In germantown wisconsin on highway Q there is one of your stations. this is the second time I have had troulbe at this station. The first time they had thier pumps set so that it charged several cents before the pump started pumping. I went in to let the attendant know about it so he could reset the pump. He then charged me the extra from the first pump and the second. This time I went in and was having trouble with the pump, the attendant called me stupid and was screaming at me. I yelled back. Word spreads very fast when dishonesty and rudeness is being used.
Today I returned to the GNC store 8107 in tottenville staten island. I went to this store first week of january 2012 I wanted a product for weight loss along with working out . The sales guy BART sold me a product with was useless !!!!! he told me if it did not work just return it with the unused portion with the credit card i used . So today I enter the store and there he is the same dude who sold me this junk ! Do i need to say more ,,, I paid 49.99 he wanted to return 25 bucks only for no reciept . I have spent over 700 bucks on fitness drinks preworkout shakes and this is what u get !! so goodbye to GNC I wont be making any further purchase at ANY GNC store and I will spread the word about the antics of GNC Rob Remini and folks their main offi e dont care about the customers either
pulled up to pump price read 331.9. started pumping gas and speaker came on, could not understand all broken up. attendant tld me to put handle back in pump before i could get gas. that he was changing price on that pump and raised to 355.9 which then i was told that is what the sign out front said. well not what the pump said and i believe that was wrong and was laxed maybe in doing his job that should have been done earlier but i should have gotten my gas for what the pump read when i started and it should not have been changed til i completed my sale. put 5.00 in and went down the street to quick trip and filled up for 331.9. will never go back to this neighborhood station that i always spent money for gas and cigarettes. no reply needed or wanted, finished with bp stations.
While coming back from out of town a few days ago, my husband, a friend and I stopped off the expressway to get gas. We were making good time on our trip, as we had to return home by a specific time. There were only two stations, one BP station and the other was shell. We reluctantly decided to go to the BP station. Our friend swiped her credit card in the machine at the pump and proceeded to pump about $65 worth of gas into the car. Afterwards we went inside to buy snacks. We noticed a sign on the door stating "cash only". We had a few dollars left for snacks but when we approached the counter the employee, Amanda, told us we had to pay cash for the gas as well. We told her we didn't have $65 in cash on us and we asked how it was possible that we were even able to pump gas if the card reader was broken, as she claimed. She told us that she went ahead and approved us getting gas because as she says, "it kept beeping at me." She assumed we would come inside and pay cash. This made absolutely no sense whatsoever!! There were no signs on the gas pumps stating that the card readers were broken and that you had to pay for the gas by cash! She called her manager, Theresa, and she was just as incompetent as Amanda was. We had no choice but to drive 15 minutes out of the way to the nearest town to find an ATM, as the one in the store was conveniently broken as well! This put us at least 1/2 hour behind in our schedule! Please note as well, that the pump card reader looked just fine. There were no signs AT ALL, that would indicate that there was a problem with the electronic system of the store. The options still read, "pay inside" & "pay with card". I am highly unlikely to ever return to a BP station again! Additionally, Amanda told me the store phone# 937-382-8674 & the store# was 6403, however, the store# on the receipt is AB123, and the total cash amount ironically is $64.03. I don't know which is correct. I would hope Amanda didn't give me wrong information on purpose, especially since I have the receipt anyway, but this experience with BP left an extremely bad taste with me!
I just wrote a complaint about ST#AB123 for $64.03 & the mishandled gas payment with Amanda. However, I forgot to include my information. You can contact me via email: cupcakesheshe@aol.com
I live in Memphis Tennessee and there is a local BP Station run by Iranians right around the corner from my house at Highland and Sevier.. Their gas pumps are faulty. I have had 3 seperate incidents where I paid for gas and when the pump was turned on it spewed gas everywhere.. all over me, the ground, my car.. They always claim there is nothing wrong.. I even called the fire dept on them .. tell the fire dept this was dangerous.. It happened again today and they told me not to buy gas there anymore and that is was my fault and that he was not going to pay for the gas on the ground.. I had 2 witnesses today that saw this happen and one girl said it had happened to her before. I need someone to contact me regarding this store in Memphis at 901-620-9119. They are ripping people off. The whole staff is related and they are all extremly rude.. The girl that works the day shift is always on her cell phone and ignores customers..
