I am very disappointed with how the NFL is handling the contract negotiations with the refs. The game has become a joke. These horrible and incorrect calls are game changers and could be season changes for many teams. The refs appear to have no clue what they are doing, they do not agree many times, appear to have no sense of the game, are not in control, and are making a mockery of this sport. I have already cancelled by NFL season pass for Direct TV and I am not sure I will continue to watch any game until the real refs are back. Commissioner you should be ashamed of yourself. You are clearly not earning your very excessive paycheck.

Dear Mr. Goodell, I thought that we lived in a free country. Free to say what YOU WANT. aPPEARENTLY THE nfl IS NOT PART OF THIS COUNTRY. Coaches and players are not allowed to speak their minds or critize you or anything the almighty NFL says. WE are allowed to critize the president of the USA. So are you saying that you and the NFL are more important thwn the president. SHAME, SHAME onyou.

First, we had to buy the meaningless preseason(officially games 1 and 2). Then, we had to have season parking passes.Then we get a new stadium that is intended to attract new fans with deep pockets versus fans with a deep attachment to "their" team. Then we have to fork over thousands of dollars for a license to sit in a seat. In many cases, fans had to move to cheaper seats to keep their tickets. Now we have to endure poorly officiated games because of poor labor management practices. It really is a shame and a poor reflection on the league that with all the money for billion dollar stadiums, ticket licenses, tv packages, subscription tv, merchandise, and the like, that the league is willing to have fans endure mediority so that it can save the equivalent of one star player contract to provide pension benefits. Shame on all of you.

Mr. Commissioner, You are losing fans every week that this ineptitude continues. Please offer a solution. Have quality officiating return to the field this week so we may enjoy a watchable product. Sincerely, A bleeding fan

It is unbelievable that the NFL thinks are going with the ref situation. We wait all year for the football season but you have made it way tooooo painful to watch. Get off the stick and negoiate or the fans will find something better to do on Sunday and Monday night.

This is the biggest joke I have seeing in my 40 years of watching professional football. For now I am going to watch College Football only. I cancelled my subscription to NFL network and not going to waste my time watching a complete disaster. It is not hte best team wins anymore. It is whoever the officials want to win the game or whoever gets the wrong call wins. Godell you have a joke of a league.

This season is a disgrace! Stop being arrogant in your negotiations with regular refs. Their salary requests are only a pittance compared to NFL revenue. Wise up and start using some basic common sense and good judgment.

NFL, you have hidden behind words in the Rule Book and ignored what is on film. I will remain a fan, but i will be protesting by refusing to purchase products from your sponsors. Your greed and your sense of yielding unquestioned authority must be challenged.

GOLDEN TATE CLEARLY,,,,CLEARLY,,,SHOVED A PACKERS DEFENDER IN THE BACK BEFORE HE WENT UP TO TRY AND CATCH THE BALL,,RIGHT IN FRONT OF A REF I MIGHT ADD,,,RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE REF,,,WHICH HE DIDNT,,,JENNINGS CLEARLY,,,CLEARLY,,,HAD POSSESION OF THE BALL WITH BOTH HANDS BEFORE TATE EVEN GOT ONE HAND ON THE BALL.,,,THE PACKERS WERE ROBBED,,,AND I CANT BELIEVE THAT EVERY SINGLE REF MISSED TATE SHOVE DUDE IN THE BACK,,,WHAT WERE THEY DOING?? I would like to know how much the pay-off was to throw the Packer v. Seattle game? Who was in the booth to do the review a group of blind people and their seeing eye dogs? I am boycotting NFL football until you come to your senses and straighten this out!!!

As a huge fan of the NFL I am sorry to say that I will no longer watch these games until the regular referees are back on the field. Furthermore, I refuse to support any products promoting this farce. There is no excuse for a nine billion dollar industry to be throwing its integrity out the window to save a few bucks. So sad.

NFL. Has completely become a joke.. Something needs to be done

Let me start with I am a Seattle Seahawk fan however I am more a fan of fair play and officiating. After watching tonights game I think I am done with NFL football. The calls in this game were a joke just like many this season. If this is what the NFL is then it is no longer an interest to me.
