Chick fil A Corporate Office & Headquarters

I was one of the hundreds of thousands of people who stood in long lines on a hot day a few weeks ago to show support for what was then expressed as a personal outlook on family values; today I feel as if I've been stabbed in the back and I wonder how God sees this sellout for the sake of one store in Chicago. Perhaps the tremendous showing of support will turn into a negative showing in your stores when word circulates about your back tracking. Did the personal opinion of the owner change? It's not about hate for gays in any way and no one is "picking on" gay people; Chic Fila hires and serves without regard to religious beliefs, sexual orientation, race, creed or color. That was one corporation that stood tall against the destruction of the family unit - unfortunately today it toppled as well.

In the past I have enjoyed Chick-Fil-A as a customer and supporter for the companies quality products and values, both as a business and community leader. Today after their about face on the issue of Family Values I feel betrayed. To this Point I nor my family and as many friends that I can convince will never spend another dollar to purchase this company's product. It is my true desire that this company fail and go bankrupt quickly for not having the moral courage to standby its core principles.

Best food, now poor public relations I am extremely disappointed at your capitulation to the LBGT community. You call yourself "Christians" but have succumbed to the wiles of SATAN. After a huge outpouring of support by Americans (especially Christians) in July for your organization when you had the courage to say “NO” now you are giving in to the demands of a perverted hate filled group. Did the "kiss in" cause you to change your policy? Will you also give in to the Atheists when they demand Sunday openings because they do not believe in God, and it is discriminatory not to give in to the demands of all the “minority groups”? By the way, I will continue to eat Chick Fil A but less frequently. Hope your sales suffer mightily but perhaps the gay community will make up for the disappointed Christians.

I, too, stood in line for a very long time in Austin TX to support your courage to speak your views after the news media slammed you for speaking your beliefs. The stores in Austin were packed with people inside & outside in the drive through lanes. I was very proud of the fact that we were uniting to show our presence. Imagine my surprise today when I read you are 'reversing' your decision and will no longer support groups who are like minded!! What hyprocisy! I feel so much disappointment in your decision. You have now let all of the hundreds of thousands who supported you down. God wants you to STAND your ground! Not cower!

I just read an article about Chick fil A changing its position because of pressure about funding organizations that support marriage between a man and a woman. I am so dissappointed in Chick fil A. Shame on you.

I was a great lover of Chick fil a for a long time. I am not an out spoken person by nature...but as a gay male who has been in a monogamous relationship for 18 years...and a strong Methodist...I am letting you know that I nor any of my family will no longer frequent your restaurants. I realize this will not matter to you, being a large company, but shame on you. Don't define how I love. I accepted Christ when I was eleven years old. I met my partner in church. READ JOHN 3:16....I Am A WHO-SO-EVER!! I pray that God opens your eyes to love and that your hate is softened by God. "For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten Son that who-so-ever believes so should not perish but have ever lasting life."

No, love is not love. Well, maybe it is in THE WORLD. But, in CHRIST JESUS "love is God." There is a "way" that seems right to man, but the end of that "way" is death. As Christians GOD does NOT want us to "line up" with what the WORLD SAYS. That is why HE MAKES CLEAR IN HIS WORD -- WHAT HE SAYS. And, JESUS CHRIST makes clear in MATTHEW 19 that love is not love, LOVE is what HE SAYS. Why? Because only HE CAN SAY WHAT LOVE IS, BECAUSE JESUS IS LOVE. And, He clarified that LOVE (the carnal kind, the eros) is to be between a MAN and a WOMAN. Why? Because THE LORD makes it plain: From the Beginning (so this is not "new" news... This is foundational stuff!) GOD created them male and female and the two shall be ONE flesh." That's the bottomline. Now, you don't have to believe in THE GOD OF THE BIBLE nor RECEIVE HIS SON -- THE LORD & SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST. But, you not believing nor receiving does NOT by any means CHANGE their WORD. And, you not believing nor receiving does NOT by any means mean that GOD'S PEOPLE must remain silent and NOT SPEAK HIS HOLINESS & TRUTH. Where do you have a choice? You are free to reject THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. But, you are NOT free to tell a MAN that HE CAN SPEAK THE WORD OF THE LORD and LIFT HIM UP! So, back off of Mr. Cathy and Chick-Fil-A. You reject GOD'S HOLINESS and HIS LOVE and HIS FOUNDATIONS OF LOVE, then guess what? Don't SERVE THE LORD and don't let CHICK-FIL-A serve you a sandwich. But, as for ME AND MY HOUSE... We WILL SERVE THE LORD and WE WILL LET CHICK-FIL-A SERVE US THOSE TASTY, AWESOME CHICKEN SANDWICHES! :) In The Name of The Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.

