Charlotte Russe Corporate Office & Headquarters

The corporate office is incapable to handeling any kind of business. The stores are dirty, cluttered, and the staff is rude. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Also, the pending charges of assualt should be reason enough to shop somewhere else.

I was too assaulted by my store manager and he is a male... I call the police, they are still investigating what happen. Luckily, I really do have a injury. He tried to seriously hurt. Luckily, I have my own insurance otherwise I would take them to court for just that. I still work for Charlotte Russe. They can't fire me. They made themselves obligated, don't ask why, as matter of fact One female employee actually called me in one night to take a extra shift, it was her shift but It was a trick! My "district" manager has teamed up with the store manager and decided to harass me in "their" back room, districts' a girl. Boy are they mad To do something so rude and disrespectful right before Christmas. They must really be upset that I hot-lined him to "C/R" and made a police report. But that is the wrong way to go about it, trust me. Well, I'll see them in Court if the HR Dept doesn't do anything. I'll sue them too for not keeping me safe during the investigation and for not pay attention to something so serious as assault and harassment. That is diffidently grounds to being fired or "let go" just for being accused of harassment let alone assault. ZERO TOLERANCE! And the person has made a police report..... you are guilty!

I am very concerned with the way Charlotte Russe is handling thier buisness. It has come to my attention that an employee was assaulted in Cary Town Center Mall sote 334 by her Store Manager Regina Mirabelli. The young lady called the police when the assualt happend, they came out and spooke with Mrs. Mirabelli, she addmitted to the crime. Yet she is still employed by the company. From what I understand nothing has yet to come of the matter. The employee called her district manager Kyle cornealson the night that is occured. She informed him of the situation, he told her that she did not have to go back into that store, that SHE could be transfered to another store. The employee stated that SHE did nothing wronge that she lived 5min form the store and did not want to be transfered. He informed her to hold tight that when he came home from vacation on October 18'2010, that he would have her come in so that they could discuss that matter further. She has yet to here from him,and the BOSS who ASSAULTED her employee is still allowed to work while SHE the VICTIM has to sit at home waiting for a phone call, loosing out on her pay!!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Hopefully something will come of this letter, if not I have no problem informing the NEWS STATION of CHarlotte Russe's horrible buisiness practices!I am sure that they would agree that the way this employee is being treated is unfair and unjust!
