Part 11: In my book, this is a form of Cyber Bullying & Harassment which is "not" limited to children according to law. As you can read, Madeline Michele Hovey tells me how respectful I am in her own words and how I also don't attack. Yet I later find out this is all a game to humuliate me publicly in which my family & friends are reading, and I feel their best attempt to get me kicked off of FB without enough proof to show that I have done anything wrong to humiliate them. As I said, The phone/fax numbers listed do not work and I'm unable to get to a "live" person in Member Services to straighten this out by faxing the complaint to them.

Part 2" The conversation below apparently took place sometime back in April, but I was only in receipt of it as of 2 weeks ago by someone in their inner circle. This is NOT fair to me to punish me so harshly, yet they get away with “NO PUNISHMENT” at all. I would also like to add that during Prime News 2 people back in April posted that Vinnie Politan threw one of my comments on television which I didn’t get to hear. Don't forward a problem with a person on Facebook to some on a completely different site. Don't send someone to AskAPerson who charges a fee and isn't even with Facebook. There is a real issue on Facebook with an individual who needs to be removed --- he is a felon and you send us to a fee charging person not affiliated with Facebook. Shame on you!

I am with Rick who wrote earlier this month, this is the third time i have been restricted because supposedly Fb has had multiple complaints about me trying to friend someone who doesn't know me. Problem is the only people i've tried to friend recently have all confirmed my friendship. So where the heck are you coming up with people that have complained? It's impossible. You people need to get it together. Can anyone just complain and you don't even investigate? Tell me how that is fair. I don't EVER, EVER try to friend anyone I don't know. If it's someone that I think might not remember me I send a message first before I try to friend them. I am sick and tired of this.

My facebook account was disabled without warning. I know who got my facebook account shut down. They are impersonating a company and their account is still active. I have tried in vain to get a hold of FACEBOOK. I am going to try the corporate number tomorrow. All I want is the zip file of my account. I will never use that spying piece of crap FACEBOOK again. They spy on you and let people lie and then they don't even follow their own policies. NO Warnings NO nothing. Just your account is gone. So good bye to you FACEBOOK. FBI/CIA piece of crap.

This is concerning Facebook's customer service, or should I say the lack of. Your jack booted thugs disable accounts without warning and without reason and there is no way to get the issue resolved. Now, I'm no genius, certainly not like zuckerman or whatever his name is but even I know that one pissed off customer without resolution is between 10-15 disgruntled customers! My guess is people see the writing on the wall and this is why Facebook absolutely tanked on Wall Street. People want to buy into a winner, not some facist company that is clearly spiraling into the crapper, a company that has been riding the rundown offering it once was......and there is absolutely NO quality control, no customer service, no reason for someone to believe Facebook will ever change. We all know the powers that be won't read this and it's just another wall to vent a, but holy hell, your CEO, COO or even some poorly paid grunt could tell you this is not the way to instill confidence or desire of your product. I'm pretty new to facebook, but I just wonder why you have a 'like' option on your site, but not a 'don't like' option as well. you could use this is a form of polling tool, even adding a few other options (I'm neutral; undecided; strongly like; or strongly dislike!). What do you think?
