I was treated horribly when going through the drive thru at the Dallas location on Inwood Ave. The employee at the pay window got all upset because I told him that I wanted fries with my combo, not tater tots. He told me I should have known that's what combos came with. Also, the person taking the order didn't answer my questions and cut the order taking process off abruptly with a total. But the worst part of all is that the guy at the pay window got all full of religion with me and talked about blessings ... And would not give me the drink I paid for as part of the combo. When I called back, the guy that had preached religion to me hung up on me and after calling back another supposed manager told me that I didn't get the drink because I didn't ask for it. How am I supposed to do that when he closed the window after preaching religion to me ???

I sat at a half empty Sonic at 3101 So. Shields Blvd. Location in OKC, and (as a rough time gauge) I was able to listen to 2 songs w/commercials in between before they finally answered my call! What is that, 7-8 min?! I was reaching for the key to leave when they finally answered... But on a good note the food was here in about 3 min & the carhop was friendly.

I would like to go back to my local Sonic. I don't eat fast food, not from anywhere. For over a year I was going to my Local Sonic buying at least 2 Rt. 44 diet cokes. Sometimes I might get something for my kids as well. What I'm saying us I'm not the biggest customer you have. For over a year I would go daily and get my drinks. They came to know my voice and know that I'm tge one who wants the drinks packed super full of ice. Like when you shake the drink nothing moves full of ice. So after doing this daily for over a year I start getting my drinks with not nearly as full of ice as usual. After a while they didn't seem to me to have anymore ice than the drinks I would get for my kids. At first when I pointed this out they would take back to add ice. Even then they were not filling it with as much ice as they had been for a year. After while, when I asked them to fill it more with ice they would tell me (with a perfectly straight look on their face) that it couldn't fit anymore ice! They may not care about providing actual customer service, do they actually have to insult my intelligence? I mean they were capable of doing this just fine for me. Suddenly, my request doesn't but it us no longer possible to do. I finally got tired of being treated like a bother. So for the last few months I've daily bought my drinks elsewhere. Frankly I prefer the drinks at Sonic as I do the crushed ice. What can I do to be able to return to Sonic and actually get the drink the way I hard to (crammed full I'd ice) and not have to have it be a big deal?

I went to the blytheville arkansas sonic drive the man over the board said his name was ben at first he started out very nice but i didnt know what the exact price was for my sandwhich he nver repeated my order and then iherad him sa ineed to hurry up he had someone waiting on him so i drove off and went to wendys i saw a bald white tall stocky man come out off the backdoor of sonic he wasgettin drug from an man i seen the bald man walk to the trash area something needs to be done about this

i went to sonic in sandusky ohio on route 250 near interstate 2.there was 2 cars in the lot.i pushed the menu button twice.the people inside wouldnt even look at us so then i began to beep the horn and they turned their backs on us.there were more employees than cars in the lot and we couldnt get served.they can stick that place there are too many other places to go and spend my money

I had sent an email regarding how when in Tampa Florida (Flower Avenue location) my son with Blake with stage four cancer had requested to have sonic we went and ordered food and were given much more food and was charged for it had poor service as well. I was just so stressed out to even complain so I sent an email and received a call from the manager at sonic and he advised me that he would send us a gift card. I never received a gift card and sent another email and never heard from anyone from sonic again. I just wanted to give sonic another chance being my son Blake, liked the food from sonic and when you have cancer and are undergoing chemo you eat what you like when you are hungry. Sonic didn't keep its word and to do that to a boy already fighting for his life. SONIC SHOULD BE ASHAMED! Poor Business practice in this economy. I'm ashamed for your company.

I just went to sonic and got charged for ranch with my chicken strips...You guys have started charging almost a full price drink, just for a cup of ice. Now Sonic is charging 25 cents for each packet of ranch. I read on the computer that Sonic makes about $1,025,000 a year. That is ridiculous to let Sonic charge for ranch. You guys try to make it seem like you don't make enough money with the food that you sell. Your cheddar bites and monzerella sticks cost a fortune, but then you get charged for ranch. The food you sell is expensive enough, much less the drinks. You get plenty of business to not have to charge full price for a cup of ice and then start charging for the condiments that go with the food. I order a coke with extra ice, I get charged full price for the coke, but then get charged extra for a little bit more ice. I have heard other people complain about your prices and now I am going to tell everyone about the new charges, the ice, ranch, barbecue, etc... I am going to get it going around on facebook and I am going to get people start boycotting your business. It is ridiculous to charge people for the condiments that go with the food. What next? Are we going to start getting charged for ketchup, salt, pepper, napkins, bags, forks, spoons, lids and straws. It may cost the drive-ins a little for the condiments, but the customers should not have to pay for the condiments that they choose to be served with the food. The drive-in on NE 23rd in Harrah, Ok. has rude managers and employees. The managers name was Sarah Smith. Sonic makes the money off of the food they sell, why charge for the condiments. People have to use their gas to come and eat at Sonic so it costs people more to come and eat at Sonic than it costs Sonic for an extra packet of Ranch. We have to spend the gas to come eat at Sonic, spend the money on the food, the drinks, the ice and now the ranch. It costs people more to come and eat at Sonic than it does cost you guys to give out an extra packet or two of ranch. I think that you should be able to tell them that they can't charge for the condiments that go with the food. I had went to the one on NE 23rd in Harrah, complained to the manager, she got a bit rude. I tried to call back a second time from the same number and now it was just busy each time I tried to call from that number 5 or 6 times and it continued being busy, so I picked up my cell and called and it went right through. So, they had apparently blocked my number from calling.. This is getting ridiculous!!! I even called my mom when I got back home to let her know about the new charge and even she said that was ridiculous. She said..."Are you serious?" I told the manager Sarah Smith that I was going to get the word out and start getting Sonic boycotted and she said "okay, if that is what you would like to do". Customers get charged for the food and should not get charged for the condiments that go with the meal they ordered. IT IS RIDICULOUS!!!! Half of the food that Sonic sells doesn't taste right without the condiments. Just like McDonalds...but they don't charge extra for their condiments. They are more interested in customer satisfaction than they are about the price of condiments that go with it. Like their packets of Sweet & Sour, etc. All I can say is the price of food with the new charge for the condiments is ridiculous and then when you tell a manager that you are going to start spreading the word about the new prices and start getting the word out and the company boycotted, the last thing a manager should say is, "Okay if that is what you would like to do...that's okay". Like I said everyone that I have told so far has already said..."that's ridiculous" or "that is stupid". I suggest you do something about your prices because I am sure that I am not the only one that is unhappy about having to pay for condiments to go with my food. We pay the price for the food. We should not have to pay for the things that go with our food. 3/4ths of Americans don't have money to spend like that. If I have anything to do with it, I will put it on the internet, in people's mail, buy and ad in the paper and on fliers at stores. Wal-Mart, K-mart, McDonalds, grocery stores, etc. To get the word out about how this company is getting higher prices and charging for the tiniest of things. I will have it all over Oklahoma and I will get a word or two out across the United States. I have families everywhere and they will help me with this. I'm curious to know...is the policy of charges for condiments a corporate policy or individual franchis owners decision? I would appreciate your response...m1white@cox.net

