I wish I could add a positive message, but not going to happen at this time. I called the 1-800- number December 19, 2011 and to date have not got the information I have asked for. I am trying to get WW to work. I did all the things that the webside told me to do. I went to HR and got approval. I got the 20 people to join and then I called and nothing has happened. To date I sent emails, left voice mails, went to the WW locations and not one person could give me the information I requested. I finally received an email last week from a Territory Manager from New York and told me that she would make sure that I heard from someone and guess what NOTHING!!!!! I have left my phone number, email, work phone, work email so many times I have lost count. I just don't understand why it has been so hard to get information. Now we are looking at the Biggest Loser website now.

Besides posting I will be calling Corporate back after 9:00 a.m. I am posting to let everyone know the book to follow points is messed up..... 1 cup is 8 oz... so how can 1/2 cup be 2 oz. all over , different items in the book... This is why people lose weight if you do not know your math in ounces... Or possibly why they go off because they are not eating enough... I called the 800 # last night and was told they will contact Corporate and make a new book.... Page 33 Liver chicken or beef 1/2 cup - 2oz?... 1/2 cup is 4 oz. 1/4 of a cup is 2oz. not 1 or 1 1/2 oz Lamb ground 1/2 cup again 2Oz... Who put this book together?

After struggling with her weight for several years my daughter needed to make a change. Our doctor suggested and wrote a prescription for Weight Watchers. I decided to join with her. We were very excited to find a time and location that worked for us. We were quickly disappointed to discover they were charging children 26% more to join. They do not allow children under 18 to buy monthly plans. When a child joins a program like this it is usually a health issue. In this economy, it is horrible a huge corporation like this would take advantage of children. When childhood obesity is a large enough problem for our First Lady to make this her cause, Weight Watchers should be ashamed of this practice.

Brenda B, maybe you SHOULD care....YOUR respected W.W. leader may be the next to go to the chopping block. These comments are just an example of how low Weight Watchers greedy corporation will go. Watch out!

Looks like Weight watchers is getting too big for its britches. The manner in which Lisa Martinez was fired after nearly 10 years shows that someone has lost contact with humanity. Our little town of Sandy has enjoyed Lisa for long time. She knows how to relate to those on a journey and is always supportive. Did anyone from WW come to a meeting to observe? Was there just cause for her dismissal? Did anyone come to Sandy to talk with us about what happened? Did her replacement know that she was expected to take over the meeting and wasn't there to sub? My goodness. I am disappointed with the program that has helped me. Now I know it was Lisa who helped me, not Weight Watchers. I sure hope managerial heads will roll!!!

I totally agree with Dottie G. We are in the same meeting that lost Lisa Martinez as our leader. She was the most motivating, honest and caring person we were lucky to have. She helped us when we most needed it and still somehow made it fun. WW,we are finished.

i'm a woman....but your advertising for men in weight watchers is insane.....get a guy who can actually speak to men. instead of this overpriced nba player you just payed for...i will never recommend you to any man i ever know. get a man who can speak correctly. i can't believe you even support these nba players....even though he's a has been x phoenix player....he's a drunk... and i have seen him in l.a restaurants make a fool of himself.....trust me ..he is someone you never want to represent your company

Yes great program but SUPER UNORGANIZED MANAGER and WHOEVER MADE A DECISION FOR OUR AT WORK MEETING REALLY MESSED UP. AS AN EMPLOYEE WE DEPEND ON JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH as a great start to the new year. This is the first time I HAVE NOT ONE at work meeting. They changed how they wanted to do it and they don't have the programming for online registration for these members and people are getting very turned off by Weight Watchers and frustrated. Over 75 percent of those members in companies will NOT go to a meeting outside of their workplaces. THIS IS A HUGE LOSS IN INCOME FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR, because BY SUMMER no one wants to join till fall again. Most of the Corporate team hasn't worked in a meeting room with member, they have no idea as to what really goes on. Joining a weight loss program is something you think about and also is not an impulse action...this is the time of year people get started. I am a very disappointed employee right now and the income I've lost so far can not be recovered.

The new center on NewHaven avenue in Melbourne Fla is loud, chaotic.and you cant hear the class leader for all the people talking in the lobby for weigh ins. and next to the products for sale..counselors keep saying it because they are open all the time and the "computers are down" I give it two more weeks then will have to find a quiter center for my mothly life time weighin... and miss attending and sharinh with other members.

WHAT'S GOING ON HERE?? This website is not intended for the people of Portland, Oregon to complain about their lecturer being fired. That's only one city in this entire country! If you want to complain about this firing, write a letter to the Corporate office, but don't post your problem on this website. To be downright honest, the rest of the country does not care. This website was designed for people to write in about their feelings about the company, the program, the company spokesperson, and any other compliments or complaints they have about THE COMPANY!But to write in complaining about a lecturer in Portland, Oregon being fired is a waste of time. I hate to tell you this, but with the exception of Portland, no one gives a hoot! Stick to the REAL issues at hand and get off your soapbox!

