I am trying to get in touch with corporate. They lost my papers in regards to being the executris to my moms estates. I cant speak to a supervisor either they a are all busy. How convenient.

Utterly inept customer service. I called to cancel the PMI attached to my loan (acquired from GMAC) and was told an incorrect procedure for getting this done that cost me real money out of pocket. Ocwen refuses to admit their mistake, and I have filed complaints with state and federal regulatory agencies.

l looked at all the reviews on the top of this page and agree on how poor this company is run. My mortgage was sold to this Co. I was with GMAC Mortgage. Trying to get a modification for the past six mths. with them telling me,no decision has been made yet. Terrible company to deal with.

Ocwen just took over my loan I had with GMAC, which went out of business. Could not go on line to pay my payment and had to call Customer Service. The person I spoke to I could not understand because they where in another COUNTRY! Did not speak english.. So I guess they out source our JOBS to God only knows where!! It is a shame, then they wonder why we can not make our house payments

Ocwen has not been honest in the processing of our funds as advised they would do. I would not recommend Ocwen to anyone, as they can't be trusted. They tell you something and have the Relationship Manager tell you something, then do something different with your money and want you to keep sending funds. They are cheats!!! Also you can't talk to someone in the US that you can understand.

What a joke working with these people. Trying to get a loan modification since my husband died and was told not pay other bills but just pay the mortgage. Turned down on the modification. Where does a person go for help. they dont deserve a single star.

Office 2011 has a number of new, very ufeusl features, and is a refinement over the previous edition of Office for Mac. The program is cleaner in appearance and much faster to load. There are two glaring issues, however, that would lead me to STRONGLY advise against purchase of the software at this time. First, there are widespread issues with product activation. Office 2011 comes with a new activation PIN that must be activated by the sale merchant (similar to how a giftcard will not work unless they scan it at the register). You are then required to enter the PIN on Microsoft's website, at which point (if all has gone well), you will receive your product ID (CD key) that you then use to install the software. In theory, the process should be painless but Microsoft has been having issues nationwide with activation of the PIN (even if you pay for the software) and I had to deal with about a week's worth of hassles and e-mails/phone calls between Microsoft and my vendor before I could get my legitimately bought-and-paid-for software installable on my computer. Second, despite its flashiness and cosmetic improvements, this software is just not ready for prime-time in terms of stability. This is an essential point for anyone that works on important (or long) documents you do not want to risk using this product, because it has not been adequately beta-tested or debugged, and the development team and Microsoft have not provided its customers the courtesy nor respect in ensuring data loss is minimized when using their software. The previous version of Office for Mac has been out for a while and has had hundreds if not thousands of megabytes worth of updates and patches over the years, which makes it relatively reliable to work on. Prior to purchasing Office 2011, you should be aware that there are significant stability issues with MS Excel that make even window-rendering painfully (and reproducibly) difficult (this is on a well-equipped Core i7 Macbook Pro) where the screen stutters and ghosts when you try and resize documents, for example. MS Word has a glaring bug in it that causes it to, at times, abruptly quit, or worse, convert lengthy documents into asterisks without warning (or option for recovery). Microsoft has been notified of these issues but it is unclear whether or if they are working on solutions. I would recommend sticking with the previous iteration of MS Office, wait for at least 6-8 months prior to purchasing this, or use something alternatively that has an established track record of stability, ease-of-use, and features, such as Apple's iWork.

I tried for 2 years to get Ocwen to fix some mistakes on my account, then I hired an attorney.... I suggest you all do the same. From personal experience I can tell you they will not fix a thing. DONT let the idots who answer the phone ruin your life, you all worked hard to be in your house. GET A LAWYER, AND FIGHT BACK!!!!

Touche' on the Indian customer service being sucky. I am a listing agent for OCWEN and I'm about to call it quits. They want me to take care of their homes and field their offers, but once again like most other people experience, I have to talk with 4 different people with poor English skills to get my questions asked, but no one has the authority to make a decision or to make anything happen. Now I read that they are actually hired by the FDIC (Isn't that an American institution?) to sell all of the FDIC foreclosed homes. What, there are not enough American workers to do the job? REALLY? I bet for the small amount of money that OCWEN thinks they are saving, they are losing ten times that on sales that do not close (Yes, they could but the OCWEN system keeps it from happening) and having to re-market the same homes at lower prices after the sale fails. My frustration level is about as high as it can get. There isn't even anyone for me to contact in America. They have US addresses but the same 800 number that routes to India.

Ocwen should get minus stars they suck. I have paid past due mortgage 3 months ago and am still getting letters that they are proceeding to foreclosure. We need a class action suit against them need to know how to do this I know there are many out there in same situation. You call and get transferred to India - give me a break. Some one in Ocwen is lining their pockets with our hard earned money and we need to find out who.

OCWEN IS THE WORST LENDER IN THE WORLD. IT TAKES HOURS TO GET SOMEONE ON THE LINE AND WHEN YOU FINALLY GET A LIVE PERSON YOU GET SOMEONE FROM INDIA THAT HAS NO IDEA WHAT THEIR TALKING ABOUT. I HAVE NOTHING AGAINST INDIANS, BUT FOR GODS SAKE OCWEN GET SOME ENGLISH SPEAKING PEOPLE, AMERICANS THAT NEED JOBS TO FILL THESE POSITIONS. THESE PEOPLE READ THE SAME INFORMATION FROM A SCRIPT EACH AND EVERY TIME. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF OCWEN FOR 5 YEARS AND I JUST WISH I CAN GET OUT OF THIS MORTGAGE JUST TO HAVE A DIFFERENT LENDER WITH ENGLISH SPEAKING PEOPLE!

I have the same problem with Ocwen they are horrible. Someone should file a lawsuit please send your names and email to me and I will gather them to see what we can do.

Litton Loan transferred my loan to then and they suck. Ive been trying to call them and no answer, I'm on hold for over an hour and just to hear that their system is down. This has been going on for weeks. Someone should file a lawsuit against this company.

WORST customer service ever! These people in India don't know what the heck they are doing! We got approved for a modification and received a letter of what we needed to do and so we did that and then we kept on getting more letters but each one would say something different! Can't seem to speak to someone to get this resolved. Why do they do this?! We are good people trying to keep our home and make payments but they are not making it possible for us. no wonder all these mortgage companies are not doing so well, cause they can't get their heads out of the butts!! UGH!!!

Worst....Company.....Ever. These morons have given me the run around for months. I have finally given up and called to ask them to just take the damned house already- and GET THIS- they refused. I told them that I would discontinue fighting the foreclosure (saving them thousands in legal fees) in exchange for $500 to help move me into an apartment. They said that they were not interested. Well now I've decided to make their lives miserable and ensure their legal bill go through the roof on my case. What a pack of idiots.

i need to know where our check went for our roof and we sent to you guys so you could sign it and send it back so we can get it fixed we calledthis morning, (your office in ohio and they said they havent recieve it yet. i want to know if you can find it and get it straightened out as soon as possible we need our roof fix
