I was a manager there not even for a year. I was a Store Manager for over 18 years so I was not new to this. But I was not Trained for the constant hollering and demeaning that I received from my DM. First of all I was NOT properly trained... And then when I asked for help.... You would of think I committed a Crime... I was a Manager or a Supervisor for over 25 years of my life and I have NEVER been treated so badly... I can understand a company wanting to get there money back when loaning to customers... but to the way Check N Go goes after it is HORRIBLE!!!! Did I quit ..... No I was terminated after I got sick and was under a Dr.'s care for a Week!!! Just saying.... don't work there or get a job there!!!!!

Everything others say about Checkngo being uncooperative and stingy is true. They absolutely refuse to work with customers over any payment arrangements. On top of that, the reps AND supervisors have a rude, nasty, and surly attitude-made me feel all dirty and like a criminal. I pray to God every day to forgive me for borrowing cash from an obviously devil run organization. I have never regretted anything more.

check n go doesnt care about their customers only the mighty dollar of the interest they get. i get ss and when i borrowed they told me that since the first falls on a weekend i would get my check on the 31st of august so that is when they want paid back, which i didnt have a problem with after getting the loan they then advised me i had to wait until the 4th of sept to reborrow?? because they can only go 30 days so i have to live 4 days with now money to pay bills or gas etc thats crazy.i have been to several check loan places and check n go is the only one that does this!!! this is by far the worse one in my opinion. other check loaning places will work with you check n go wont!!!

I took a loan out with check n go in 2008. I was having trouble paying it back so they agreed to do a settlement with me. I paid the settlement in full in July of 2009. Every year since then I have been receiving phone calls from different collection agencies telling me they are going to sue me for the difference I settled for. Check n go denies they are selling the difference to different collection agencies but if this continues I will be sueing them. I WILL AND WOULD SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE NEVER DOES BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL TRY TO SCREW YOU OVER!!!!!!!!

I received a call from a Roger Evans (614)859-7653 3 days ago. He called my mother's house about a check n' go loan that i never received. Don't know how he obtained my information but he confirmed the last four of my ss# and an old address that i use to live at. I told him that when this loan was taking out in my name i was no longer living at the address mentioned. It seemed a little crazy so i asked him what was the bank name used on this acct, he couldn't tell me, i asked him what evidence do they have and he said a surveillance camera and more. he wouldn't tell me anymore info until I gave him my current address. He threatening to arrest me for check fraud. He also tried to settled for a payment right away with my debit card. Is this a scam or what? what if someone has used my name. i have had several credit reports and have never seen check n go on there. What do I do because i am going to fill a police report on this allege Roger Evans from the check fraud division. He never gave me a company name and he left me his cell# as if i would never investigate the number myself. What investigator would call you from his cell. i just hung up the phone in the middle of our conversation after i saw that i wasn't getting anywhere with this guy. Need help has anyone else had this problem?

Let me just start off by saying AMANDA at Check N Go of PALESTINE TX SUCKS!!!!!!She HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING, WHAT SO EVER...IT WAS A COUPLE MINUTES BEFORE 2 AND SHE PROCEEDED TO HELP ME...WELL, I HAD TO GO BACK TO MY CAR AND WHEN I RETURNED, THE DOOR WAS LOCKED!!!!!!I KNOCKED AND SHE SAID WE ARE CLOSED!!!WHAT??????????YOU WERE HELPING ME STUPID CHICK!!!!I GUESS I SHOULD HAVE TOLD HER THAT HER NAME BADGE WAS UPSIDE DOWN THE ENTIRE TIME SHE WAS "HELPING" ME....I ASKED HER FOR MY DOCUMENTS BACK, AND SHE SAID NO!! I WILL REPORT HER AND JAMES AS WELL,,,,HE SAW ME IN THERE AND ALSO JUST SAT BACK DOWN WHEN I KNOCKED TO COME BACK IN!!!!STAY AWAY FROM CHECK N GO IN PALESTINE TX!!!!!!THEY ARE IGNORANT PEOPLE WITH NO EDUCATION!!!!!

