My son walked into the JC Crew store in El Segundo CA to apply for a part time job. The manager told him there were no jobs available. He had called 10 minutes earlier and was told there were openings. I called right after he was told there were no openings and I was told by the same manager that there were openings. My son is bi racial. Somehow this stinks of discrimination.

I shop my local JCrew store only when necessary the girls in the store are so rude and nasty it's unbearable. I recently gave up my JCrew credit card and paid it off in full due to the lack of basic human kindness. Help your people JCrew!

I need to contact the Executives dealing with Business Development and Corporate Real Estate

I recieved a shirt as a gift for Christmas with the tags on. The shirt did not fit and I tried to return it for at least store credit and the clerk would not take it. She said no reciept no returns, not even for credit. I said most stores at least will give you credit for the lowest sale price without a reciept, she said "no not here, sorry". Unbelievable! now I have a shirt I will never wear and my family member ,who I do not want to say I took the shirt back, has not wasted their money . I will never shop at JCREW, horrible return policy.
