I shop at Bebe a couple times a week and usually never have a problem. Sure! No problem as long as you are spending your money. Well, I ended up ordering something online and when it arrived I quickly realized it did not fit. I figured I could return it to the store and took it in that same evening. The sales clerk asked for the same card I used to order it for the return. I gave it to her without question and she assured me she would CREDIT my account. It has been over 2 weeks and still no credit to my account. I call the store and they girls always tell me the credit is pending. What is absolutely ludicrous about this is the item I returned was on the floor for sale the first time I went in to ask about the credit. The second time I want in to ask about the credit the item had sold SO BEBE SOLD THE ITEM I RETURNED AND I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN MY MONEY BACK. WTF

BeBe's return policy is the worse. Was at Crossgates Mall, Colonie, NY and bought a dress for my daughter; however, she did not like the fit (she has purchased at BeBe's in he past). Unfortunately, I paid CASH and lost the receipt. Went to return dress (all tags were still in place on the garment); but because I didn't have a receipt, they would not even give me a store credit. It was returned within the 2l day return policy, but they still refused to give me a store credit. Now I am out of $129. Apparently the store doesn't even keep an inventory record of what was purchased there. How can they run a business?? Believe me my daughter and I will never set foot in another BeBe store and will Facebook all our friends to shop at Macy's or another fine clothing store who has a decent return policy.

The 'women' that are supposed to be working at the BeBe store in the Burlington mall are nasty and rude. I don't think they like 'colored' people, when I went into the store to look around they started getting all arrogant and displayed a STUCK UP attitude, didn't greet me as a shopper, didn't ask me if I needed any help and when I went into the dressing room they didn't offer to prepare the dressing room, as they SHOULD do as an EMPLOYEE that is supposed to be WORKING in a professional retail store. I guess if they think they are "better" than you then they think its ok to snicker and act like a stupid nasty b*tches at their place of WORK? LOL they are unclassy, UNPROFESSIONAL, nasty and RUDE, they need to treat people with RESPECT to EVERYONE and I did not feel that they deserved to be employed for goofing off and chatting it up in the store while acting all arrogant and nasty- well the jokes on them and the idiot who hired these superficial nasty MORONS who CANT MAKE A SALE- I don't need nasty skank attitudes while shopping for clothes in store. They need to GROW and actually develop some MANNERS if they ever expect to see me actually buy anything in a store with 'employees' like that. Just nasty all around!!!

I recently went into the Bebe at Lenox Mall in Atlanta Georgia and witnessed employees on the floor having an altercation while in front of customers. I thought it was very unprofessional and disgusting. Nasty words and looks we're exchanged, just pure attitude. This is not the first time I experienced this problem in this exact store. I recognized on both occasions that the mangers would just stand there and not interfere. I even notice one of the mangers involved in the altercation and continued the argument on the floor with another worker. Something needs to be handle with this unruly store.

I'm usually a really good customer at BEBE. I spend about 1,000$ every 2 months there. I had seen a really cute dress and heels i had liked online. I wanted to wear them for a weekend and had arrives too late. So since i had already bought another expensive outfit i decided to just renturn these items. I went to the store and asked the sales lady if i can return these items for a full refund. She said that was perfectly fine and told me to swipe my credit card to refund my money. As i was leaving i asked her if the money was already in the card which was about 400$ she responded with a yes and a mean attitude. Through out the day my fiance and I did some shopping, went out to eat, and had a day well spent. Since we were going to cancel our bank account anyways we wanted to spend the money BEBE had just refunded. Only later to find out....THE MONEY WAS NEVER REFUNDED!!!!!! Everything i had bought that day went over what i had in the bank account. I now have 355$ just in OVER DRAFT FEES because of BEBE. that stupid worker of yours should have explained to me and told me clearly when i had asked her. I am NEVER shopping here again!!!! you all can go to hell. excuse the language. But your customer service is plain bullshit. You don't care about us. You just care about the money.