Check'n Go is a prime target for online and ID theft fraud. Beware.

I live in Michigan and worked for Check N Go for almost 11 years. Everything in the above comments are true, although at the store I worked at we gave our customers the best possible service that we could. They suck the life out of their customers and employees, and still want more. Long days, no breaks, no lunches, constantly yelling at you because of your numbers. No matter how good you try to be to your customers, the polices they put in place is directly opposite to that outcome. Not only do they mess with their customers lives, they also treat their employees worse than any company I have ever worked for. They haven't one ounce of loyalty to anyone or anything; except the all mighty dollar. I don't know much about the competion, but I'm guessing they are all that way. The only advice I have for any of you is to try and take less each time to get out of the vicious cycle. In Michigan the max is $600, maybe taking $20 or $25 less each time you can evenually walk away.

I needed a loan to get my brakes fixed. While knowing and understanding the terms and the high interest, I was ALSO told that if any time I had problems, I could just pay on the principle. Which is false UNLESS they tell you after the first UMPTEEN TIMES you make a payment this will only be acceptble. I was really deceived and the girls were really rude and the one didnt' know squat about the product she was selling me or anything about loans and finance. She should be fired. Well after paying 2 payments of 486.00 I ran into a problem with my checkin account being hacked so I took the proper steps informed them and everyone else what was going on, don't cash the next check cause I stopped it due to fraud. I tried to give them the cash I had onhand so that payment wouldn't be late, but They stated they couldn't take partial nor cash payments, but bascially they cannot REFUSE to take a payment so they did. They attacked me verbally. I continally try to work with them but they are not working with me. I have gotten into a financial mess and don't want them to be screwed out of their money cause they did help me when I was down and out, but they flat out are rude in the collections area and REFUSE to do anything for me to at least show good faith in paying. Any ideas????

Ive gone to check n go, and they have great customer service. Yes they are strict on their payment day polcy , but its our responsibility to commit and pay for our loans. If we cannot pay maybe we shoildnt be taking out loans in the first place.

Well I needed some extra money, and I heard about this lady and the Check N Go in Mesquite. This ladys name is Kema..if thats even her real name.... This lady is scamming Check N Go. She is telling people to come in and apply for a loan. What she is doing is making some kind of adjustments to the system, where you are getting appoved for the maximun amount..then she says that if you give her half of what you get approved for then she will give you half and she will twerk the system and make it look like you paid the loan back,,So really its was like you were getting free money and she was getting money as well...So everybody's happy right? NO...she has been taking the money out of my account this whole time,, now I cannot pay rent or my car paymets because this lady is trying to screw over people. I admit, I should have not did this because it is stupid, but when you are struggling like I do and something pops up, that you can get free money..Why not? I just got confirmation that this lady doesnt even work there anymore. I am working on getting n contact with the corporate office, police, private investigators and the BBB we well. This lady has been doing this for years as I heard. She is scamming the companyand people over. I want this story to be everywhere so people can know how evil this lady is. I would like it if someone in corporate can contact me. Im taking to the next level beyond what the woman has ever thought of. She will be in jail after Im done. I want and need my money back so I can survive. This situation is horrible and I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else. You might think that it wont happen to anyone else, but you know Im pretty sure that it continues. I say that because she had other employees doing this as well. I also heard that this store located in Mesquite was not the only store involved in this. Please do not give Check N Go any business...THEY ARE LIARS AND THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!! i had an account with check and go and paid my loan back faithfully and they harrassed me at work and called my house and my cell phone just to remind me that my payment was due. they made me feel like i was mental or something. they threatened me to take the whole amount if i didnt return their calls. i could understand if i wasnt making my payments but i was. they also harrassed me over my boyfriends account and i had nothing to do with his account. they had my landlords secretary bring me a message for my boyfriend and i was very amazed that they were so crazy.i told them to tear up my file because i wasnt going to do business there any more. i think they are moffia linked or something.please dont do business there any if you can help it because i was treated bad and i made my payments.

