Sonic in Lafayette, LA on the corner of Johnston and Broussard. Good luck with ever getting the dipping sauces that you request. I go through Sonic once every week due to convenience, but it is not convenient when 3 MONTHS in a row, I do not get the sauce I request or the caramel for apple dippers. I have been assured that the apple dippers come with the caramel dipping sauce, but after 3 months of having to ask for it, I am beginning to wonder.

The Terre Haute sonic (BBWI-MHR)is not only rude to there employees but there customers too.I have a grandchild that has to clock out and work off the clock all the time to "save on labor" she is only 16 and is suppose to leave at 10pm according to the labor laws. The manager todd buckalew keeps her there till 11pm on school nights and tells her he will make this up on her paycheck later.He has also left her there by herself to open the store several times so he could go run "errands" I know this because she will call me and have me come and sit on the patio out of fear.These issues have been addressed to the owners (BBWI-MHR)by her mother about a month ago but they continue to happen so i thought i would let you know.I also have a problem with the way they fired the previous GM he was in the hospital when he was diagnosed with a colon disease and if that was not bad enough the owners (BBWI-MHR)called him while still in the hospital dealing with this and fired him.It seems to me any company with any kind of morals or ethics would have atleast waited until he was out of doctors care.I hope Sonic takes a good look in the mirror and makes some changes, if not change the slogan Americas Drive-In cause this is not how we treat each other in the USA. Maybe Chinas Drive-In would be better!!

i had a terrrible experience waiting for oover 35 minutes to get my order messed up and then to not even recieve my order until i asked for a third time the waiter did fine and was apolegetic but the guy taking the oders was not seeming to pay attention and he kept asking for the order to be repeated. It might have been the microphone but the wait was not acceptable, i was being patient until the third time and every number for contact rings then says this number is out of order terrible experince all around first time but will be my last time.

i went to the sonic in clarksville tn and i found a piece of long thick jet black hair in my burrito how disgusting is this.i filed a complaint and it seems odd to me that it wont let you submit pics of any kind even on here. hmmm..

My GM "Manager" at the Sonic Drive-In in Sanger, Texas Illegally, repetedly, as in every single day.. Makes His imployees clock out for "His Labor". With our employees not knowing how and with lack of knowledge about our rules/laws etc. and how to find these laws with a "Manager" who consistantly underminds, slacks off and gets consistant 30's and below par Audits of EVERY kind when audited.. Jimi ____ Does not know how to train the "carhopps" at his store.. Which has led to many quits from all the origional staff who worked there before his management. I'm a carhop from previous management and liked how it was ran.. It was a business and was ran like so, now all the responsibilities are placed on the individuals alone, which leads and is currently leading to anger and frustration between every worker. People are now "scan hogs" without order or directions. Other "carhops" I work with feel cleaning and stocking and MANDITORY chores and mantinence "Are taking away from the money they should earn." So the people who are Veterans like myself, who do their work and now have to give 110% to be somewhat proud of where we work! I'm sure our "GM Manager" is frauding our tax system, cheating about his "Charity Work", FORCING many of his Sonic Employees, GREAT WORKERS, to clock out for "His Labor", Employing sub-par "Managers" below him who cannot assign a band to the carhops which leads to the employees losing hundreds of dollars due to their irresponsible childish mistakes. In fact this happened to me today! $140.00 short!!! All for a button that is plain and OBVIOUS!! When you assign a wristband to a carhop you are supposed to make sure it is cleared and free to use. Our carhops, under the direction of our "GM Manager" do not corretly do temperatures for which "It takes up time" or takes away from their Money! PLEASE LOOKINTO THIS REQUEST! PLEASE JUST LOOK INTO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS SONIC! BATHROOMS ARE DEATHTRAPS BECAUSE OF THIS MAN! PLANTS AND SHRUBBERY ARE DEAD AND UGLY BECAUSE OF THIS MAN! OUR ICE PRODUCING MACHINE (ALONG WITH THE ICE-CREAM HOPPER ARE COVERED AND SPOTTED WITH MOLD! BECAUSE OF THIS MANAGER! WE JUST HIRED A NEW MANAGER AND I REQUEST SHE BE HIRED ON AS THE NEW GM! The sonic in jasper alabama does not like to honor coupon. received a coupon from the sonic in jasper al for a free drink. went to redeem the coupon and was told they would not take the coupon because the code was wrong. I call the 800 number and that is the code i was given. So I told her I would call again while I was in the drive thru to get the correct code she wanted. while i was on the phone trying to get her the code number she wanted a lady gave me a drink. unfortunately she did not give me a diet coke that I ordered. She put a small amount of coke in and then filled it up with water. I hope that is all she put in my drink is water. Would not every recommend that sonic to anyone. You try to use a coupon and they will tamper with your food

Got the order wrong the first time so we let them know and when they brought the order out the second time...guess what...it was still wrong! Do they not listen?

I just went to sonic in lindale texas (main st). Horrible service!!! Horrible food & tea!!! I will never go back to that sonic! HORRIBLE!!!!!

