Meineke Corporate Office & Headquarters

My wife took her Suzuki Areo to Meineke located on 710 North Aspen, Broken Arrow Oklahoma to have her Air Conditioner worked on because it stopped working. To make long story short she had to take the car back five times to get it re-fixed after the mechanics "Repaired" the A/C. It was taken out of the shop yesterday for the sixth time and it stopped working again today September 2, 2012. This all has transpired over the last 5 days. The mechanics and the service manager were extremely belligerent and rude to my wife, at one point my wife had to call the police to get the car from them because they told her to leave and she could not have "her car" back until they were finished. The shop mechanics are extremely lacking in mechanical ability and the service managers will not honor the warranty they give to their customers. Really I wish 0 was an option, because meineke does not deserve 1 star. I took my vehicle in for ac repair at the Greensboro NC West Market St location. At the end of the day the manager (Victor Coles) called me to say the ac was fixed and I could come in to pick up my vehicle. I made a cash payment and while driving home I noticed that the ac was not fixed. It was still blowing warm to hot air. After calling the manager I was told to bring it back and they would fix it. To make a long story shorter, I ended up taking it back several times and they still did not fix the ac. After leaving my vehicle a total of 7 days & 4 nights with no success, I requested a refund since they were evidently not able to fix the ac. The manager said he was not the only owner and would have to check with his partners and will call me back in 15 minutes. That was almost 3 months ago, he still has not called me back. Thank you Victor Coles!! I don't appreciate being lied to and treated in that manner. I'm a Senior Citizen and on a small fixed income,I don't have money to throw away, but I guess that does not matter to Meineke. I wonder how can they sleep at night with the way they cheat people and lie. Customer service guaranteed! They need to drop that moto.

I am jus informing Meineke that 2 Locations in Winston Salem Nc 27105 owned by Bill Gerhard is the crooked places ive ever been ... Both locations are nasty and it takes them forever to fix anything ... Also jus so u kno there is alot of unsaid things going on at both locations that I think need to be Investigated... Just got done rebuilding my front end. I don't have a wheel alignment system in my garage so I went to Meineke in Farmington, Mo. They gave me a sales pitch that this was bad that was bad but, yet I just got done rebuilding the front end. What small tolerances were detected should have had no bearing on the alignment. The good part is they charged me $25.00 for the check! Just before that the manager cut this kid a price break on some work he wanted done. I guess honesty and integrity has gone out the window and greed has taken over. I have been working on automobiles for 35 years now and know a bullshit story when I hear one. Nice job Meineke, you have proven your true worth. Not only did you manage to loose a customer today you have started a war. I will make sure I let all consumers know of your nice friendly business tactics. Oh by the way , no one else charges to check out the necessity of a wheel alignment. Its off to Firestone!

O (ZERO) STARS -- TO MEINEKE AND THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE THAT. LESS THAN ZERO TO MEINEKE AND TO THEIR DISHONEST, UNINTELLIGENT (DUMB ACTUALLY) MECHANICS AND EVEN LESS TO THE OWNER (MANAGER) OF THE SHOP WHO SHOULD KNOW BETTER. MY SON THOUGHT HE KNEW BETTER THAN ME (I'M 81) AND TOOK BY CAR TO MEINEKE A NUMBER OF TIMES. HE KNEW THE OWNER AND HE WOULDN'T CHEAT HIM -- WANT TO BET, MY SON??? EACH TIME IT WAS THERE THEY SAID (BUT THEY LIE A LOT) THEY DID A BRAKE FLUID AND BRAKE FLUID FLUSH AND CHARGED ME $90. DIDN'T MATTER THE LAST DATE THEY HAD DONE THE SAME THING - THEY DID IT AGAIN. THE STRAW THAT BROKE THE CAMEL'S BACK AND WOKE US UP TO REALITY WAS WHEN THEY RECOMMENDED WE HAD LEAKS IN THE REAR STRUTS/SHOCKS THAT WOULD COST $994; LUCKILY MY SON DECLINED THE SERVICE. I HAVE A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH HONDA AND WE HAD TO TAKE IT THERE SO THEY COULD VERIFY THE FACT THAT THERE WAS INDEED A LEAK BEFORE THEY FIXED IT UNDER THE SERVICE CONTRACT. AND GUESS WHAT --- SURPRISE! SURPRISE! --- HONDA COULD NOT, NOT, NOT, NOT, NOT, NOT, FIND EVEN ONE LITTLE TINY SMALL LEAK IN THE SHOCKS/STRUTS. WONDER WHY THAT WAS???? SUPPOSE MEINEKE NEEDED A LITTLE MORE MONEY THEY THOUGHT THEY COULD GET FROM AN 81 YEAR OLD LADY AND SHE WOULDN'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE????? PERHAPS THEY DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH "BEER" MONEY OR MONEY FOR THEIR "GIRLIES". THEY ALSO WORKED ON MY GRANDDAUGHTER'S CAN AND DIDN'T TIGHTEN THE BOLTS ON THE WHEELS; LUCKILY NO ONE WAS HURT BEFORE THEY DISCOVERED THE ERROR????? BY MEINEKE - BUT IF ANYONE HAD BEEN MEINEKE WOULD HAVE SEEN THE BIGGEST LAWSUIT OF ALL TIME!!!!! I have been without my car for almis t a month now! On july 8 I went in a basic oil change there was nothing wrong with my car! They didn't replace my il n messed up my motor! I called corpory ate they put in a motor n its stily l nyot starting! They told me i needed a catalytic converter n told me I was responsible for that..they towed my car bk to meinke n I drove it from there straight to my mechanic. The car ran like shit! Horrible way worse! I watched my mechanic take the catalytic converter out disconnected still the car is not starting! He told me its a bad engine, junk yard engine dint know what they did to it..I've been trying all week to get a hold of corporate n no one is returning my call! I'm treated like shit for they're mistake! I need my car n theyre avoiding to take any respinsibility!!! Never again will i ever deal with mieneke again.its obvious they hire young inexperienced workers n prob pay them cheap. I just want them to fix theyre mistake! I will try to call again next week n hopefully I cN talk to someone finally!!

