Dear Associate, I happily award 5 stars to FaceBook. I have no problems with FaceBook. My problem is with Zynga Corp that liceneses games to FB. At one time, the games were fun and another great reason to have an account with FaceBook.com. That was then; this is now, and Zynga has besmirched its own name, and by association, FaceBook's. Zynga's games have become nothing more than ways to pry cash out of the FaceBook members that play them. The games, notorious for their glitches, now have built-in "gitches" that exist solely to try to force players to buy game cash from the company in order to proceed in the game(s). The games are full of "quests" that require players to request items from their game "neighbors" as well as advertising for neighbors to sign on as "crew memebers" for the quests. This will require waiting for the neighbors to come on site, find the requests and then click on them. But, not so fast.....since in the last 6 months, the requests that are posted to a player's face page rarely work. This leaves the player with two choices, continue to wait in hopes that the links work in a day or two, or BUY THE ITEMS OR CREW MEMBERS. The current quest in Treasure Isle, World Of Webs will require NINTY DOLLARS in "Island Cash" to progress. Of course, one can be patient and hope that the links work the next day, or the following that, rather than buying more island cash. However, Zynga Corp has come up with a way to twist a player's arm, as it were, by including a time frame in which each boring quest must be finished. To get the "gold time" (the best prize)a quest must be finished quickly, a maneuver meant to force players to use Island Cash on hand or, hopefully, to have to PURCHASE MORE. It would seem like an excellent business move to force Zynga to stop trying to pick the pockets of FaceBook members. One would think that FaceBook would not want to give the impression that the company approves of its members being scammed by Zynga. And one would futher think that FaceBook would take Zynga to task for these brazen wallet-raiding schemes. At least, I certainly hope so. I need help with someone harassing me, she has created multiple fake facebook account, and will post pictures of me on her facebook either calling me names or will actually try to use my pictures as her profile pictures. she has harassed my family and friends. I have report/abuse many times, I try to report every pictures I see, I block her everytime. But She is not going away anytime soon, she's my dad's ex-girlfriend and I have 2 police reports against her! I really dont know what to do anymore. PLEASE HELP ME.... this guy sent me a picture of his .....private part. I have tried to ignore him but just recently he did it to my friend who's husband is a sheriff. I had no idea that I could of reported him to local law enforcement on this previous matter. I told him how gross he was and that he wont be doing this anymore. I immediately was blocked from him. This inhibited me from sending a report. I don't know how else to send you guys a copy of the conversation then to copy and paste. I have been unable to access my account and it asks for a phone number which I have provided. However, it keeps telling me that there is an overloading issue in your system. Is this normal. Also, your help center is absolutely useless. It is confusing and not worth going through at all. Take a page from Zynga's help center, they actually respond to people.