I have never been in a bebe store but was a victim of Identity theft my Informaation was used to make 2 seprate purchases at the Miami branch store #164. I have never been to florida.I was acctualy on fordham road in the bronx using my bank card; meanwhile someone else was using my card in florida. where is the security? I went through more security checks to get my own money than the crooks them selves these transaction took place between the 1st and 2nd of feb.

i have shopped in BEBE for years. I recently went into burlington mall BEBE for a last minute outfit for myself and my sister. i shop here because of the quality of service i recieve while shopping, the girls are all usually very helpful, and attentitive to my needs and wants, typically dressed classy, friendly, proffessional, and above all, appropriate. Ive never once been so upset with the service and atomsphere in over 9 years. A young lady by the name of Danielle helped me, if thats what you want to call it. Her demeanor, vocabulary, and customer service were very very disappointing. She had a very "rough" attitude, and she appeared to be intoxicated. Did not know what was going on from one moment to the next, and offered me her employee discount after talking about her personal life, and children... very unproffessional and what a turn off as a consumer... i understand she is new, however, i would expect management to be more careful in who they choose to hire. I bring my children in BEBE quite often when i am unable to shop alone.. Burlington location lost me, and alot of my friends and familys business. We will be sticking to newbury st and northshore mall from now on... i love the clothes too much to walk away from the company as a whole. how desperate is this location for help??

I was in the cherry creek mall in denver, a young lady by the name Brittney who is a manager there, Helped me pick out 3 dresses for upcoming events for work. As I am super nervous about my events I am going to, she boosted my confidence by making me look sexy, but not to much. Very classy looking and I couldnt be happier. I go into other bebe stores in colorado and I dont ever get that treatment. Bebe needs more people like her, and maybe my friends, and co workers will come shop at bebe again.

UNBELIEVABLE!! I BOUGHT A DRESS AT BEBE, WHEN I GOT HOME I NOTICED THAT THE MATERIAL WAS SO CHEAP WHICH AS A BEBE CUSTOMER OF 7 YEARS I FOUND VERY ODD BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER THOUGHT BEBE DRESSES LOOKED CHEAP, ANYWAYS SINCE I WAS UNSATISFIED I WENT THE FOLLOWING DAY TO RETURN IT WITH BOTH PRICE TAG AND REFUND TAG ATTACHED AND THE MANAGER HAD THE NERVE TO SAY IT "LOOKED" WORN!!!!!!! I BECAME LIVID!!! SHE SAID SHE COULD NOT RESELL A DRESS THAT LOOKED WORN, BUT I NEVER WORE IT!! WHAT A JOKE!! BEWARE OF THE BEBE MALL GA!!!! WHAT A SCAM!

Absolutely the worst customer service (NONE) that I have experienced in a long time. I'm a long-time customer of Bebe but no longer. Purchased an evening bag at the Chicago store at the salesperson's suggestion ~ got back to my hotel room (I was traveling), found that there were beads missing. Got back home to L.A. and tried to return the bag ~ it was only 3 days later ~ was told that I had obviously "damaged" the bag. Tags were still on, it had not been used. Tried calling Bebe, OVER AND OVER ~ kept getting 20-somethings in customer service who didn't give a you-know-what ~ and rather than be irritated over this, I will NEVER shop there again ~ and the bag got donated to Goodwill. Better grow up Bebe ~ there are a lot of "over 20" women out there with LOTS OF MONEY that we will spend elsewhere.

There are some real issues going on at Bebe. For this business to run with success Bebe should take into consideration on developing their managers. There is alot of cleaning up to do and it begins with managment. We should all be leaders and make sure that the best interest is in for the company. I agree we do not see this going on and with all the negative true comments above who is going to fix this? Train your people and care about your workers maybe you will see your money move in your company. Also maybe you should train your managers on how to interview good people to represent their stores! "Behavioral Interviewing"

Very unhappy with the return policy. My daughter is very petite and Bebe is one of the few stores with clothes that fit her well. But I often have to shop elsewhere because of the 21-day return policy. For example, there are numerous items I would like to buy now for Christmas, but can't because they would not be returnable if there was a problem with fit or she preferred something else. The likelihood of them being available later is small. Nordstroms, Macy's and other stores have excellent return policies, so I'll shop there instead. What a shame!

