29 Reviews For Jenny Craig, Inc Headquarters & Corporate Office

My rating of Jenny Craig is less than 1 star. I have been waiting for a refund since 1/11/11 and have been told numerous times by the different consultants, regional manager and all that it would be in the mail. I have worked in the public for 50 years and never have I received such treatment. No one seems to care and no one will return calls, etc. I would never, ever refer anyone to Jenny Craig.

I have made an appointment to meet with a representative of Jenny Craig next week to get information about Jenny Craig in order to make a decision whether to join. After reading the above reviews I am definitely having second thoughts, almost every review is regarding poor service, unhelpful representatives, food changes that are constantly changing and unacceptable, phone calls that aren't returned. There is a statement from a former employee that is not at all positive, a mention of constantly being threatened about losing their job if they do not comply with each manager's request even if the are immoral or unethical. After reading the above from this former employee it makes a person wonder if they really want to belong to such an organization.

the people at jenny craig are no help, they know how to take your momey but don't help you at all...........very very very poor coustomer service

January 5, 2011, I received an email from Jenny Craig indicating I earned a free week of Jenny's Cuisine. I called my consultant at the Rush River Center in Sacramento, CA to inform her that I received the email--she knew nothing about a free week of food so I faxed and she turned it over to the center manager. After the manager failed to call me, I called to inquire and she said she would have to call corporate. She further stated this offer was for clients who came in 8-9 times in the last couple of months and I informed her the email did not indicate that requirement; she stated she would get back to me. As the redeeming date approached, I called the manager again and she stated I received the email in error but if I felt that I deserved a free week of food, I had two days to pick it up. I reminded the manager that her comment "deserving" was so disrespectful as I have been a long time client and will continue to manage my weight with relapses; which is why I am on the program! I decided not to go to the center because I am angry and I have a few choice words especially for those consultants, who themselves, are overweight--does that mean they are not deserving to work for the Jenny Craig Corporation?

As a former consultant for Jenny Craig I would like to apologize to all the clients . We are instructed to SELL SELL SELL! That is the main objective. Not to support or care about our clients. I have also heard many many many complaints about the food changes and high turn over rate from clients, however all complaints have fallen on deaf ears. I feel incredibly empowered to have left this company as I did not feel appreciated, respected or supported by the Centre Directors and Regional managers. I believe my skills and talents do not deserve to be wasted on a company that does not recognize them. Please understand that as consultants we are conflicted. We are constantly threatened about losing our jobs if we do not comply with each managers requests even if we know they are immoral or unethical. For those clients that have found success many of your consultants included me are very proud of you. You are sometimes the only reason we show up for work.

While there are many great things about the Jenny Craig food, my only complaint is that the menu is constantly changing. I came to rely on the BBQ chicken pizza in my attempts at weight loss and once it was discontinued, I proceeded to lose my momentum. I truly wish you would consider bringing back this item, as well as the breakfast muffins. I was not a big muffin consumer, but all these other reviews are telling you something: Give us some stability and let us know WAY in advance if something will be taken off the menu! Make sure to let the centers know so that they can post a list or something. Maybe some places do, but I know mine doesn't. Many people need to know that they will have that special little treat, like pizza or a muffin, to look forward to. It makes the attempt at weight loss more palatable.

i am owed a refund from jenny graig have not received as of yet,i did like the food i just could not continue to use it contant diarrhea

I lost 40 pounds with Jenny Craig two years ago and have kept it off by staying on the maintenance for life program. One of the best features of the program for me was the Blueberry Muffin. I bought cases of them and used them for at least 70% of my breakfasts for the past two years. Recently you discontinued them and changed to a blueberry loaf which is not nearly as good. Would you consider bringing back the muffins. At a loss....:)

Your representatives at the Woodinville Center in Washington state allowed me to join Jenny Craig when I was on a medication that would impede weight loss. I disclosed the medication Neurontin/Gabapentin ( generic) at the onset, it was reviewed by your medical department; permission was granted to join Jenny Craig. After losing a negligible amount of weight, the medical department informed my consultant it was due to my medication, Neurontin/gabapentin. I would like a full refund for joining and all food. Why was I ever allowed to join Jenny Craig? Susan White
