Claim Jumper Corporate Office & Headquarters

I'm sure this will be deleted soon. Claim Jumper in Torrance CA has pulled a fast one on their employees. For months they have been telling their employees that they may close that location & any employee that tries to leave will be banned from working at any Claim Jumper for 6 months. They also fired employees with excellent reviews, under protest from the Torrance managers, to reduce the overhead. Today, a pay day, all the employees showed up loyally for work only to find the doors locked. This is pay day. No warning other than vague comments about possibly closing & "We'll let you know as soon as we know." These people have families to support, it's the end of the months & rent is due, not to mention that you've totally destroyed any chance of a good Christmas for these loyal workers. Chile's did the same thing in Oregon & people have decided not to go to other locations in protest. How do you corporate folks sleep at night? These employees trusted you to be ethical - not to leave them hanging during the holiday season. Be ashamed of yourself for your unethical treatment of employees. You ban them from quitting, then you put the screws to them. Kinda like Wall Street did. You will be looking for new employees when you reopen & I promise you, you will have the same level of employees as you are. Now isn't that a scary thought.

We usually go to Claim Jumper for Thanksgiving every year and have been happy with the food and service. Not so this year. The turkey was dry and tuff to eat as well as the Prime Rib..both tuff and dry and a very small cut of Prime Rib for $29.95. All dinners were slightly warm. The pie slices were extremely small. I would of asked for a mgr. but didn't want to go thru "all that" on Thanksgiving. I am asking for some sort of refund.

I prepared a frozen Claim Jumoper apple pie with laced crust. All we all could taste was sugar. I would rather serve a cup of sugar and forget the apples. I shall never again buy Claim Jumper!

Claim Jumper in Summliner Las Vgeas is joke, Dave one of the managers there is the most rudest person in world. This place is HELL HELL DO NOT GO THERE.

I just wanted to let you know that I pick up take-out at Claim Jumper often. The week when ordered "produce bar to go," I discovered as I was eating, a piece of public hair in my fruit. I was grossed out to say the least. How in the world does something like that happen unless it was done intentionally? Betty Wong boatshrimp@aol.com

Why did you stop serving the fried shrimp? You had the best shrimp ever. I have taken many people from out of town to you restaurant for your shrimp. My husband and I went to your phoenix rest. last night and when they told me this we left without eating. I did not even want to try anything else. I am so sad about this. Chris Greno grenos94@cox.net
