i can not log into my facebook page for a few days now.it keeps telling me to verify my account by entering in the code that was sent to my mobile number i no longer have that mobile number so what can you do so i can access my facebook account my email is terellaoctavia@yahoo.com

I have changed my email several times,everytime I change it,it requires a new password.I don't change my email on my own to keep hiding from some person.It's because the program asked me,my usage on the computer first.I said everyday.So if I did not get on it everyday,I'd have to change my email.I finally found that part of the program and I extended the time length. So now,I have a new email,but I don't have all my stuff on facebook.I saw a message says you need a code,in order to do this,I need to put in my phone number.I did unwilling.They said they would text it to me,still waiting. I have all these errors on my computer.So I try to get these errors fixed,and after I buy these programs that do this defragument & opitimzed,still 443 errors,these progams won't let you say good or bad.This is not the time of the year I have extra money to give someone that will send me a program in hopes that it will work.I still need help,please help me.

I've been on Facebook for several years now although I don't use it that much for socializing I do like to play the games. I am pretty much hooked on Ravenwood and now the take off on that called Ravensky. Before the new & improved (NOT) Facebook version was setup, people on the site were encouraged to ask friends to sign up and play because that is honestly the only way you can play the game without going broke. Friends give you energy and gifts and you do the same for them in return by sending out auto requests when you need something to complete a goal in the game. Before the "improved" version it was habit to send an energy to new players and ask them if they wanted to be friends on the game. Usually they respond with a "yes" you add them to your list and the game moves on. After the "improved" version you were still allowed to send energy to new players but the option to send an e-mail of any kind was no longer included. So to add friends to my game I'd simply click on their name to open on another page and send them an invitation to be friends. I'm not a stalker or anything I was just looking to make friends who also played the game. Next thing I know I'm getting a warning telling me not to invite friendships with people I didn't already know. Some people that I was inviting I did know and others I didn't...yet. So I didn't pay much attention to the question and went on playing my game. Then I get a message telling me that I'm now being restricted from requesting friends for 2 days with the understanding that I am not allowed to request friends with people that I don't know! This just seems so RIDICULOUS TO ME! A social site that doesn't want you to make new friends on their site?? I could understand it if I was sending e-mails to children & e-mailing them asking them personal questions or something inappropriate but that is not the case. The only people that I sent friend requests to were people that were already listed and playing Ravenwood or Ravensky almost all of them accepted my requests and that was the extent of our correspondence with one another with the exception of sending gifts to each other as needed for the game. I've obviously offended someone and for that I do apologize but I think you need to come up with a better solution to whatever the problem is and once you do make it a uniform rule for all not just some people, you can't honestly tell me that some people have over 10000 friends, really? I don't think so. As I said before I'm not a stalker and don't feel that I did anything inappropriate. To tell me I can't make new friends on Facebook or with people I don't already know is ludicrous, people do it everday! (I have less than 500 friends and family total) What is my crime here? If I "bothered" someone all they had to do is say "no thanks" end of story, why am I being punished? It offended me so much that at first I wanted to speak to someone at Facebook about it which is virtually impossible on the sight & when I couldn't do that I decided I'd just quit altogether, I know when I'm not wanted. When I tried to delete my account I found that you have to be inactivated for 2 weeks first. For a social site this is looking more anti-social by the minute. I know you are a big corporation and I'm a small fish in a big pond that you probably couldn't care less about but I do plan on sharing my experience on Facebook with others and honestly feel that you all need to take a long hard look at your "rules" such as they are. On the one hand the games encourage people to make as many friends as possible (where do you think I got the idea? it wasn't because I was trying to increase my friend numbers other than for the games I could not care less how many "friends" I have) and on the other hand you are penalizing people (only "some" people I might add) for making new friends on a so-called social site! If whoever it was that decided to penalize me would have bothered to take a look at the activity on my account they would have seen that all I do is play games & that I'm not some kind of pervert out there scamming on strangers for any reason. In fact I'm a middle aged single Mom that plays games on your silly sight to escape from reality for a few hours a few nights a week. I do plan on telling my real "friends" about the unfair treatment I have received on your site and I hope for future facebook fans you'll come up with a better & more uniform set of rules regarding "friending" on your site and stating it clearly for all to see instead of encouraging it on the one hand and punishing some for it on the other. Honestly from where I stand it looks like you are singling me out for this as I can name many other accounts that have scores of friends that I'm sure are not all people that they already knew before they got on Facebook. Then I got an email from "Facebook Mail" explaining that someone in Scranton, PA had gotten into my account. Can I get some details about this? I've recently gotten married and decided to delete my old facebook page and start off fresh with a new one. Now I'm running into problems with adding my high school friends, college friends, co-workers and even my family back to my friend's list. It makes no since that I have to send them a message saying "something is wrong with my DUMB facebook so you have to request me" how stupid is that? What's the point of the error message asking me do I know this person? CLEARLY I DO and everyone IS NOT spam. Get it together the reviews for this problem aren't looking so good for you. When I was using facebooks's chat Room People Roulette, I got one lady friend from that and she started sex chat, then she asked me to move to Skype, then I start chat with her, he shows me sex and asked me to show Nudity, Unfortunately I did that, They took all snaps & Videos I think. @ Lisa Hanafan GOOGLE tiny_man and you'll find as I did, that it is a piece of facebooks code which has either been incorrectly closed or not closed at all. I had a few friends having this problem. I googled what they were getting and found a source which stated it was DEFINATELY NOT A VIRUS OR HACKER causing it. I hope this helps but please, do google EXACTLY what is in the address bar when you get this and you'll get a choice of pages to read about it. It is nice to see facebook answering all these questions!!!!
