I am a 26 yr old mother and me and my family are very ofended about youre jingle bell comercial dnt u realize that kids are watching that and that is not apropiate. Discusted. I dnt even want to give it a star on the rating but i have to.

I have a layaway online, that I have been trying to pay on for days. The layaway is for Christmas for my kids. I have called several times and they said its nothing they can do. Also while giving me the run around. Being hung up on many times. Waiting for 39mins to talk to someone and get the same response. I will never purchase anything from them again. They hand ruined my kids Christmas.

If you all don't get rid of the company that is in charge of your advertizing and get with a good one... yous will be history in a couple more years! Your TV ads are BAD! BAD! BAD! Wake up!

Kmart has piss poor customer service. Supervisors refuse to get on the phone. I can't wait to see your business fall through. Seeing all of the reports on here and online, looks like it won't be too much longer. I won't shop kmart ever again.

I find this "jingle" of men in boxers offensive and borderline pornographic for my 12 & 10 yr old children, and public TV PERIOD!!

First you aired the commercial with the people acting like idiots making that irritating awful noise and as if the first was not bad enough you came out with a second version; they get muted immediately. Then you come up with the ball shaking jingle bells guys. Think it is past time to find another ad man. Maybe you ought to consider what Christmas is really all about.

I like this commercial. if it was women then it wouldn't be a big deal. you don't want your little one's to see it change the chanel it's that simple.

Upon making my purchase at Kmart in Calhoun, Ga, I was not asked if I would like to donate to St. Jude. Upon review of my receipt at the cash register,I was charged $10 for St. Jude and was told by cashier I would have to go to the service desk to get this refunded. My last visit to this Store!

Absolutely disguising - you need a new adv. agency. TARGET will be my family's choice to shop - have a BLUE christmas.
