Krispy Kreme Corporate Office & Headquarters

Every year I go to buy several dozen donuts for our youth football and cheer league. I pre order usually between 15-20 dozen, we buy these for the players and cheerleaders for treats after their games. This year we decided to buy a second time for the play off game also, and get the pumpkin donut since it was close to Halloween and our colors are orange and black. I went in on wed night 10-26-11 to order 15 doz to pick up on fri the 28th at 9pm to have for sat. I get there fri night around 930 no donuts was told they could have them in an hour i said thats fine dont worry I will just get them in the morning don't rush. Have them by 7am. Come in sat morning at 830 thinking if I say 7 they will be ready, NO donuts. there is another order sitting there for pumpkin donuts for 18 dozen on the counter. they say ok we have some need to box them. ok so its 910 when I leave I am supposae to be where I need to be at 930. I pay full price they give me a box of donuts free. get thru my day have the two boxes that were the last two open up and they were awful. Looks like they came out of the cooker he put the icing on and it melted right down no faces on them of course and tried to just put white smily face on them. I have taken a pic. then to find out it was the manager that did this. Never had this trouble before. Very upset.

I took my grandaughter Savanna to the Charleston S.C. Kripy Kreme for her first time eating donuts and she loves them!She got to pick out the one she wanted! It was of the double layer sprinkles!! I think the shop on Hwy 17 in Charleston S.C. is so neat. It is very clean and it is fascinating to watch it all being made. If you want a great experiance you should stop in!! Thanks Kripy Kreme.

I went to Krispy Kreme on thomson lane in nasville,tn they had the worst customer service and disgusting doughnut with no taste and the supervisor was not professional at all and i could not understand her!!

Krispy Kreme is the best..need one at exit 7 Bristol.Va.Would do a fantastic business since there is not one in Bristol!

Wow! What a total disappointment in the doughnuts!!! They were just terrible and tasted like they had been fried in fish ol! They were tough and burned, not at all like the Original ones that we had in New York State. Had these on Kings Highway - South - in Myrtle Beach, SC. Will never go back!

Krispy Kreme in Atlanta sucks. Burnt, salty, watery glaze- (this includes Roswell and south Cobb.) Want a good doughnut?- try Krispy Kreme in Greenville SC @ N. Pleasantburg dr. Its a.factory store, they know better, and they drugtest their entire staff. They produce about 120 per minute, and throw away 800 pounds of picture perfect product at the end of each day to ensure total quality.
