TV - customer service

I will never purchase a Samsung product again. Your customer service live chat is ridiculous. I finally called the 800 number and was told that it is not their problem that some of my channels do not work What??? I followed all of the instructions, paid the cable company to change the cables, twice and your tv still does not work. What kind of company are you that you do not back your own products? How sad that I cannot give you zero stars for a rating.

We have had nothing but trouble from samsung. they refuse to do anything. PLEASE - everybody that feels the same , go to the better business bureau of new jersey and report them!!!! take away thier A+ rating. they don't deserve it! too bad I can't rate them a NEGATIVE 10!!

complaint of rude know nothing service staff

Worse customer service ever! Bought a TV year ago. Tried to get channels programed into it. Used the auto programing and got about 25 spanish channels. We do not speak spanish. Called the company and ask them how to add and substract channes. Was told can't . Called back and got someone who gave me directions to do this. I lost the directions from last year and had to re program channels recently and called Samsun. Was told by about 10 rude service people it is impossible to do. This is not so because it was done last year by a customer service person who talked me through it on phone. I will never ever buy another product with Samsun name on it!!!

Jap Crap

samsung refuses to stand behind their T.V.'s. we were told by e-mail that our refund check was in the mail. When it didn't arrive after 5 days we inquired as to where it might be (lol)! We are now told that they NEVER sent us that e-mail and that we were lying. they said it would not be sent until the 10th at the earliest! meantime, we have a piece of crap that gets so hot you can fry an egg on it, and the sound is going out. this is the second t.v. , and the repairmen have been out three times for this one!! Samsung USED TO BE a good brand, not any more.

SERVICE

Horrible I cant get an answer to get my washer repaired. They wont give me a number to call corporate. I cant get hold of company they say has the ticket to repair it. This washer is only 4 months old. Live support is down and when you call they wont even call the repair company to see whats going on. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Absoulutely the WORST

We purchased a double oven in March of this year. Last month (May) the oven went out. It has now been 3 weeks with no oven. I have called Samsung several times and all I get is I'm sorry. They did send a tech out and he replaced the mother board and two other parts and it still doesn't work. Can't get them to expedite the part that is needed to fix the oven. I will NEVER buy another Samsung nor will I recommend Samsung to anyone. I have no faith in their product.They don't deserve the one star. They don't care as long as they get their money.

The WORST Customer Service

I just hang up the phone with the rudest costumer service representative from Samsung. Of course he was not in the United States. They talk to you like you are stupid and ignorant. They mock you and they laugh as well. Very good customer service Samsung. They don't care about the customer when they have incompetent customer service handling complaints. Next time i will give it a try to another brand but definitely no Samsung.

Don't expect much of anything to last

I would give 0 stars! It sounds ridiculous, but I'm dealing with a 5 yr. Old plasma tv that stopped working completely. Clearly Samsung is aware of this being an issue on all plasma tv's from 2006 to 2008. I feel they are ripping people off and are no help. They do not care about their customers in the least. I spent a lot on this tv and feel it should last a little longer than 5 yrs.

I purchase a dryer and washer last year for black Friday sale and I have been what out a dryer for 6 weeks I was told that dryer needed a motor, I was told that corporate office was going to take 5 days to get back with me to see if dryer was going to be replace. no phone call and still waiting, I will not purchase Samsung product and I made a complaint to the bbb.

Epic Failed Customer Service Department

I was told during a customer support chat to send in My monitor for repair because it was under warranty. I spent 20.00 to ship it to New Jersey and got an email saying the warranty expired and I had to pay 150.00 to get it repaired. I called to see what the issue is and they used the manufacture date not the purchase date for estimation the warranty. I wish I read the other reviews before I sent my monitor in

Unhappy Consumer

Samsung customer service is the worst, Do not purchase a Samsung product. If you do you will regret it if you need the service department. You will spend more tinme trying to get it resolved tahn the4 product is worth,

Galaxy S3

I love this phone so much I give it hugs and snuggle with it. I just wish America could have gotten the quad core version. Don't disappoint me with the S5 xD

tv problem

Bought a 55 inch 6000 eh tv. Didn't work out of the box. Called and was told my only option was this. When available we are obligated to send a repair man to diagnose and repair your tv. I wouldn't have had too big a problem with this, but i wanted them to extend the warranty on the part they replace or the tv itself. Come on it wouldn't even turn on. If you're confident in your product this wouldve been a no brainer. Wouldn't cost you anything. They said no gave me the same speach. So I went with plan 2. Sent it back LOL. didn't cost me anything and in the long run Samsung can keep their broken tv

Samsung S3 Garbage

Bought a samsung S3 phone 4 months ago and every time a new software update comes out the phone will not excecpt the downloads defected software with one year warrenty can not get anyone to correct the problem. Will never buy another SAMSUNG Product AS LONG AS I Live and will not recomend to anybody.

TV Terrible

I bought a 2010 plasma TV that went out less then a year later. They replaced back panel less then year later did the same thing replaced again. Now 7 months later doing the same thing now they say I'm out of luck. Dont buy any Samsung products.Paid 3000 for a tv and can not even watch it with all the purple lines goig through it.

Microwave

I have a Samsung Microwave, which I purchased at Lowes, and paid up-word close to 500.00 dollars, now it does not work, it starts beeping for reasons I don't know. Have to un-plug it. my question to Samsung, is there products only supposed to last just over a year? Products suck if you ask me.....!!

Poor service

Excellent poor service. Charger stopped working for a 2 months old Galaxy 3 and company wants the customer to send the old charger and upon testing and receipt replacement will be sent. Once in France -Apple even sent a new phone replacement to my hotel room

Make great product like galaxy 3-4 etc. Statestically some are defective. The componey has no concern about inconviniance and loss of business due to defective products. staff has no knowladge no customer service

my s3 works inly for 8 months,and now it's had a sudden dead..there are no international guarantee,and if i take it to service it,i'll have to pay a lot..now Samsung,i want a explaination!!!!

I purchased Samsung - 28.0 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator with LCD Touch Screen and Apps - Stainless-Steel SKU: 2305079 from best buy in Nov 2012 Come January 2013 the LCD screen broke. I called to have it reapaired under manufacture warranty. I have 5 ticket numbers still a broken screen and have gotten nowere the applainace center they gave me is C & E appliance in ct. This company has by far the worst service of any repair company I have ever used. The are the authorized provider for SAMSUNG so if you need a repair make sure you ask for a different repair service. They have a habit of not showing up for appointments and ordering the wrong parts as well as lying about backorder status. They are utterly incompetent and to make matters worse the receptionist iS condescending and rude. I have been waiting since January for them to come and repair my refig. If I could give negative stars I would! In the process of filing a consumer protection and better business bureau claim. it is now april and my refig is still broke. Samsung has now helped me on this matter at all my rating is not one star i had to put it there to submit rating is 0