I have been shopping at BEBE stores since my first visit to the USA. Since then i have bought BEBE clothing in countries as Bangkok and Dubai on several occasions. My daughter of 21 and her friends find BEBE clothing very appealing and of a high quality. Therefore i am very interested in opening a BEBE store or outlet in South Africa to make BEBE available to the local people that are not fortunate to travel overseas. Would this be possible please??? I have been a loatly customer for appox 11 year. The service was great there was a belt with rhinestone I contacted customer service and the belt was located in Hawaii it was sent to the store in San Francisco, California located on Fillmore Street I was ask to give my credit information to purchase the belt at the price of 1.99 when deny to do so Sales Manager allow me to pay for the belt upon arrival. Upon my arrival to purchase the belt there were about 15 other exact belt. Buckets sameone that were located in Hawaii supposely. On 6/22/ 2011my cousin an I went to BeBe Store on Street Plaza in Emeryville, California. The Sales Representative at this store were very nasty it was staff at closing time. There were two pair of sandal black and tan with thee BeBe charms down the middle of the sandals there were in the sale section on the shelf. I was told that a customer put them there so I would be unable to purchase at that price 30% off an with additional club member discount. But the shoe that was on sale Melissa 181661 was at Westfield Mall S.F, Ca. I had them placed on hold both pair had been wore and an employee payroll check was folded up in the box. Yes I reeturne the and the emploee check Cullin from Daly City, Ca. I truly believe your employees are wearing the mechadise and then return the items in both stores 267 and store 6 are wearing the clothes. Upon all this good faiith and faithful customer when explain the situation to Colin he stated nothing could be resolve suggested to return Hi Wedge Foilblock Font Flip back to the store 267. An exchanging the wear and stain pumps Melissa for Josslyn they could not be sent to the person the gift was purchase for which was I Eugenia Winston club member 715 31st Oakland, Ca 94609. I will be contacting the ConsumerWatch program at our local News Channel. At they way the ecomical situation is an consumers are still shopping at your store and being treated like this with no consideration. They first purchase were 261.13, 40.39 and then the following day 149.00 with club member discount 115.72 a total of 400.00. The Riverhead Tanger Outlet store discriminates against those not meeting the managers liking. I have placed several calls to their district manager and received no response. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE (WHAT A JOKE)!!!

I purchased a dress from Bebe in the Mall of Georgia on Sat, 6/18/11 and tried it on when I got home that night. Wasn't loving it so I took it back on Sun, 6/19/11. The store manager told me she cannot refund me my money because the dress tag was not attached. What???? What dress tag? The price tag was attached and I had the receipt....what dress tag!!!!???? She lets me know that there is supposed to be a black dress tag attached in addition to the price tag. I did not get the dress with a dress tag. She stated that was the store policy....what the hell store policy is that???? That policy is not written anywhere....it surely was not written on the receipt!! What about the customer is always right! She wouldn't give me my money back which is think is absolutely ridiculous!!!! I will never ever shop there again.

To my surprise in mcarthur mall in norfolk va, I saw a MANAGER that has been accused of credit card theft running the store. This girl is a thief Lita is her name. Why does she have a job when she has a serious problem stealing. i give u NO stars BEBE until the problem is fixed!

I wish I can give -5 as the rating for BEBE as one star is clearly not even close to how unhappy I am! I shopped for the first time ever at BEBE at 1400 Willowbrook Mall, Wayne, NJ. 07470. I looked at a couple of clothes and thought that they were very pretty. I bought a $79 beautiful bright pink, silk blouse in small. I didn't bother to try it on at the store because small usually fits me. However, I get home and it doesn't. It's too big on me. So I go back to the store 3 days later to return it and the Manager (ANIANA), pointing at the underarm part of the shirt, says, "But look." I say, "But look what?" She tells me I can't return the shirt because it is dirty. What?!? I never even used the shirt to go out! I only tried it on! She claims it had a deodorant mark on it. It was the size of an ant, which I so easily took off by rubbing my finger on it! Give me a break! Are you telling me that when people try your clothes on at the store they NEVER leave a deodorant mark on the clothes?!? And when they do, do you bring the clothes back to the manufacturer to get it cleaned? NO! I don't think so! I'm sure many people leave deodorant marks on clothes when trying them on! I have seen them myself! Please take care of this nonsense! I am forced to keep a blouse (and not just any blouse! a $79 blouse!)that I can't even wear! This is basically stealing my money! I am NEVER going back to BEBE! EVER! It was my first time shopping there and MY LAST! I'll just go back to GAP, EXPRESS, and ANNE TAYLOR LOFT for my shopping! I have never had any problems with them! I expected a lot more from BEBE and I have never had a problem with returning things at other stores! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

went into bebe store in milwaukee wi, natalya the manager refused to return some pants i purchased that were clearly too big and i had bought them then night before she insisted i had wornt he pants when i couldnt even fit them to wear them.. I shop in the store 4 times a month maybe more, she knew me and she knew i spent lots of money in bebe because the sizes fit me well. she called the cops on me and claimed that i yelled at her when nothing liek that happened. two customers waited for me outside the store to tell me that they thought that natlya was wrong for assuming i wore the pants and for calling the cops over the nonsense.. there was no yelling no screamng just two people talking and she wouldnt return the pants that said xs on the lable but were really a med.. never shopping at bebe again...period
