bell for lunch. I am still upset about this matter and would like to know what can be done to make it up to these kids? I am really upset with some of the practices of Pizza Hut. While looking at my Monday night football game, I decided to order my family dinner from Pizza Hut. I call and ordered the pizza and was asked if it was a delivery or carry-out. I replied, "carryout". I was told that it would be ready in 15 minutes. The order was taken at approximately 9:50pm, I left my home and arrived at the Pizza Hut at approximately 10:05pm. I saw employees walking around and oone lady was on the phone. The door was locked. I knocked on the door, but was ignored. I went back to my car and called the store. I was told that the store was closed and that my origional call had gone to the call center and that the only way that I could get my pizza was if it could be delivered. She also stated that the delivery must be in an area inwhich they deliver. Even though I live in the same zone as the Pizza Hut is located, they do not deliver in Edmondson Village. I do not think that I should had been falsely lead out of my home, thinking that I was going to get the pizza. No one said that the store would be closing a 10:00pm, the store opening and closing sign did not even indicate that the were closed. The only closure indicated was Friday and Saturday. I am writing this in hope that some changes are made. I did not know that my first call was going to a call center in another state in a difference time zone. I feel really bad because I had been working hard all day and had promised my family that they would have pizza for dinner but instead my grandchildren went to sleep without anything, because I did not want to wake them up without the pizza I promised.
Me and my wife were going to have dinner last night in Casa Grande,Arizona. Pizza Hut. We just sat down to order when a man at a table was sitting with his family and began yelling at the worker about not getting his drink, the man then got up and went behind the counter and was yelling at the worker "that he works for him" and he was using profanity. Comes to find out the man yelling is the District Manager, Don Beauchamp. Then he fires the employee in front of all the customers. We went up to the counter and ask for the phone number to the corporate office of Pizza Hut,but of coarse we were giving the wrong phone number. I have never in my 45 years have seen a manager or district manager ever act so unprofessional in my life. I will never go to Casa Grande, Pizza Hut and I will aslo tell others not to go.This Pizza Hut is the only one in town.
I gave you 1 star but you didn't earn that i ordered a Big Italy supreme with extra cheese and extra pepperoni in West Frankfort Illinois.I waited an hour for my pizza then when it came it was a large supreme with extra pepperoni and extra cheese.The delivery driver took my money and said they messed up they would bring my pizza right out to me.So I called and they put me on with there manager Daniel he told me to bad didn't have my pizza but would make me a new one when he took care of the people in front of me.I had to take the back of the line already waited an hour for my pizza now it could be another hour or so.I order pizza at least 3 times a week from you and this was wrong will take my buisness to Dominos! VERY UPSET
Due to system error when I ordered on line my order was changed. I discovered this when delivered called local store immediately to inform them. They stated that the order delivered to them was what they delivered and a system error was my problem not theirs. Then to top it off what was delivered was some of the worst food I have ever seen. So the Store in at 10060 Dumfries Rd, Manassas VA should be avoided at all cost. I will use others in the future.
My son who has Down Syndrone has worked for 15 years at the Frankfort, In. Pizza Hut . Worked 2 and 1/2 hours 2 days a week Got cut down to one day a week, said business was bad. Got a new district manager a few years ago and he his tried to get rid of him every since he has been there. Got a new manager so he is trying to make his name. My son just doesn't understand because he did his job. Reckon they don't like people with Down Syndrone.
To the CEO, I have been in the restaurant business for almost 40 years. I have owned an Italian restaurant that served pizza NY style pizza. I had this restaurant for 14 years and had a successful pizza delivery business which I sold and is still in operation today. The other day I got a pizza delivered to my house from Pizzaz Hut and I noticed that there was a $2.50 delivery charge. When the driver came I asked him if that was his tip. I was informed that he gets $1.00 and the house $1.50. I gave him some extra cash for the delivery. It has always been the policy for most delivery restaurants, to not have a service charge and the tips go to the driver. I understand that in this day and age a service charge to the house is necessary, but $1.50 is not expetable that shoud go to the driver. I would like the opportunity to discuss this policy with the pizza hut decision makers. I also know how to double your Calzone sales,please contact me if you are interested in talking.
Today i had very poor service with pizza hut in grandview missouri i order pan crust and delivered hand toss pizza instead so i called them and told them dat my pizza was wrong so they said they would send a replacement which took them two hours to do so,so i called again to ask y i didn't receive my pizza yet they said only had one driver and that they would credit me 12.60 so wen i finally received my pizza it was wrong again so i had to call them again and they told me that there was nothing else they could do and if i wanted it made right i would have to drive to the location. So i did and then wen i her there i take them both pizza and the said that it was made right and that they could not make me my pizza over so i was very upset and so i asked about my credit and they said they didn't have it in the computer i am very un please and plan on not ever spending my money there again
