Horrible Service Again!

I ordered a letterman jacket in the beginning of December and it is now March 25th! and have yet to receive anything. The jacket was promised on the receipt to arrive in 6-8 weeks and it has now been 16 weeks. Called local office in El Paso TX, and was given run around as to its arrival. It finally arrived and it was the wrong colors! Now they want to charge me for a new jacket to be made! They refused a refund stating that it was non-refundable after they screwed up the order! So far, I am awaiting the reorder (which i am not paying for again) which god knows when that will arrive but I'm sure my Daughter will have graduated by then. I have 4 children getting ready to go through the graduation process and I will not return to this company again and I hope no one else will. Maybe then will they listen to the paying customer!!!

Horrible customer service

Ordered my daughters graduation items along with senior memory stuff. If is almost January and we have yet to see it. Tried calling local rep and other numbers but I get no response. Just voicemails. They cash the check but do not deliver in a timely manner. Why wouldn't you want memory books early so that you can record things as they happen? Awful service. Wish schools wouldn't contract with one company and offer alternatives. Jostens offered far better customer service.

Worst Service

My card was charged but I could not receive a receipt for an expense report, which caused a violation. If you are not going to provide a receipt, don't make the transaction until you can.

Terrible Customer Service

The customer service in Orlando, Florida is very rude. I would think it was just me but I have heard other parents saying the same thing. Everyone (and especially the supervisor) needs to be retrained on customer service and how to treat the customer. I will never use this company again.

Graduation Ring screwed up

Ordered my son's high school ring with special feature that was shown to us in the Fort Worth office - one side of the ring with the Texas Boys Choir logo in red and white - BEAUTIFUL. My son was thrilled. He wanted his ring to be "red, white and blue" and since his stone was blue, that was just what he would be getting. Instead of getting an American Flag on one side, he chose "rock and roll" full expecting the receive what we ordered. Six weeks later a ring arrived WITHOUT ANY TEXAS BOYS CHOIR logo of any king - it had the high school generic logo. We sent it back and was told we would have to wait another 6 weeks which was very upsetting and unfair. I asked for a partial refund OR that the order be expedited. I received NO response. Well, this Friday the NEW ring was ready. My husband picked it up and yes, it did have A Texas Boys Choir logo, BUT THERE WERE NO COLORS - it was just plain gold. My son is very upset and I am in the process of trying to get this rectified. I am asking for the ring to be done correctly and for my son to be able to wear the current ring UNTIL the correct ring is available. Let's see if Herff Jones comes through - I will keep you and my school and everyone else who may have any interest posted.

Just absolutely lousy...almost impossible to get in touch with. When I finally did and sent my ring (which was shipped with several obvious flaws) in to be fixed, they simply polished the ring and sent it back to me. Wow, this company is unbelievable.

Sons high school ring ; brochure said starting at $279... By the time he added a stone and the usual emblems and engraving it climbed to over $986 with white gold in 10 karat . By the time the quote came back I had already paid the $50 deposit . Ordered in May with 6 equal Payments due each month and delivery in December. A week after I saw the nearly $1000 quote I called to change it to the Cheaper Ultima steel ( half the price?) . Without getting my customer info she said it was too late and it was already being made! I asked REALLY? Even though you may never get the rest of the money you are going to make a ring? Why then are you promising it ready in 7 mos? Doesn't take that long ! My guess is that they wait 6 mos for you to Pay it off then make it in 2 weeks! I said I would just cancel my order, lose my $50 deposit , and order another one with the cheaper metal. She said I can't do that it's only for new customers ! I said I would be a new customer because I never I never bought the first one! I was hung up on! I then searched online for other class ring companies and found they are about half the cost with all the same features! Spread the word ... Schools have no business promoting these crooked, lying clowns. Fort lauderdale florida.

Herff Jones sucks ass. They screwed up the name cards, the return address labels by misspelling the name, when the correct name was on the order form and also on the order label on the box but mis-spelled on the items in the box. USE A LOCAL printer not this fly by night shotty company who overcharges and can't get a number to contact customer service when you are less than 3 weeks away from graduation and no time to get this problem corrected and get invitations out in time. REPEAT....USE A LOCAL PRINTER you will get far better customer service and probably cost alot less.

From an insders observation management at one of their facilities is horrible, lacking,as well as quite a few of the team, I use the word team loosely, probably shouldnt have used it at all. So its no surpise that its reflected in their service. good luck to any potential customers or employees for that matter.

I am writing to file a complaint regarding San Diego Graduate Supply/Herff Jones. I ordered a graduation ring. Needed to make changes but received no response. San Diego Graduate Supply/Herff Jones did not respond to my calls. After weeks they called me and were suppose to order ring. Two weeks later , San Diego Graduate Supply/Herff Jones thru certified mail notified me that they decided to cancel my order due to my dissatisfaction and said they credited my ring order charge back to my credit card company. San Diego Graduate Supply/Herff Jones charged my credit card company for the ring order but did not order the ring. San Diego Graduate Supply/Herff Jones cancelled my ring order but did not credit my credit card company. Weeks later my credit card company issued the credit for the ring order charge. San Diego Graduate Supply/Herff Jones is untrustworthy, undependable, and lacks decent customer service.

The local Elmira, NY rep (he was from Vestal) is no longer with the company. I ordered a white gold classring in JANUARY for $648 and am still chasing the company. He tried to pawn off a silvertone one on my daughter & she refused it. He said they couldn't fulfill the order as the company closed for vacation for 4 weeks (they didn't). We have chased him for 4 months, now have heard from the district manager. Sounds like this company is ready to go belly-up. My next step is to file a complaint with the state police for fraud and theft. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

FYI - All offices are independant offices. You can't discount all Herff Jones offices if you had a bad experience. I was happy with my purchase for my son's ring and graduation items.

Wow! I thought I was the only one until finding this site - I ordered a memory album in March 2011 and it never came in with the items I ordered for my daughter's graduation. it is now 8-4-11 and with numerous voicemails to our local Herff Jones representative and several emails to the Herff Jones website - I have not gotten any response let alone a solution to this issue! I'm very upset with the customer service with this company -( if there even is any.) I would not recommend ordering with this company!

Completely irrate. I ordered the senior memories books back in April. It is now July 1st and i have yet to recieve it. No one is answering their phone at our local Herff Jones office in Greensboro,NC.

I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY, FIRST A COUPLE YEARS AGO WHEN MY SON GRADUATED AND THE CONDITION OF THE RING I ORDERED AND HIS GRAD. PRODUCT PACKAGE, NOW MY DAUGHTER'S GRAD PACKAGE AND UNDELIVERED ITEMS. THIS BUSINESS HAS GONE DOWN HILL. THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES TO GO THROUGH, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. OH..AND WORD TO THE WISE, ALL BECAUSE A SCHOOL CHOOSES A COMPANY TO HANDLE FOR HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR RINGS AND SUCH, DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH THEM. DO THE CAP AND GOWN BUT DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON EVERYTHING ELSE..IT'S CHEAPER AND YOU ACTUALLY GET WHAT YOU ORDER !!!!

The Orlando office is awful, awful, awful. They screwed up my daughter's invitations and promised the reprint is "in the mail" 10 days till graduation and we have nothing. I left a message on Friday, and they are not answering the phones on Wednesday or Thursday. Can't even leave a voice mail. Bottom line is they DONT CARE. Do yourself a favor and go to your local print shop to get your invitations done. I am contacting American Express right now to reverse the charges.
