horrible service i have been paying for uniforms for six months and havnt recieved what i have been paying for. horrible customer service and have been lied to the whole time i dont recommend cintas to anyone

Very spiteful, nasty, and terrible customer service, Repeated calls from corporate about"late bills", and the driver(who was great) told us over and over, that we didnt owe, For the first 6 months of our service with cintas, we were set up on auto pay, and i still recieved emails and many calls saying that i owed moneys??, We changed it to pay by checks(i guess auto pay is too difficult for cintas corp to handle). I spoke to local rep many times with himtelling us we were a pain in his axx, and he couldnt wait for us to go away, And when i called for the driver to pick up the uniforms and final payment, i am still waiting, this is so typical of local cintas customer service,