Weight Watchers has always been a program recommended by doctors and weight loss professionals as a safe, effective and life style changing way to loose weight. Keeping it off for good is the responsibility of the individual. I did it once before and lost 50 pounds. I love the Jennifer Hudson commercials and her singing. If she did have surgery to achieve her results it doesn't matter to me. Her story, song and success has me inspired to get off my butt and try again. Jennifer Hudson looks great. I wish I could look like her! All the negative comments just affirms my belief that overweight people have other issues beyond their weight that they need to deal with. Take personal responsibility for yourself and own your decisions. If you don't like one coach or location switch to a different one. They do offer ton's of choices. Just saying.....

Weight Watchers, you should be ASHAMED of yourselves, and your "NEW" corporate policies. The sudden firing of long-time W.W. leader, Lisa Martinez (Portland, Or area) is a travesty. She has been the most inspirational and motivating leader I have ever had over the 20-plus years of off and on Weight Watchers experiences. She makes the weight loss journey FUN, and apparently that is not in the "policy" Creativity is punished, instead of rewarded. I do not want to be a part of a company that treats their employees in this manner. SHAME on YOU, Weight Watchers

I do strongly believe Hudson had a mommy tuck and liposuction right after her delivery and then you hired her to be a spokesperson a year later. I think it's very dishonest and misleading that you are all acting like she did it with just food. Unbelievbable.. and yes the company should be sued for falsley advertising and maybe you will be for several spokespeople you have used in the past..It's a huge gimmick and we are not stupid..

I like WW & it works. Our group was moved into a new location that appears to be too small for the number of members. Very uncomfortable. I got in line to weigh & finally gave up. Even if you got weighed, there would be no place to sit in the meeting area. The Jennifer Hudson issue (surgery or no) amuses me. WW is a huge money-making business. I have no doubt they will do whatever they need to to feed the kitty. What has always amazed me is that Nutri-System would think anyone would believe Marie Osmond eats their crappy food. Sorry, but "crappy" is the only word that comes to mind.

I am inquiring why Weight Watchers has not rallied to be added to the Biggest Loser as a partnership! I think your online support and program is perfect for transitioning the contestants back to balancing work, family, stress! I realize that Biggest Loser has their own "branding" but somehow Weight Watchers needs to partner up, perhaps with contestants that are removed from the ranch, or the ones that ALMOST MADE IT...and have to struggle at home. I don't know but somehow Weight Watchers and Biggest Loser needs to get in a meeting room and start talking, negotiating. I think it's a win-win. Best, Chris

I was a very proud member of weight watchers, in fact I got about 10 people to join me at my meetings. We formed a recipe exchange and a workout group that met twice a week. It was ALL due to the wonderful leader that ran our group. (Lisa Martinez in Oregon). After attending meetings all over the area and listening to the uninformed leaders with no enthusiasm, I was excited beyond belief to find Lisa. Myself and all of my friends are no longer going to be members of weight watchers because this wonderful inspirational leader was let go on Friday! She was told she was not a good fit after dedicating 9 years to this company. In researching the goings on I found she was full time and WW does not want to pay benefits for their full time employees. I will not be part of a company making the money you do when they are out for the all mighty dollar instead of supporting their members and staff. Farewell and know I will tell everyone I know about this travesty. Kim Kaas Portland, Or

All. That I can say that you can make all the excuses that you want. WW WORKS, you can make all the excuses that you want but when you are really ready to learn how to eat healthy and really lose the weight and learn how to keep it off, WW works. Jennifer inspired me and I lost 42 lbs last year and I have another 40 to lose. It works, I am 59 I go to the meetings and I also do it on line. VERY EASY AND AS A BONUS hubby lost 20 ponds. Walk and do the program and eat a.ything that you want in moderation it works. Jenny Craig was a bu.ch of process foods and I only lost 14 pounds which I quit and regained when I ate real food. WHO CARES ABOUT THE NEW SPOKE PERSON, TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. I HAVE DIABETES, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, AND FIBRO MYALGIA AND THE WEIGHT IS WHAT HURT ME, BE SMART AND LOSE THE WEIGHT BY LEARuuNING HOW TO EAT NOT BY ARTIFICIAL MEANS.

If Jennifer Hudson does not admit that she's had plastic surgery, then Weight Watchers ought to go out of business. That woman did NOT lose that kind of weight by just diet alone. Her body is tighter than a drum, and she did not get that way by counting points, baby! If she can't admit the truth, how can people sign up with a company that is lying through their teeth! TELL THE TRUTH, WEIGHT WATCHERS, and admit that your spokesperson has had a body makeover. And another thing. Get some new commercials. That one where she's singing "it's a new dawn; a new day," is just a load of crap!

The Portland Office FIRED our leader on Friday...we found out about it on Monday. THIS IS A HUGE MISTAKE BY THE PORTLAND OFFICE! Lisa Martinez is awesome! We want her back! WE are the customer and WE want a voice! Lisa is the best leader you can have. IF she isn't hired back, I will cancel my membership. The leader makes a HUGE difference in how sucessful your experience is with WW.

Does Jennifer Hudson have to sing??? Listing to her is like listening to someone scratching their nails on a chalkboard. In addition, why can't companies use ordinary people instead of overpaid celebrities? In little letters, you see endorsed by company. Why wouldn't someone endorse a product - they get paid big bucks.