I have eaten Chick-fil-A food for many years because the food I eat in your restaurants is delicious, and the service is both friendly and efficient. Now I have another reason to frequent your eateries--you stand firm in your affirmation of Christian values and marriage as described in the Bible. I applaude your stand for your beliefs which I share and commend you for not backing away amist much criticism. While you personally and your business have been attacked, you have not made ungodly comments against those who have twisted and misconstrued your comments supporting the kind of marriage our Christian faith directs for each of us. First of all I visited the norman location on main street (#02153) and your sight did not give me the option. My wife and I visited today for lunch. We went through the drive thru and waited for 20 mins and then after we got to the window and paid we were told to wait out in front for them to bring us our food because they were running behind. We had already paid and waited 20 mins in the drive thru so i felt i had no choice. We waited out in front for 15 additional mins and we had a function we had to get to so we did not have the time to wait around all day. That is why we went to get some FAST food! I finally went in to see where our food was and I did not get an apology but was told it would be a few more mins and they would bring it out. I want to state that I ordered a combo cool wrap meal and my wife ordered just the cool wrap and in Oklahoma that day it was 104 degrees out. After waiting for another 5 mins my wife was very upset and we both went in and spoke with the manager and she only offered to give us a refund and we said "no, we've been here waiting for over 30 mins and i went through the drive thru for a reason not to come inside at all and were in a hurry!" She gave us our food and we went to our function just to find out i didn't get any fries. This is unacceptable and there are way to many choices of fast food to go through this again. It was not even very busy and people inside dining were getting their food faster than people in the drive thru. For who it may concern the manager was a female named Liz. We Came in on 9-3-12 at 11:17 am my order number on my receipt is 2373842

My best friend and I went to chick fila in Woodbridge, VA trying to find a job. My friend is a young spanish girl and she easily could get an application and even a small interview with the manager who is a tall, black guy, don't know his name but he seemed to be cool, but when I tried to get an application for employment he became rude and told me that I had to go online to be able to be considered for an interview. I don't know if he behave like that because Im tall, white and well educated or because Im not a girl???

I'd never tried Chick-fil-A until Appreciation Day on 8/1/12, in which I decided to support the wonderful values of Dan Cathy. It's so nice to hear a company not only saying Biblical words, but actually showing them as well. The employees were extremely nice and polite, and very accurate with the order, which was exceptionally nice considering we were a group of 20, who were all there to support the values we believe in. The food was excellent, which made us decide to return every Wednesday after church. Thanks so much Dan Cathy and all the CFA employees who make our experiences so wonderful! I'm sure you'll do well and prosper for years to come!

At one time you were my favorite chicken place. Since your negative gay comments my family and I will never go to your restaurant again. I am straight and have been married for 22 years! I am out raged by your anti gay comments. Your company is supposedly very Christian. As a Christian you should know not to judge others ( that is God's job). You should also know that if you want people to eat at ur restaurant you should keep your personal views to yourself!!!!!! Today was my first and last visit to CF. Got a salad to go, when I opened it all the lettus was brown, old, possibly frozen then thawed. The chicken, cheese was used to hide the greens. Yuck.

In a country where FREEDOM is the bedrock of our society I am surprised by how many people do not want to allow the CEO of Chick Fil A to express his opinion. For the people who object to his right of free speech, I suspect they only believe in free speech if it agrees with their opinion. The Bible does clearly state that male and female only can enter in marriage. As matter of fact Marriage was not an institution created by man but by God so why would these people want to be married when it was GOD that created the institution in the first place? Are they “closet “ God lovers? Jesus Christ is a loving God, he teaches patience, he teaches treating others as you yourself would like to be treated, he teaches you should not steal, commit murder and many other things that make living in a peaceful harmonious society workable. In this situation treating others as you yourself would like to be treated most certainly is not being applied! Remember, you can hate the sin without hating the sinner. May God Bless you ALL.

Your food sucks, and politics stinks. We'll soon see if those low life red necks are enough to keep your hate filled business going after the dust settles. My guess is you'll be out of business in 18 months or less. I am very opened minded gay but I will have to say that being Gay is not a choice one makes. In this country where even religion sells by pounds do not discrimate against anyone. I can make any religion accept or decline gays by bribing the values. Chick fil a has done that. Bought the values against gays. We are a bit of a distance from a Chick-fil-A, maybe 13 mile......it was well worth the drive! it is in Torrance, CA, the owner is Cole Donahoo, what a wonderful man, he and his staff were so courteous, the food is extremely good. Cole came out and walked through the lines and greeted and thanked every one. you have our support! and that bit of a drive wont be so long any more!God bless Chick_fil-A!

I appreciate the CEO taking a stand in support of traditional marriage. It is a sad day in this country when a man or women is no longer allowed an opinion. People reserve the right to vote with their dollars. I will be voting with mine much more often at Chick fil A. You can count on this consumers support.
