HORRIBLE

constant dropped calls, cant send or recieve pictures, emails and texts not arriving until next day.. have canceled one line paid termination fee, was told towers would be fixed soon, they say they are fixed, but the problem still exist, also NO 4G like they said I would have when tower was fixed. I HATE SPRINT, . I have contacted the FCC. I want out of my contract, Sprint is not fulfilling their end.

Help with Account

I have been with Sprint for 13 years and was with the company they purchased prior. Grandson did not understand how these minutes worked and has caused me to have one large phone bill. Have tried to get help from Sprint and the Customer Service folks are awful and flat out mean. I pleaded that they not turn my phone off since I have had a stroke and need to be able to contact someone just in case. Have made extra payments trying to pay the bill. Called and asked for the Corp. office address and phone number and was told that there was not a Corp. address or phone number. I am so suprised

Poor Customer Service

I have been with Sprint for 10 yrs. Customer Service is the worse. I was with sprint in the beginning when Customer Service was very bad. Now, it's right back to square one again. Customer Service reps are not on the same page. When you call to speak with one, thinking your problem was resolved, another gives you a totally different answer. I can't do battle with sprint anymore. My last contract with sprint. CAN't WAIT TO SAY GOODBYE!

Beyond horrible CSR

The agents are rude. They hang up on you or worse off transfer to a different tech. agent. They have attitude. Even though they can careless should put on a happy smile and treat customers respectfully. If not should get fired. If they can not handle the job then quit.

Poor Service

I currently have 8 phones with Sprint for my business. I called to get 1 of them replaced since we have problems from day one with connecting on this phone. I am being told to go to the local store to get it replaced that they will not replace it over the phone. they believe it is a network problem not a phone problem. I am sorry but when you have 8 phones and only 1 is having issues to me that is a phone problem not a network issue. We do not have a local Sprint store so if I go to the retail store they will charge me for a whole new phone not just the $50 that would be charged by Sprint.

I was not very satisfied with the product i recently bought and they dont have any replacement on hand and they didn't help me what I need. They were playing games while not helping us what we needs. Very poor customer service.

Terrible

The technical support tells me I am getting good coverage and service. Only problem is that it is terrible. Verizon answers my calls and tells me the number is out of service or shut down. I call immediately on my cheap TracFone and it works great. Why am I paying all this money (commercial phone) when the TracFone works so much better?

Horrible Customer Care!

I bought a "Hotspot" for my vacation home in AL...when I bought the device I was told there was coverage in that area. I did not get to the vactiion home until two months later. Hince..."vacation home". Guess what? The device did not work due to lack of Sprint coverge! In the mean time...I have spent hours on hold trying to resolve this issue, or waiting on promised return calls that never come, or promises of technical verification for lack of coverage that never happened. In addition....promises of adjustments that haven't occured as of yet. I have repeatedly asked to speak to a department head for their Customer Service department thinking they would truly want to fix inadequent customer care, but have repeatedly been denied that contact...saying there isn't one. What kind of company doesn't care about their customer service? I guess a company that doesn't mind losing customers! I have been a customer of Sprint for over 10 years, but will NOT be renewing my contract with them again.

have been dealing with the biggest jerk in cusomer service since 12/19/2012 i have had 4 phones and my company that i work for recommend sprint they had over 400 phones, not anymore

Sprint is ridiculous!

My father has been with sprint for almost 20+ years and ever since the changes they have caused a lot of problems to him. Like how in the world can you charge ever upgrade for already active lines an activation fee? I don't quite understand. I think Sprint is a rip off and only really ever cares about getting more customers and not about their old customers. If your looking for a carrier that's right for you, Sprint is not the choice. After all the rudeness and lies Sprint employees have serviced my father and I, we refused to continue our contract with them. >:[

SPRINT Customer Service Lame!

Recently tried to upgrade phone, and after I handed in my credit card I was getting charged an almost 40 dls activation fee on top of the 400 dls that I agreed to. RIDICULOUS after I've been with them for a few years? Time to move on an find a small carrier who could provide a better service and support.

Sprint only cares about a new customer and NOT about there existing customers, once they have you in a contact FORGET IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There service and customer care SUCKS and I really mean that. Stay away from this SPRINT.. They should go OUT OF BUSINESS !!!!!!!