I had a loan with these morons and I told them that I get paid once a month. They told me no problem, that they could set it up to where the payments could be made in the proper time line. That was a big ass lie. They tried to run the full payment through and was returned. So I put a stop payment on the check, but 2 weeks later they tried a electronic withdraw. Causing my checking account to have overdrafts. So I had to close my checking account. I talked to one of the teller at the bank and she was told that they will overdraft your account to the point where you'll be paying a couple hundred dollars in overdraft fees. I caught it with just 3 overdrafts fees to be paid. My warning to all is read the fine print on payment. It gives you 3 options, if you do not elect the payment by check, cash or money order they will not give you the loan. It was my mistake for not reading it. Now I'm paying out my ass for this mistake. If I had to do it all over again, I would of sold my blood to a blood bank. The employee for Check n Go threaten me that if I didn't pay, I was going to pay by other means. If I was 30yrs younger, I would FUBR his dumb ass.

I have used the Check and Go for wires in Chanute, Kansas. The employees are okay, the location is good, the price is fair. I, however, expected to be able to use the restroom and was told that they did not have an open restroom. I was a customer. I resent businesses like this coming into a small town and then refusing to provide a toilet. I had the choice of using their parking lot which was not a good choice or going to a county institution, the college, and using their restroom. This passes an operational cost which should be Check and Go's onto the public. If one is in business, one needs to offer at least one bathroom. It should not be this company's perogative or their manager's to decide he did not want to clean the bathroom. I have noticed a bank branch, US Bank doing the same thing. This needs to stop. Bathroom costs and cleaning are part of customer service.

Check n Go are good for Western Union buisness. The problem with Check n Go is not Western Union, its there employees. Today, 10/26/2011, 1015 in the morning, I walk up to the door, open the door and hoping to pay my bill, Jessica, the employee said, oops I forgot to lock the door, I was cleaning the class. According to California Penal Code, if the door is open, they are open for business. Well, Jessica told me I forgot to lock the door and you must leave. She escorted me out the door,like I was a thug of some sort. Where in the hell Check n go hire these people. Low class as they come. We are poor people, are we going to be treating like scum. My wife and I unfortunatley had a fiancial hardship, we turned Check N Blow. We have used there services before for a payday loan no issues, it was for 1500.00. we needed more cash the next time for 2500, what they call an installment loan. I have many installments like my mortgage, this loan unlike my mortgage all of my payments went to intrest not like part principle part intrest. I have made 5 payments of 386.00 totalling 1,930.00 on a 2500.00 loan if I continue the loan schedule in 6 months they would have collected 3,850 in payments / proffit on 2500.00 a total ripoff. They indicated we needed go sign new documents eveytime I make a payment, when really all your doing is refinancing the same loan. Borrower beware they lie, cheat and deceive. I was running late once making my payment stuck in traffic, they were about to close so they ran the payment via ach debt got there money didn't sign new documents, so you don't have to sign new documents huh okay. Please use a different source for your financial needs so you don't get caught up in fraudulant activity.

I was in dept with this company and they put the bloodhounds on me to locate me. Not only did these crazy people track me down like a dog for 300.00 dollars but I have been living in the same place before and after I was in dept with them. And instead of just making phone calls to me or sending mail to my home they put some type of criminal lawyer that called my sister's in-laws. THAT'S RIGHT CALLED MY SISTER's IN-LAWS not minds but hers I don't even no these people. All the way in OHIO can you believe that my mother and father is still living and these morons called my sister's in-laws I just cant wait for the conversation at THANKSGIVING behind this bull crap. ALLLLL this for 300.00 OMG terrible company very low class will never recommend this company to a homeless person I'm so over this company it's not even funny.
