I went into Bebe at Centerra in Loveland Colorado with my 2 daughters to see a purse that one of them wanted for Christmas. while my daughter and I were looking for the purse my other daughter was looking at a shirt. The sales girl (Kerstain), approached my daughter and said "We don't sell mediums here" then gave her an up and down look and said "I mean larges".... My daughter is a size 5, which it really doesn't matter if she is a 5 or a 25. Who does she think she is saying that to anyone, but especially a 15 year old girl. unfortunately I didn't find out about this until I got home, but this is far from over!!

In april of this year I left 3 messages on john williams service to give me a call. I wanted to ask him about a problem I was having. I purchased some items in fedurary at regular price. 2 of them being blouses that I hadn't worn. I wanted to find out after speaking to the manager at kennesaw,ga location if the district manager would allow me to bring 2 blouses back and by tthe for sale price.I know this isn't something u normally do but I would apprieciate it very much if they could accommodate me on this matter. The manager said she would need authorization from a district manager to do that
