I worked for the company, & I will say they are one of the worst companies that I have ever worked for.

Terrible Customer SERVICE :(

I bought a watch a week ago literally & can't find the receipt & they are putting me through helll trying to find it so they can take two links out of it! Regardless if I got it from the store or not I shouldn't have to be charged for that service! It's a $300 watch! Rude, obnoxious, and annoyed employees in the Santa Monica, ca store! Don't shop there plz

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Its actually comical at this point. I am still waiting for a refund of $15.16 as they sent me something in the wrong color FOUR MONTHS AGO. I called them to have them send the correct one and the wrong one was sent again. I called to speak to a manager who was disgusting and unhelpful. They first send me a gift card (right, like I would shop there again!), I asked for a refund. Back and forth, phone call after phone call, promises that it would be processed and then it never got processed because there were problems with my credit card, I had to call over and over for a number of different reasons, lets just say I received about 4 gift cards over the course of this experience, all after they assured me I would receive the refund. I have spoken to managers who were all a bunch of b*tches! Worst customer service experience ever. And guess what, still no refund!

Poor Service

I tried to order a handbag online but their website would not process. This is after I had successfully ordered two other items a few weeks prior. I contacted customer support three times and received three unique answers. Long story short, customer support is not empowered to help with order processing. All they have the power to do is place an order for you on their website. What is so upsetting is the referrals to their "credit department" which I believe does not exist. I did contact my credit card company to see if any order even made it to them for processing and they said nothing was ever submitted.

Bought a pair of shoes that broke after me using them five times. And they refused to help me with the shoes. Im a journalist from Sweden and Will make it my mission to destroy that awful company and their horrible service.

Sometimes you've just got to do what feels right and hope that your family and fridnes understand.In the end it's all about just being you, whoever 'you' may be.Good luck with it

I was at their Long Island store, I was verbally abused by a few of the store assoiates. I finally reported the incidents to corperate. Corpate refused to take any action against these teenage employees who work there.They always acted in appropriately towards me because of no superior above them. I no longer shop Juicy because of their poor customer service!!!

the juicy product is as low as dollar store, the dresses and shorts, tank tops attractive, but everything stretch, and changing the its original shapes, the customer service is dishonesty, manipulations, this was my first time and the last time of shopping with the Juicy, no more, I cannot stand by when some one call me a lier, they sold me the skirt without the tag, the, they were convinced me that I remove tag, so the cannot take it back because the tag missing GIVE ME A QUALITY, AND I GAVE YOU MY MONEY!!!!!! THATS HOW ITS GOES!!!

Do not go to the Juicy Couture store in Estero, Florida at Miromar Outlets, they are incompitent, unremoresful and think they are too good to work there or be in your presence. I recently purchased a tracksuit, for roughly $150. Take into consideration this is an OUTLET store, so this is still very expensive. Well, I come to find out when I get home, the dumb girl who helped me didn't even take off the security tag! So, we had to drive all the way back there the next day and complained that I was wasting time and money because of your inattentive employee who completely missed a security tag. They didn't show any remorse and simply told me to call The main corporation. The "assistant manager" claimed that her employee didn't "mean" to do it and it was an "accident". I don't care! YOUR so called precious employee cost me gas money and what are you going to do about that? Nothing apparently. I would not recommend shopping here if you want proper customer service.

Brand new bag and the leather is peeling off. Seriously I just spent all that money for something I could have gotten at target? Come on.

I order my daughter a juicy couture daydreamer bag from juicy couture .co.uk never again the bag came from China it was a fake that took more money than stated on the invoice when contacting customer services they said it was bank charges? I don't think so there was jewels missing not good and they offered me a 10% discount when I shop with them again I would shop from then ever.

i think that juicy couture is great i currently have 3 juicy couture bags i do not recommend ordering online someone in the shipping department can switch out the real bag with a fake one GO DIRECTLY TO THE STORE TO BUY YOUR ITEMS. when it was my birthday in October 2011 my mom bought me a juicy couture Scottie embroidery tote in pink i loved it i took it to school all the time until 2 boys were throwing a marker in class and it hit my bag i was so angry i was about to cry. but luckily i went home hand washed it and the stain came right out recently my uncle bought me the same bag but in black i love it too so glad its in black so it wont get as dirty i think the juicy couture in Denver Colorado is great

i love juicy couture my uncle just bought me a new Scottie embroider tote the color is black from the ofical site when i got it in the mail i think it came with the leather straps warped in paper and with a dust bag i'm afraid its fake and in October in 2011 i bought the same bag but in pink the leather was much better and softer to touch with the black one it feels rough over all i think the costumer service in Denver Colorado juicy store is great i have 3 juicy couture bags

I ordered a $393.52 watch on 1/20/2012 and send me an empty box with no watch. It was a JOKE. I have been dealing with their superviosr "Sara" and until today, they did not credit my account. Some one to do something about it. VERY POOR Customer Services. They keep telling my it is under review. Order number is JCY-01433534

I will never purchase anything from the Juicy store again. I just took a new Sweatsuit back that didn't fit properly . I didn't try it on when I bought it. So I went to the Juicy store in Glendale. The sales girl was not friendly and then told me she couldn't give me my money back for the sweat pants because they was a mark on them. First of all I never wore the outfit period. The tags were still attached to them and I also had a receipt which showed a paid $312.00 for the outfit. After finally getting the store manager the manager tells me she will have to get approval and then send me a check in the mail in 2 week I will never shop here again. What a terrible experience !!!!!
