Hallmark Cards, Inc Corporate Office & Headquarters

I purchased one of your recording books and accidently picked up a Spanish which I needed to exchange.The original purchase was on 11-28-11 at 11:47AM in the amount of $74.77 at Evenson's Hallmark,Mankato hEIGHTS , mN. 56001, MEMBER # 928990532021. I went for the exchange on 11-30-11 at 11:34 AM. I t was a disaster!!! T he clerk was absolutely impossible! She wanted to charge more than I had paid, had receipt, and went through more stuff than carters has liver pills. I finally, said ,in desperation"just give me the book back and i'LL GO ELSEWHERE. AT THIS POINT SHE CALLED A YOUG WOMAN UP WHO ADVISED HER TO DO AN EVEN EXCHANGE BUT SHE HAD ALREADY COMPLETELY MESSED IT UP. I WILL OBSERVE MY CREDIT CARD REPORT VERY CAREFULLY. I am a former customer service manager for a manufacturing firm and I must say it is the first time I would have fired a person on the spot. Now we will see if you have the courtesy to respond to me.

I am also a rep for a greeting card company, (not Hallmark). Today I was in Walmart Store located in Rincon, GA, doing my job. I inquired about setting up my Christmas cards, which is very few. The person working there, which was the boss (Elaine) or the other rep working with her, told me it was too early to display my cards. That is fine. I went to work on the next isle and they started bashing me, stating that there was no way they were going to stop what they were doing and clear room for my stock, besides it was written on the box for 11/23/11. I could not hear the older woman making her comments but she was chimming in also. I rounded the corner and informed them that I was on the other side and could hear what they were saying. The boss woman looked at me smiled and stated "oh well", "sorry"!!! I informed her that she did not make Hallmark look good. I was truly disappointed in their conduct. What if I had been a buying customer? Also, she was on a call earlier when I arrived and I heard her tell the rep on the phone to just place it anywhere and tell them to call her if they did not like it. I understand your shoebox card ZB 636-1 has been discontinued for some time PLEASE BRING IT BACK it was and still is one of my favorites. If you have any tucked away please send them my way. I was thoroughly impressed with the Christmas recordable books. It was such a rewarding experience for a senior citizen. I know our little ones will be very happy listening to Grandma J read for them. Thank you so much for creating such a great gift.