Drop my car to the meinke shop. Here in woodbridge VA. to do a mount &daddy balance to change my rims. Like an hour later they call me. Said that my car is done ok. Went back to the place pay them left the place i was only driving 30 miles an hour then i start feeling that the car is shaking start making loud noise. And steering wheel is wiggling. So took the car back to the shop. They try to fix it! They said that the lognut is the whose causing all the prob. They trying to change the lugnut. Few mins. Later they talk to me and show me the new rims is not compatible to the car!!! And i was like i drove thar car for like a mile that there was a big chance of all tires might come off! They didnt even test drive the car to see if theres any problem.

I live in Gainesville ga. Mieneke represents the "old rip off" type garage. I'll never go there again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know. From my experiance with Corp. they do not care one bit if their stores are dishonest. Nuf sed

On 6/13/12 I took my car into Meineke @ 15494 W bell RD Surprise AZ. I had a cupuon for about $14.00 My bill came to $29.47. I went back and asked why the bill was so high. He stated he did not see the cupon he had in his hand. Because (shame on me) I had gone to a Meineke shop before to have my oil changed I told the owner to make sure any oil he spilled be cleaned from my car. He put on his invoice as a memo to clean up any spilled oil. My gaurage floor now has oil spots all over it. The car was giving to me with 4 quarts of oil as stated on the invoice. This car takes 4.5 quarts. The owner stated I needed new brakes, that mine were gone. He also stated the air cleaner I just had installed two weeks ago was plugged up. He also stated my throttle body was in dire need of cleaning. I declined his extra work. I took it to another shop and they stated my brakes had over 50% left on them. The air cleaner was like new. The throttle body had a little black in it, but that would happen in less than a thousand miles of driving. It is normal. This Meineke shop was the worst shop I have ever had my car in. At least the first one did not try to sell me brakes that were 50% good. I will never use Meineke again and will tell every one I know why and to be aware of Meineke. I took my 1996 Suburban to the Tulsa, Ok store. I needed welding done and I paid for additional services that were offered. I had to stop in Lee's Summitt, Ia the very next day to have the same repairs done. All I asked is that Meineke refund the money I paid in Iowa for the additional damage cause by the Oklahoma repairs. I did not ask for a refund of my lodging as I did have to stop due to the poor workmanship at the Tulsa location! Meineke is not customer oriented nor service motivated. Their slogan should be "any or no service as long as you take the customer's money"!

So my car was leaking a little oil I took it to the Gresham Oregon meineke and they told me it was the oil pan and pan gasket so I paid them 300 dollars to fix the problem along with putting three bolts in to connect my headers to my exhaust. I pick up my car and a couple weeks later notice that it's leaking oil worse then before I go to take it back and what do u know the shop is closed down out of business. So then I take it to the meineke in Hillsboro and they tell me it's the oil drain plug that's leaking and I ask them to check the work that the other meineke did when they checked it they said it was because of the car hitting things and damaging the oil pan. I asked them to just replace the drain plug but they insisted on me replacing the hole thing! They finally replaced it and we left happy! Few days later the car sounds horrible and we smell exhaust coming threw the car. We check the car and my header was missing all the bolts. After taking it to them and asking what happens they refused to help us and calling my car a piece of shit Pete the owner/ manager was extremely rude and verbal about his feelings of my car. To top it off trying to make a coplaint to corporate is nearly impossible. And now something that was fine with my car is not and meineke won't fix there mistakes for all I no Pete did it on purpose to have us come back!!!! Meineke is one big money hole!!!