Hi... i AM an employee at a bp station n cleveland ohio... i am having a problem with my manager AND assistant manager! They both r very rude and have no professionalize what so ever! I dont kno if they think because they have the "manager" title that they can speak and treat their employees how ever they feel. They r very disrespectful to us and try talking to us as if we r kids and not employees! They have no problem with disrespecting us infront of customers instead of pulling us to the office and having a civilized conversation with us! they yell and do disrepectful had gestures to us infront of a store full of customers! And it seems that the people that dont tend to " kiss their butt" and let them disrespect us they like to play with our hours . They are also very rude to customers and tend to speak to the customers n a disrespectful manner all the time. many of us employees try to over look it and stay to our selves cuz sum of us have kids that rely on us and we need our jobs. I also feel its not right that the manager seems to think she can make her own rules for the store. i am an employee that usually works until midnite and i dont think its fair that the manager has me working by myself with the doors OPEN on such a late nite shift like that i really dont think thats safe! Also there is a rumer going around that the store is bein sited and watched to be robbed on my shift seeing im the only one thats works so many hrs alone.. the assistant manager was informed and totally over looked it , then the manager was informed and jus brushed it off and said " people say things all the time!" neither one seems to take this seriously in any way! im just really tired of being mistreated and for no reason or all because i refuse to be disrespected ... if u need to speak with me to get a better view on things u can reach me at (216)965-4463... thanx!
I am an employee and I have been having serious issues with my boss. I don't understand why Human Resources won't do anything about it. I have been talking to ohio labor law, Ohio civil rights and a laywer and for some reason my boss is still acting in a way she shouldn't, lawfully and morally. It's plain wrong and illegal I just don't see why nothing is being done. If anyone has any idea please post. Thanks,
Went to a bp on 72nd in Grover located in Omaha Nebraska. Worst experience ever! Not from nebraska, but the cashiers horrible customer service and rude attitude, and the fact that since she couldn't break a hundred told us to take our business elsewhere that we will do not just for today but for as long as we can it's a shame that such a big corporation can just let anyone represent them in such a poor manner.
I had the misfortune of driving off and not removing the gas hose from my car.AS a result the breakaway valve did its job and my car was badly damaged by the hose when it broke off.I left my information and was called back by the owner claiming $1000 in damages .When looking on the web I PRICED SEVERAL VALVES AND HOSES and the price was between $74 and $200 on the high end .The station is on 1500 rock spring rd Belair md.Since it is privately owned I cannot get any help from the corporate office.
I claim specialist for a company that does accident billing for hospitals all over the world. When there is a medical bill that is accident related the cordination of benefits change and the health carrier isn't billed until additional information is obtained. When patient's are injured at a BP I need to know who to contact. Who is the representative that is responsible for claims? I have called numberous numbers and was told unless I know the name they can't even transfer me to a risk management department as they do not have one! BP is seriously a shady corporation and I wouldn't give them a dime of my money. They are liers and killers. Shop at Krogers or Marathons!
im sorry to hear about all your problems and about the scratch cards. so many cards are left out and others are put up in the safe. the rules plainly said that the game goes until a certain day or until game pieces run out. well when you have customers comming in and complaing about the cards and why cant they get two and they had a reciept for another station the cards seem to go quick. at the gas station i work at i am one of the friendliest one i have been told by many about my cuztomer service. but working at a gas station isnt as easy as you seem. i have a much higher respect for attendants. we dont have control over everything. i wish all other bps to have good employees that make you all happy. so in advance sorry again for all problems and hopefully you guys could be a lil more understanding
I'm living in Marquette, MI and would like to point out that the BP station in town is ALWAYS at least five cents more expensive per gallon than every other station in town. The pumps always leak, wasting my money as your outrageously expensive gas drips onto the ground. I would also like to point out the when the news of Bin Ladens death was made public today, oil prices feel by two dollars, yet you found it appropriate to raise the price of gas by 12 cents per gallon. I find it very audacious of your company to poison the Gulf of Mexico and still have the nerve to charge more per gallon than anyone else and raise gas prices in spite of dropping oil prices. I give you one star simply because zero and negative numbers are not options. Congrats on being the worst, most inept company on the face of the planet.
