Your 2013 Christmas Commercial is the most irritating, and waste of money that anyone could imagine. How in the world could you expect to keep customers with such hogwash as that, It is a disgrace to advertisement.

Shame on all of your advertising and PR people at KMart. Do you all thing your customers are all illiterate and/or stupid?? Just look at the little boy riding his bicycle past the two lunatics in their driveway as he is heard to say "what the----" Back to the drawing board!!

Please, for the love of all humanity and all living beings, pull right now that ad that repeats actions of some buyers.

I just left the Kmart store here in High Point, NC and just received horrible customer service at the service counter. I was waiting behind a lady as she was being served at customer service. After she was done, I assumed that I would be next, but NO I was ignored because another lady walked up at the other end. At this point I am furious, but I still waited patiently as the customer service associate answered the phone, tape up a box, walked over to other registers, and assist a person who walked up AFTER me! This associate never apologized, he never said "I'll be right with you," and once he finally walked over to me, it was the rudest of expressions. I work in retail, and I would not treat a customer that way. This associate needs to be retrained on customer service etiquette and know how to make eye contact with a customer, acknowledge the customer and when it's really busy apologize and say "sir/Madame I'll be right with you."

This comercial is very distateful and should not be on tv!

this ad is very sick and needs to be off the tv, any one that wants to watch porn can do so with out including a pretense that it 's an advertising promo for Christmas.

I am greatly disappointed with your " joe boxer" ad campaign. I am no longer going to shop at your stores and since Sears owns this company now, not there either. Just shows how much poor taste a desperate company has.

I am extremely disappointed with your Online Sales Div. They advertised online multiple women's leather coats/jackets for around $64.00, special lasting til 12/10, but when I went to add to card and pay, the price went up to $159.99. I've been a loyal cust. since 1991 and spend money regularly at my local store. Ethically you should honor the sale price (R&O Women's Leather Pencil Coat Item# 027V005903132000 Mfg# L3002PN Size XL Black). After I called they started changing the prices online. I have copies of the advertised discounted adds. Please help me stay your devoted customer. Thank you for your kind consideration.

Kmart's gifting out commercials are so stupid!!!!! If people came in your store acting as stupid as these ads, you would have them arrested. I think all of the normal people with actual brains should descend on Kmart and act out these stupid commercials and see how KMart reacts. Watching these commercials is more painful than walking on glass or burning hot coals barefoot!

I doult this will get in. Last week I purchase Hartz treat Oinker and our beloved family dog got sick. After rushing him to the vet and then being sent to a emergency hospital, Rocky died. The Drs. said it was toxic poisoning from the treat. When I went to Kmart in Stevensville Md. they said corp. would not address it. The fda print out says the treat was to be pulled Feb. 2013. Instead kmart was selling them at a reduced rate? I am sending the remaining treat to the FDA. What a horrible holiday...35842843

I went into the Kmart Store on Street Road in Feasterville, PA and much to my disappointment there were no Channuka items at all throughout the whole store. I cut up my Kmart charge card and will never step foot in any Kmart store again,.

Your Taft,CA store is run horribly. Workers are rude all the time. Even seen workers fighting with other workers. And some of the work uniforms they were would be better suited for the bar after work. Store manager needs to learn how to manage. Time to shop at Walmart more. One star is too good for this store.

No one cares about customers at either store. The Internet service stinks as does Sears home services and repair. The people that work at the call centers are uneducated and most do not even speak English, Lampert is only interested in what money he can get from customers and not the level of excellence that used to be synonymous with Sears. They do not care if any of us threaten to not shop with them and do not care about the obnoxious ads or anything else. It's best that we all just shop somewhere else. If they go out of,business it would be better for everyone.

With their new commercials, Kmart is making a conscious decision to trade customers who, statistically, have deeper pockets, buy for entire families, and have long memories for those who are single buyers, with shallow pockets, and have short memories. HORRIBLE business decision.

On Thursday November 27 the kmart in Cabot Ar. My husband and I stood outside for the Fisher price farm and the princess castle which in the ad where buy one get one free. Well Kmarts limited number was 1. When I asked the very rude manager she said the ad says limited quantity. So I told my husband lets go back and tell the other 7 people looking for the same thing they don't have anymore. The manager then threatens to have us kicked out by security. Who she had following her around like a lost puppy.

While in your store in Bradenton Fl on Thanksgiving evening I witnessed your assistant manager being rude to to of your employees. I found this to be unacceptable. I would like to go on record to let you know neither I nor any member of my family will ever shop at Kmart again. These people have to give up time with their family so you can get that holiday sales in, then they are treated in the manner that I saw. I would question how long would you be treated this way until you went off on someone. Yet because these are minimum wage employees you would expect them to be quiet and take that kind of verbal abuse.

Please stop the Gifting Out commercials, they are the dumbest, most annoying commercials ever! These have turned me off to shopping at K-Mart this year.

store advertised it would be open in Taft California until 10 on the 24 25 and 26 and closed at 9 they said it was due to corporate mistake in it was due to management not paying attention to store hours and did not schedule people long enough very unsatisfied

I'm glad to see others berating your TV commercials. I worked in Advertising & Public Relations many years ago and can assure you that the President/CEO of the company I worked for would NEVER have paid for garbage like we're seeing on TV for KMart. Your ad people lack imagination. . . they should be writing TV shows. . . they're all garbage too. No holiday dollars from me!
