this is the best company when it comes to ripping their customers off. They sell you worthless broken items that might as well be advertised as expensive paperweights
X Box Live users BEWARE. Be careful when selecting auto pay option. If you have an issue and your account is suspended when attempting to re activate your account Microsoft X Box will charge you for the timeframe which your account was in active and you had no usage.so basically if you had no useage for 3 months they will charge you or the three months. When you sign up for this service (autopay you are not advised of this). Additionally, when I called customer support I spoke to a Rodrick who was rude and for some reason thought he was speaking to an idiot. For some reason when I requested a manager Rodrick a customer service rep felt he could self promote himself to a manager and tell me what the manager would say rather than transfer me to one. Once I got him to transfer the hold time was well over 20 minutes. SO BUYER BEWARE.
I just received a notification that my registration is up for renewal and you will be charging my credit card for this renewal. Microsoft one Microsoft Way, Redmond Washington. what are you doing. I have not signed up for this service. You have no authority to bill mr for anything. what are you doing? Are you Bill Gates? Who are you? No.
I wish I could give them 0. Tech support is a joke. They can't speak English clear enough for you to understand them, then if you get lucky the one you can understand cant find his butt with both hands 11 days and counting hundreds of dollars lost and the neither OS works. XP Professional or Windows 7. Now it's my hardware. Ok lets shift the blame somewhere else because they haven't got a clue. Do I have to buy a new computer to upgrade my OS. This is nothing new. Microsoft has been doing this since DOS 1.1 I think it's time for a class action law suit.
This is getting real frustrating -- I cannot get emails for the past two weeks and my address book also - I had a hacker two weeks ago that sent an illegal emails to people on my address book asking for money ($2500) with my name on it. He blocked my MSN account. My Computer technician cleaned up my PC with Spybot however still cannot get into address book or emails; He sent two emails to MSN inwhich they said that I do not have a good password I have had MSN for over 10 years with the same email address and password..I sent and email to phishing scams with no replies. Called MSN got people from India, Central America and still with no help just cop out NO HELP AT ALL; I THINK THAT SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES WITH MSN SHOULD BE FIRED -- IF I DO NOT GET THIS FIXED I AM GOING TO ANOTHER ISP PROVIDER -- YOU HAVE TO CLEAN UP THE BAD EMPLOYEE GARBAGE IN THIS ORGANIZATION I NEED HELP NOW ASAP!!! I called yesterday at 2:30 to get help from Unlimited Tech Support, supposably they work for Mircosoft. I was not given help told they would call back and never did. I was charged a fee and was told they do not give refunds. I called back today and was disconnected twice. If this is how Mircosoft runs their business I wonder how you are still in business.
Sirs: I recently acquired a new computor equipped with Windows 7. I love to play "hearts" and have found that the new "hearts" program is one that I totally dislike. How can I get the hearts program found in recent XP programs. It is faster and more enjoyable. Bill Harkins at wwharkins@sbcglobal.net THANK YOU !!!
I tried out the Beta 10. I may buy it but I have some questions. I am 80 years old and live on a fixed income and that is getting hard to live on. I have two PCs and two laptops. My wife (age 77) has a one PC and she has the newer laptop. If I buy the new 2010 Office, how can I load my 4 computers? Are you going to charge me for each one? derfb1@aol.com and Fred.Barber@astronics.com
I keep getting a pop up from MSDN Trouble shooting that acts like its own virus! It will not go away. It will not let me go to another site. I have my own technical support and I certainly would not buy a product online that forces me to but it or else! STOP IT! I do not want these notices again! reply to Jane Settle, 760-918-9309, janesettle@att.net. This is a customer complaint and there is barely a place for you company to make one!