The last 2 times that I have purchased food at the Enterprise Alabama Sonic the burgers have been extremely pink inside. We do not eat in our car so we get our food to go. It is very frustrating to get this home and not be able to eat it. I am not going to waste my money at this Sonic any longer.

The wife and I eat at Sonic at least once a week. Or at least did!! Where did MERRY CHRISTMAS go. Did you guys forget, you are an american icon. Guess Red Ribin is next.

I have contacted Sonic on 3 occasions regarding my complaint, even sending a letter to the company President. I have received 1 terse phone message from a store manager saying he'd call me back the next day since he didn't know what I wanted. That was 2 weeks ago, I guess he's not calling. Thanks Sonic, I used to love your restaurants, but, your lack of care or interest in problem resolution has driven me and many of my co-workers away.

Bad experience at the Sonic in Franklin Tennessee on Hwy 96. This particular Sonic is the local hang out for the high school kids. Dont get me wrong that is quite alright if you are a paying customer, but if you order one drink and stay parked for 2 hours that becomes an issue. The last time I was there I was amazed to find a parking spot. Me and my wife were waiting for our meal next to a truck load of high school kids. We noticed them getting excited about something and could not figure out what they were up to. They were observing a female employee who was sweaping the parking lot, and heading in their direction. When she approached the truck to clean up the mess of straw wrappers they left on the ground one of the boys stuck his finger in his throat and made himself throw up right there in the parking lot next to our car. A little under a minute later our order was brought out. Having completely lost my appitite I asked the server if she would mind getting me a manager who could give me a refund. The manager came out and I explained what had happened. He did not seem that this was a big issue, and told me there was not much he could do. I was informed that they were paying customers too. He gave me the refund and treated me like I was bothering him. Thank god there is now a 5 guys burgers and fries just up the road. Now we enjoy real burgers in the company of adults and not immature children.

It's a sad situation that employees at Sonic are rude..one reason being possibly..management doesn't give them breaks..unless there minors..they can't have anything to eat or drink..As of today they can't use the restrooms either..Guess I would be cracky also..Doesn't seem like a friendly,family oriented establishment now does it?..It's a Indiana law also,so I guess employees need to find another place that appreciates them..right?..Go Sonic!! You rule..NOT!..may want to rethink your policies.. that's why your losing customers..And yes I will post this all over the internet as it is a fact!!

was told recently by the ownwer that this was my last free drink from the survey they provided and i filled out. This is in Royal Oak, MI. I do my fair share of purchases and everytime I got a survey and filled it out. they was upset and told me they would not honor them. I have 90% wrong orders from this place so this day I asked to repeat the order - it was wrong as usual, so i gave the order again and repeated it back wrong still. i asked for a manager and then he told me not to come back ever and called police saying i might be armed. i stood there until the police came and told em my side of the issue. so the long of it is NEVER in my life will i go to this store and am filing a complaint with corporate against this store owner. and in the customer service business saying goes - that 1 person tells 10 and they tell 10 and so on so I hope they like no business from me or family or friends ever.

My niece works at the sonic in Denton and they treat their employees poorly. She is a gorgeous girl who has many regular customers but her general manger has told her she must wear more makeup or she will be sent home. He posted a note saying he didn't hire white trash employees and anyone without makeup will be sent home or fired. Some employees also smoke marijuana while on the clock and then are responsible for customer orders and money. Complaints have been made to corporate but nothing has been done.

oct 31, 2010 at 2pm I was poisoned at the sonic drive inn of pensacola on 1115 n. Navy blvd. Their phone number is 453-3911. I ordered tots and burger. The tots smelled odd but I contributed that to frying oil and finished them. Two bites out of the sloppily made burger and I nearly crashed my car on my way back to my base from puking my guts out! Gasoline smell was emanating from the burger. I'm keepin the remainder for my lawsuit.

I had a rude employee and when I talked to the day manager Rebecca told me it's not protocol togive napkins or mints with my drink. At every other Sonic in bossier city they do and then I found out from another manager it is protocol . The car hop name was Tim and Rebecca was rude and said well no one else has ever complained about Tim so it must be me! Well I just hope I am either ones nurse and let's see how they like Rude behavior.

I want someone to tell me if SONIC IN CELINA OHIO is actually going to stay open this winter.As we all know,there is no in house seating,and OHIO gets pretty COLD in winter.The kids that work at SONIC IN CELINA OHIO have all been told that it will be OPEN ALL YEAR.I can hardly wait to see the carhops roller skating in the snow up to their ponytails.lol Now if you KNOW will you please post it here?We don't need a bunch more kids out here in the dead of winter job hunting because SONIC LIED!! dont stop at sonic in bastrop,la it really really sucks. i jus left there an got two burgers a corn dog an 2 fries , they didnt give me my fries had to drive bac up there an seen where they had charged me for 4 fries that i didnt order nor get..when i asked to speak to a manager the employee was nice but the manager was very very rude an wouldnt give me the number to they main branch or her name ...better be glad i didnt cuss her out, with her rude self ,wasnt my fought they screwed up , not like it was a long order or anything.... they never get anything right ever. i jus got sum coupons and they screwed it up also no tomatoes means no tomatoes...hello dummie
