When I signed up for the Executive membership I was told I could bring a guest when I wanted to. Thought that was great and signed up - after bringing my son a few times I was told that I could only bring each person 10 times and that was it, I told them that is not what they told me and the sign that shows the Executive Members benifits says you can bring a guest. the mananger told me that that's not what it means and people were taking advantage of it so I could not bring my son unless he joined as a member. Trying to contact Fitness USA corporate to find out if I'm being misled cause they told me I could bring a guest when ever I wanted that is why I joined. What are these "Holiday Hours" all about????? To whose holidays are you referring? You have cut the hours by 10% which has a great affect on me. It appears the only members you want are those who are not employed (which is interesting since one cannot come into a facility without someone trying to sell something), those who work afternoon or midnight shifts, or someone who can get in early in the morning before their life starts. All other fitness facilities are going to 24/7 and you are cutting hours. One does not have time to do both gym and water unless one is able to come thru the day. The water aerobics go to almost closing time. If one cannot or does not want to do water aerobics that leaves approx 20 minutes to 1/2 hr for alone water workout time, use of hot tub and steam room (need time to shower and change before staff is yelling at you that the place is closed and one needs to leave NOW!!!). Sure seems like a waste of my money since I am having difficulty finding available time, with your current time constraints, to use Fitness USA facilities. I became a member based on the information given to me by FITNESS USA regarding hours and locations which was conducive to my available time. It appears, to me, that using "HOLIDAY HOURS" you believe I and the other members are too STUPID to realize that these are the new hours! If I am wrong, I apologize. If these are temporary hours, you need to let us know ASAP when the hours will revert back. It will be interesting to see how long Fitness USA management will, if at all, respond to any of these comments. It appears to me that as long as management is getting the $$$$$$$ then who cares about members!!!!!

I have never seen such poor manage facilities. I have been a member since 1987 and wanted to come in to use the elliptical on M,W,F and the facility stated I needed to pay more money to upgrade. I am not paying another dime to use your facility. You ought to be ashame of yourselves trying to get more money out of people who have paid for lifetime memberships.

The employees at fitness usa in Michigan on Woodward are very, very unprofessional people. I was truly upset at the way the conduct themselves. One of your employees smelled what seem to be to her a bad smell from the people working out and sweating, well I thought that was the purpose of working out! She stood and continue to say "What is that smell" over and over again in a loud voice and then she had the attendent to spray the room while one of the other employee went to put on hand lotion to refresh the air by waving her hands. This was uncalled for and more importantly EMBRASSING and UNCOMFORTABLE! I will never step another foot in Fitness USA.Your company are not authorized to remove money from my savings account. I will notify my bank not to allow another payment to be made to you.I never like signing contracts but I will, to a more professional facility.Your employees conduct just maybe the cause why you have to advertise.I did bring someone in to join but I will tell all the people that I personally know not to waste their money on unprofessional employees. You just may learn of more complaints and a drop in people particpating at your facility. Invest in camera's if you want to solve your problem.