I went to sonic here in Ottawa,kansas and I order a number one with only chesse an only ketchup, with chedder bites for my side, an a vanilla dr.pepper and a number two with large fries and a nanilla dr.pepper. But they didnt have the cheeder bites or large fries on the recite. So I went back and the ower answer and I told,him that I didnt get my chedder bite or large fries and he told me they did not ring them up. So I had to pay full price for them. And I used to work for sonic and when I was working and we didnt get the order,right we made it rite without charging them for are mistake. So I wont go again. And the ower was rude too.

The sonic in Nicholasville on 100 Village Parkway is really shitty. The general manager John Hunke should not be a gm. He brought one of the employees Conrad Garland to work after they had been to applebees drinking. Not to metion he also was drinking inside the store. Then another employee Chase Hammond, always gives out free drinks to his underage girlfriends. Both of these employees are managers and theg should not be. I will never go back to that sonic again. I know alpt of things that go on in that store and I would not recommend going there to anyone.

I love sonic but i am allergic to eggs and i am not alone when it comes to this allergy. when i had to rush out for work or church or whatever occasion it maybe, in the mornings if i did not have time to cook i would go and pick up some french toast sticks from sonic. I also have small children and anyone knows with small school age children getting them breakfast in the mornings is hard to do when half the time they are either watching tv or playing instead of getting themselves together on top of trying to get yourself and your husband off to work so no one is late, i usually stop by sonic and pick up some french toast sticks for them & myself, on the way to drop the kids off at school. My question is when will you all bring them back to for good .

i used to work at the sonic in trinidad colorado. i was an assistant manager hostility and threats from another manager and her husband that threatened me at my residence after a managers meeting and sexual discrimination from the store manager due to the fact i was a man. i will never ever have anything to do with the company

The sonic on basswood store number 5105 in fort worth the carhops always give wrong amount of change and the manager there seemed to young and uninterested in my problem. This is theft! The carhop "tia" seemed rude and shorted me change. Never go there.

I rated Sonic at 1, but that is not accurant. It should be -10! Sonic for some reason Sonic has gone down hill especially here in Houston, TX. Hiring uneducated adults that can't comprehend the notion of taking a order or even READ your order back to you. Can you,.. SONIC invest in customer associate with a bit of brain power and common sense to recoginzed you are in CUSTOMER SERVICE which means when a CUSTOMER request correct and decent SERVICE that is the CUSTOMER SERVICE one and only job. I don't need a freaking smile, because I do realize most people see work as just that... Work! But damn take a order down and read back and supply the order to the customer they asked and PAID for virbatim, and if you do make a mistake correct it! NOT THAT DIFFICULT! Ughhh!

I go to the Sonic in Jesup GA every day! The drinks are great! However, I will not be back because the manager (who resombles Kramer off of Seinfield) was completely rude to me today over their credit card machine. I simply swiped my card too soon and he preceded to talk to me like I was a child! Get a new manager for Jesup please!!!!!!

My husband and I was served at the Sonic in Desoto, Tx. Off Beltline and Cockrell Hill. We had to wait 30 minutes before our food finally came out. When it came it was cold. He sent it back and when they brought it back out it was still cold. I tried to speak with a manager, however she never tried to acknowledge me. This is not the first time I've received bad service from this location. They are always slow and mixing up orders. Last night was the final straw, especially since someone that is in a management postition never tried to accomodate me as a customer.

Sonic on castle in garland, tx. Isn't the place to get a burger. Bunch of teenagers playing around and they won't even take your order. Needless to say, waited and waited and no service and I was their only customer. The girl with the headset on was too busy on her cell phone. No burger tonight. Will try Whataburger next time.