This happened at a central Phoenix Meineke Major ripoff! Meineke deserves no stars for their rating. Screwed up our car big-time, then lied about it. Then corporate tells me to send it to a dealer which was the only place I could get it fixed and they would reimburse me. Another lie. Even sent them a tape of two voicemails that state that they would reimburse me and they ignored me completely and never called or sent a letter or a check as promised. They have an 'F' rating with the Better Business Bureau, even though they don't belong to that organization. The BBB still gives them a rating if they get enough complaints. Evidently, they did and that's why they got the 'F' rating. We ended up talking to two other people who also got ripped off within the timeframe our car was there for almost 12 days because they couldn't find anyone from another Meineke that knew how to fix a broken shift cable, broken by a new diesel mechanic who didn't know what he was doing. U.S. Attorney General ought to do their own investigation and nail these corporate owned stores. The franchisee would be quite foolish to do this fraud themselves.

Went to Mienke in Meriden CT. Had an oil change, with coupon, oil change took 5 mins......I asked did they fill and top off fluids, "oh thats another coupon, did they inflate and rotate tires, we are busy today." mAsked the mechanic if he did these things, in his accent, :no they no tell me" however my sons car went in right after mine and low and behold there is the mechanic putting in the fluids..........I guess by virtue of the fact that I was a woman they did not th9nk Id notice the car tire pressure light was on before the oil change and remained on after....well If I was aman who brought in his truck like my son....I am sure my car would have been treated differently..........we NEED female mechanics!!!!!!!to fix females cars......the men just screw us!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have heard that Meineke Car Care Centers are going belly up. Good for you guys and I can see why. I went to one of your stores on Prater Way in Sparks, Nevada yesterday with one of your coupons that I had taken off the Meineke web site. This coupon was for oil change and filter at a price of $19.95. Upon arrival at your store in Sparks, I was informed that they did not accept this coupon. I told them what they could do with it and went elsewhere. Good riddence to Meineke.

Chandler, AZ. I requested NO OIL change for my 99 Navigator but did want points, filters, trans fluid, etc. checked and AC diagnostic. First thing the manager calls and lists a litany of things needing done ( including wiper blades ). I refuse informing him it all just done by Goodyear within the last year or so and blades 3 months ago. * Oh * Suddenly stating everything LOOKS GOOD. * eyeroll * They wound up adding $152 in freon to AC ( but found no leak? ) So pick up car and AC is blowing hot air. Take it back. Oh, well we need to recheck it. * uh huh * fast forward- we found a leak in the receiver/dryer and will need to replace that for $185, add more freon and then labor. * um, no * Go down ask WHY wasn't the leak found until AFTER $152 worth of freon was added? Well that's how it happens. * BS * So say SEE YA and go to GOODYEAR who find NO LEAKS but DID find that the dips at Meineke had overfilled it and were obviously on the major sly. * shocker huh * So GOODYEAR ran a FREE diagnostic, flushed the system and apologized for Meineke's stupidity. I used to work for Napa and should've known better. All those quickie lube and oil places are dirty dogs and used to laugh about screwing customers over in front of me. My bad. SIGH~ What was I thinking? Doubtful corporate will do SQUAT. Probably send me a damn coupon.

I took my car to the location in Glendale, Az for an oil change the sticker stated next service due in April or 22355 instead of taking back My husband was going to change the oil,he was unable to get the plug out so we took it back to the same location. Thank God the sticker was still in the car. My husband explained that the plug would not come in and the guy stated that he would charge me 15.00 since i had the oil and filter. Needless to say they could not get the plug out either and refused to do anything about it. Now i am over due for an oil change and can't get the plug out. Maybe everyone should get together and do a class action suit on this company. Thanks Meineke for nothing. I will never take my car back to them again. they are liers and cheaters.

The attendants at the mineke shop I went to get my brakes repaired were very nice. The waiting area was very neat and clean and every comfort was made for me including pieces of fresh fruit in a basket. I had to have my brakes repaired and rotors, the whole kit and kaboodle. So the next day after the repair I'm sitting at a light and it seemed that the car in front of me was rolling backwards, but I was rolling into the car in front of me! I thought it was because I was wearing my summer shoes and did not realize I was not pressing hard enough on the brake. The next day my daughter borrowed my car to visit her fiance, and she came home very upset stating she was coming down a hill and the car would not stop although she repeatedly was jamming the pedal down to the floor, she almost smashed into a passing car but had the good sense to quickly turn into an empty parking lot. Now the brake light was on in my car also! I called the shop who made the repair and they took it back in in the after noon. The silly mechanics they FORGOT to bleed the air out of the line! No coupons no apologize. An automated phone call giving me the number to evaluate my experiance called my house but unfortunately it was erased with the call back number from my phone hopefully someone can read this hopefully someone elsa can be safe. My daughter or myself or some other passerby could of really been seriously injured or killed! Oh and when I went back the second time he the mechanic did not offer me any slip he stated it was all in there computer and if they ever needed to reference it it would be available. I was foolish not to demand some type of slip.