ok soo my mother has been a bp card holder well since bp had credit cards. we both were doing rewards program she got either all 3 of her cards sent to her home. i have yet to recieve one of my 10.00 rewards cards at my home this is two different homes, two different emails. so i went to check my status and the site well its just a joke now and a cruel one at that. she said if the cards don't show up in the next 2 weeks she will cancel her cards........ and get a marathon card which with them you get like 15cents off ea. gallon when using your card....
My husband went to your gas station on Chesapeake blvd in Norfolk VA. He went in to buy a pack of cigarettes and was short changed four dollars. After letting the woman know she proceeded to call him a liar and tell him that she gave him the right amount. The manager agreed that he was lying and said he "saw this happen." We will never go to this BP ever again. My husband and I are very disgusted with the lack of respect for customers. Please contact me at 757 633 2031 I will be contacting you on Monday to find out about some sort of refund.

I went to A BP OIL Change in Fraser, MI on Utica & 15 Mile, they ripped me off. When I went back and made them show me the new filter they NEVER replaced they took forever opening the air cleaner compartment, the guy said he would make it up to me and was checking my tires. Well, besides all the shadiness and bad business, when I left there on the second visit, I finally had the new air filter yes, I still had paid 47.00 for an oil change, yes, ridiculous, but worse yet, I was now having to go to the wonderful people at Discount Tires because the guy put over 11 pds of additional pressure in each of my tires because he wanted to be a jerk about the things he did not do in the first place for a ridiculous amount of money HE chanrged MY card before asking! And they are BP OIL CHANGE!!!! DON'T GO THERE!!!! Especially when BP has no contact person on their card ANYWHERE!!!!!!
i waited 2 1/2 hrs to get my state insection done when it came out they said i need two front tire's to pass i said ok what time are you going to be here till? the insecter said till 6 pm. so i said ok im going to get the tire's now ill come back today before 6pm. i got back to the BP store at 4 pm and the inspecter was gone for the day!!!!!!
I have been a BP card member for several years and started your $10. BP Reward program. At the last two fill ups I was unable to get a scratch card, as they were all out and could not get any more. I sent an email to the designated website for the reward cards and received an answer just "thanking me for being a loyal customer". So just how does this work?????? Was this just a waste of my time? Poor planning on the company's part!
I want to share my bad experience with bp and there reward points they are doing now. I went into the bp gas station in Inverness, Fl. and the advertised price was $3.86/gal. and I had collected $0.03/gal. discount so I expected the price of the gas to be $3.83/gal. When I got done pumping $45.10 worth of gas I noticed I was paying $3.88/gal. Which is 2cents more per gallon then the advertise price. I went into the station to ask the owner what was up - and he stated he charges 5cents a gallon to use my reward points. Some reward - getting charged 5cents a gallon more then the advertised price. When I called bp Corp. office to complain the lady I spoke with was very rude and when I told her she was loosing a customer over this 5cent/gal. charge she said she didn't care. She told me to cut up my card if I didn't like it. So, I took her advise and I cut up our two cards and will be mailing them to the CEO of bp. I should have listened to my wife she wanted to cut up the cards after the big oil spill in the gulf - now the are cheating there loyal customers out of 5cent/gal. to pay for the big mess of an oil spill. That 5cent/gal. times a million gallons of gas sold equals $500,000.00 in extra profit. Some reward charging you 5cents more a gallon then not using your reward points.