SPRINT INEPTITUDE

Sprint has terrible reception in my area, calls drop regularly. If you ever need to change or transfer service watch out. I have been overbilled for the past 7 months and have spent numerous hours calling monthly trying to get the matter rectified. Every time I call in I have to repeat the entire story again. It is amazing to me that a communications company can't document information and communicate with its own employees about customer concerns and errors. I was overbilled over $500.00 for the time period in question due to problems with setup. It shouldn't have taken 7 months to rectify the situation. Managers told me they couldn't call me back since they were an intake call center...unbelievable. I was forced to call back and wait on hold over and over again only to repeat the story, be placed on longer hold as they tried to decipher the problem. Finally, I was told by a manager that they couldn't even locate the account. Incredibly inept.

Consistently bad -10*

It amazes me that a company can provide such poor service and still remain in business. For 2 years we paid for phone service with little or no reception, numerous trips to the local service center, dozens of calls to the service center - each one blaming the other for the poor service. And no one in customer service seems to know the name of the company president or the address of the corporate office. Absolutely HORRIBLE! Warning - run away fast. Do not let their promises persuade you - they do not deliver and will make your life a nightmare.

Don't use Sprint!

I had Sprint service for about 3 years with no problem at all. I moved and the towers in the area were not working properly. I was assured for months that the problem would be resolved. It never was and I was willing to pay a portion of the early termination fees because it wasn't my fault that the towers had issues. I got the run around and when I finally ported my number with Verizon I got the "I'm sorry my co-workers should have told you" story that if you cancel the contract then there is nothing we can do. They can get in line to get paid...

ZTE Fury Smart phone

This phone should not be sold. I am stuck with one even though I returned it within 14 days. Now Sprints policies will not let me exchange phones now that the second phone had the same issues.

Terrible

I have never been so displease in my life.. I've been looking to get a smart phone for a long time now. I have been going into my local sprint store for a month a half now asking questions finding out total costs what I need to do ect. Waiting for the black Friday deal. well when we finally went to sign up for the plan, which they informed me to do on wednesday due to me working Black friday and being closed on Thanksgiving. so me and my fiance went in on Wednesday as advised when I handed them the paper work to set the plan up they stated I was not eligible for upgrade keep in mind the past month and a half no one has ever brought this up same store same representatives. so they tell me I have to pay a 50$. Then they stated they had a deal going where I could get the phone I wanted and was waiting for on black friday that I could get it on Wednesday for the same price only difference is it would be after mail in rebate. so I jumped on it excited to be getting my new phone a few days earlier.. well beyond all the mess we were there for 3 hours they finally got us taken care of we walked out with our phones pleased in the long run. not 15 minutes after I leave the sprint location I receive a call from the worker helping us. stating he made a mistake and that I was not eligible for the mail in rebate therefore I would have to return my new smart phone after already being there for 3 hours and then repurchase the phone on black Friday in order to get their deal. but they said "good news is you get to keep the new phone till Friday" so I said ok thinking i'd just go in on Friday return the phone and repurchase I downloaded my life to this phone got it all set up all the good stuff.. and I go in on Friday 11/23 to just do the quick swap and the same worker i've dealt with the whole time informs me they have to take the phone back they cannot resale me the same phone and now since their was such a good deal on the phones they sold out and are now on back order.. excuse me.. one they knew I would be returning and they knew this would be the case anyhow. and they never informed me of any of it. so now I am back to my old phone until they can order me a new one and they said they had no idea how long the wait could be cause with such a good deal they sold so many.. needless to say I am very upset quite frankly debating on whether or not to just cancel the account and go elsewhere due to being pushed around so much and the workers having no idea and nor are they willing to fix anything.

Customer Service

Used Sprint with a family plan for years and upon losing my job I continue to keep my service, once employed my checks were being mailed from another state so I called before my cut off to make arrangements but continued to get message/calls on my bill. Contact Customer Service to find out the rep never noted my account but stated I call for plan changes, was told they could not help me requested supervisor was transfer then disconnected three times. I transported my phone numbers to another provider but they wanted to charge me early cancellation fees for two phones. Not one rep noted the account each call back I had to explain the reason for my call.

Comical Reviews

I find it rather humorous seeing people complain about trying to cancel contracts after the time period or the cost. Hello! All of that information is provided in the contract you signed. If you're not willing to read it, then don't cry when you get screwed! I have wonderful coverage, no dropped calls. Granted, they did sent a postcard saying I might have an interruption in service due to upgrades. That's more than I ever got from AT&T, T-Mobile or AT&T combined!

WOW!!!

I moved my company to Sprint, With the hopes of saving money, However I ended up loosing several accounts do to the poor coverage. The lack of concern for my plight was amazing to me. I paid the termination fees and went to Verizon. They tried to sale me on there future plans and told me I would not pay roaming fees, However every month I had to call in and get the bill adjusted and was challenged at every turn. Sprint is the worst cellular company out there.
