I visited a Pier 1 store in Irmo, SC and the customer service was horrible. I walk in and wasn't greeted so I just thought that may the workers didn't see me so I continued to look for items. Another customer entered the store and was greeted, ok that's was fine maybe she saw her. I continued on, I walked by several times and was never addressed. I'm writing this because this is not the first time this happened. I'm very upset, I thought sometings have change. I see they haven't. I going as far as I can with this, my money is green to.
