The food was awful. Had to wait almost 2 hours to get in. The service was awful. It took them forever to wait on us. Then they over charged my credit card by 70.00+ I will never go back to this place.

Please bring back Baked Potato Soup To Wednesday

Wow a lot of noise here. Some of it seems to make my request petty. I would bring 2-5 people every Wednesday for the Baked Potato soup. Then it got shifted to Sunday. Now we don't go as much.

HOSTILE Staff & Rotten Food

Saturday September 21, 2013 about 2:pm my family and I were mistreated by a stupid gang of idiot waiters who deliberatly waisted strawberry smoothie drinks all over me the table the floor and were reluctant to EVER clean it up! I complained only to have a scene and be publicly humiliated in front of other patrons. The food was ROTTEN Nasty! Hostility from restaurant and staff based on discrimination of sexual orientation - a hate crime!

Baybrook location

Ate here for the first time and, although the food was good and the floor plan was pretty, I was disgusted by dirty menues (food stuck inside), crunchy floors (covered w food), dirty seat (couldn't even sit til the hostess cleaned it), and the restroom...ugg. I don't think we'll go back. You can't tell me that they are too busy to clean between customers. For this being a huge, well-know chain...I'm disappointed. I'm glad we had a very nice waitress but she was too busy. Sorry, but it wasn't good enough to go back or rave about. Dirty is just dirty. They should know better.

Unclean

Cheesecake Factory Bay Brook is unclean. I am a employee in the dish room of this location and I can tell you management doesn't give a damm! If you eat there it's at the risk of your family and your health and safety.

In regards to a previous posted review - Infidelity runs rampant in the Birmingham, Alabama location as well. Not just within the staff but also within the managing staff as well.

BAD ATMOUSPHERE

On Saturday, 8 June, my family and I ate at the Cheesecake factory in San Antonio Tx. @ La Cantera. While there, we learned that our waitress was sleeping with one of the cooks. Her angry husband arrived and confronted her about it. Additionally, we learned that Infidelity runs rampid among the staff at this location. We will NEVER return!

I am shocked!

I can't believe these reviews! Honestly, I've been a customer of this fine chain for decades. I've probably visited 20 of their stores. They are the Hallmark of consistency! They serve an amazing variety of food. They offer a fast paced, happening environment. They are open early and late. The food is really good across a wide variety of cuisines from around the world- they literally have something for everyone. I am not sure what restaurant these people could have been complaining about! I mean, sure, everyone can make a mistake, or forget something in a to go order- but what restaurant serves amazing food, amazing quality and value consistently for 25 years nationwide! i don't know any that hold a candle in that space. PF Changs does a good job at one cuisine. The Steak places do well at their niche. But no one does it like the Cheesecake Factory! Keeping it real for my favorite place to enjoy iced tea and great food!

good people

They all try very hard to make us happy and feed us great food even if one may not think so. Customer service will not always be immaculate since the employees are constantly working their butts off to deliver hot plates with large crowds always surrounding them, especially on the weekends. Short hills on the weekends equals chaos but they make it work. We should be a bit more grateful!

F&I Manager

I am so disappointed... I went to the Pembroke Pines, FL location after telling the hostess I was coming from Hialeah Gardens, FL I placed a to go order (1) fried shrimp platter and (1) shrimp scampi dinner with Xtra garlic and specifically asked for extra, extra, extra garlic and when I got home there was NOT even a clove of garlic??? Why would they do this to me I even tipped the hostess out $7.00 who does this???

Horrible service my wife and I went with had a horrible experience, with their high prices you would expect this Store to have great food and outstanding service, which is totally the opposite of what we experienced. The service is terrible! The waiter was rude and the food was bland and cold as a matter of fact I would just say it is just that you get mediocre food for a top prices, and the seating is so uncomfortably and there are many more places in the area they have good service and excellent food at 1/2/the price will never go back but what do you expect, I suggest the manager try, coming out of his office and see what his staff is dioing.

Cheesecake Factory in Hackensack, NJ

Enough is enough. I had gone to this location many times over and the food and the staff were good. Unfortunately in the past two years it has gone down hill. The staff is rude and uncaring of the customers. We have tried to go there several times and each and every time we have gone there in the past two years we have met with rude staff. Also they have run out of food. What is wrong with the management there. A restaurant is not suppose to run out of food. We always have a party of 11 every Wed. unfortunately they turned us away. They kept coming up with excuses. First we had a 20 min wait, then a 30 min wait and then an hour wait. And then we were told maybe longer. The manager was rude and so was the receptionist. This is not a way to conduct a business. Also the quality of food lately has been unacceptable. There has been times we had to send items back because the kitchen did not get the order right. My daughter had an allergy to green garnishments and onions and her food came out with onions in it and the server began to argue with us. You know had I not caught that in my daughters food she could have landed in the hospital. And you all would have had a lawsuit on your hands. Eating out is suppose to be a good experience and not a horrible one. Its about time that someone from headquarters goes and checks out the Hackensack, NJ location. Maybe they could get their act together and become the restaurant they used to be.

please please please bring back chicken n biscuits sad to say I actually have had dreams about this dish since I have to travel a good distance just to get it.

Employees

To those of you who like the Cheesecake factory for their great food and of coarse Cheescake, as I did, beware there is something not so nice going on there with regards to employee labor. My husband was hired to work in the kitchen as a part time dish washer, using an industrial diswasher, which for sanitation purposes uses heat treated water in excess of 170 degrees. On his first night of work he was required to work with out any protective gloves.He sustained burnes to both hands which included all 10 fingers and the lower palms of his hands, When he brought it to the attention of the kitchen supervisor, he was told to get over it and that everyone who does this job gets burned, its part of the JOB. No one goes to work to be placed in harms way intentionally. I will no longer be a continued patron of Cheesecake Factory as well as my extended family.

Naples My husband had is food long befoe me, I had chicken Sandwich which was hard with just mayo My husband had fish taco;s which were soggy very poor food in Naples , Sawgrass Mills is very much better

spectacular service

I went to the location in woodfield mall, IL and my server, Charlene, was the best I've ever had. Very friendly and any time things weren't immediate she was apologetic even though we cant expect fast food restaurant quickness.

So Frustrating!!

I've tried several times to buy a gift certificate online. Doesn't seem so hard right? Wrong! I'm from Canada, and upon checkout where it says to choose state/province - it only gives states to choose from. So, I called the restaurant and they directed me to head office, I called head office but there was no answer. I called the next day to guest services, no answer again. I tried the "operator" to where I was greeted by another answering machine. Needless to say, I did not end up with a gift certificate. This is probably a good thing, because if I did, who knows if the restaurant would even be there!
