Worst computer ever

I purchased a computer only to have the hard drive fail after appx. 30 days. After hours on the phone for several days, the senior most customer service rep was not willing to honor some of the possible repair options a lower level rep had offered. She refused to transfer me to a superior, and when she finally admitted she had a supervisor, it was David Choi, President of Samsung. Don't buy a Samsung if you anticipate needing it to work for more than 30 days.

Samsung French Door Refer

I bought a Samsung 29 cu. inch French Door refer from my local store and upon deliver the refer never worked. We lost all of our frozen foods and refrigerated foods to spoilage. Samsung would do nothing but offer a service tech. to come and fix it in three days. They are hide under their warranty instead of trying to fix your issue. They are difficult do deal with and do not care about customer service.

Useless devices

I am using Note 2 but i am not fully satisfied with the features. i was using nokia c6 01 before and really i was satisfied with the nokia devices i think i have done a big mistake and have wasted a huge amount of my money. The device costs 40000 Rs a huge amount that means the device should play every video format but unfortunately it is not able, as far i checked many flv files, mob files and so many video formates same which i was able to play with my nokia c6 01. I downloaded mx player from play store and that plays the files in my sd card and what a shame it is, video player of my device does not play the files. My internet also does not work good and same disconnects many times and then i switch of my device and then works again.

46" TV LNT4669FX/XAA

DO NOT BUY - I've had this TV for approximately 3 yeaars and the capacitors are shot. How do I know? It does not turn on without 3 - 5 minutes of clicking. I've gone on line and discovered that this is because Samsung installed the wrong size capacitors. SHAME on Samsung! Based on the unacceptable level of support others have received form Samsung's coorporate office, I will not buy another Samsung product.

Inaccessible

I wrote a letter for the personal attention of Mr Bey MD Samsung SA and wanted an e-mail address to send it to him. The incompetence level from switchboard all the way up, right to a secretary who hasn't answered the phone for a week, was shocking. I sent through the mail to an addy finally supplied and have not even received an acknowledgement of my mail.

Repair issues

I bought a samsung refrigerator 8yrs. Ago. The refrigerator part of the unit stopped working. I was told it would take 2 weeks to get the part I need. In the mean time every 15 seconds the warning beeper goes off and is driving me crazy. I will never buy a samsung product again and have warned all my friends not to buy one also

RF268 Refrigerator

We purchased the refrigerator 2 years and 1 month ago for about $2,200. Our upper icemaker went out and we received no support from Samsung. We were told that the units had an insulation issue. They had us remove all the food and leave the fridge unplugged for 24hrs. This did not resolve the issue. When we asked for a repair estimate we were told they couldn't give us one but "it would cost a ton of money". We are done w/Samsung!

customer service

Samsung is doing a great jopb of insulating their headquarters from complaints from customers. Their agents abroad are hard to understand. The voice mail system is another issue. I was cut off several times with the message "your call was unable to be completed". Beyond frustrating. I then tried to call the headquarters in the U.S. but the calls did not go throiugh.

no help from samsung

we have a washer model wf218anw less than 4 years old. the washer makes a loud vibrating noise when it pumps out. samsung mor or less told me it's our problem after one year. guess that says it all for high quality. very unhappy with samsung and will not purchase again.

worst products, worst customer service

Don't buy Samsung Microwave ovens. I bought one and within 3 months there was an excessive flow of microwave energy that it's heat sealed the door into the cabinet. Excessive microwave energy causes magnet problem. This is very serious for anyone who has a pacemaker. It's been 4 weeks since I first reported the problem. Now they say that my warranty only refers to parts and labor -- not to replacing the microwave. In other words Samsung sells defective products and then tells you they are not responsible for their products.

Samsung galaxy s3

I currently have a galaxy 3 and i recently updated my software which i am now able to see emojis on twitter and im not sure about facebook. But i have one concern how is it that i can see them but not send them and i have downloaded and android emojis keyboard but i can not see when i send them emojis . Just thonking you guys should make update our phones to see emojis ツ

samsung cell phone quality

I am so unhappy with the quality of the new cell phones. Samsung is making the phones so easy to break. It is terrible to have to pay 500.00 to 800.00 for a cell phone thats made out of glass.

I purchased a Samsung LCD Series 5 550 flat screen tv in 2008. Two years after I purchased it a part (diode) went out. In 2012 the control panel went out. I know they don't make tvs like they used to but the money I spent on this tv only to last for less than four years is not good. The technician informed me that it would be cost-prohibitive to purchase a brand new control panel. Unless Samsung can right the wrong I am looking for another brand. In fairness to Samsung I am writing them about the matter.

Samsung does not back their products. We had a frontloader washing machine that stopped working after 2 years due to issues with ball bearings. They did not back their product and wouldn't replace the part. Customer service is rude when you call and you can't ever get through to the corporate office( I have been trying for at least 1 month). No email address to send letters to.

No Love!

I have a two year old 60" Samsung plasma tv that has stopped working. The technition informed me that the power board has went out, and that it will cost me $400. to fix. So, I called Samsung for help with this issue, and they simly told me that they wouldn't help me because my warranty has expired. I feel that a tv should last longer than two years without having to make such an expensive repair. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER Samsung product again, because if they only back their products during the warranty period; that tells me that their product isn't worthy.

sucks

I bought a new washing machine and dryer back in April of 2012 and now my washing machine wont fill up and my dryer will not dry my clothes on any settings. I will never buy anything from samsung again.

Samsung as a company

I purchased an LCD TV from Samsung. The model number is LNT-4061 FX. I had trouble with the HDMI ports within the first year. I started to have trouble again with the HDMI ports so I downloaded firmware from Samsung's website. The firmware did not install correctly and I had to take the TV to a repair center. The repair center called me today and told me that they would have to replace the motherboard and it would cost $400 to fix the TV. I tried calling Samsung directly to resolve the issue but they said that because the TV is out of warranty that they will not do anything. I told Samsung that this is not a warranty issue, I downloaded their software and it ruined my TV. I do not think this is fair as I used their software.I would like a replacement TV or a motherboard at a greatly reduced price. I also own one of their refridgerators which is starting to rust near the ice\water dispenser. Samsung will not help us with that concern either. I am done with Samsung. No more!

Not sure why such low reviews

I'm not sure why Samsung has such bad reviews? Because I just bought a washer and dryer back in Aug. and the washer made my whites yellow... I called (took some time to get in touch with them.) But Lowe's came and got it brought me a new one and Samsung send me a check for the damaged clothing. Maybe the reason other people are so unhappy is because they are not nice when calling. I need to replace my Kitchen stuff so I will be buying Samsung.. Will be posting this on my blog. Because I think they are wonderful, Thank You so much for making this easy for me....

Support Sucks

Samsung service sucks!!!!!! I purchased a Samsung TV but the sound is horrible. I called on 12/18 and when I didn't hear from them I contacted them again and found out that they lost the repair ticket. I spoke on their chat on Dec 26th and they promised to call to arrange a visit from a technician. Lo and behold I received the following e-mail today. "We did not receive your UN19D4003BDXZA and the request has been cancelled. Service Ticket Number : 4117379340 If the product has been shipped and our records are incorrect, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (1-800-726-7864) with proof of delivery documentation and your ticket number" No request was ever made to ship the TV to them. As a matter of fact, I was told both live and on chat that a technician would be contacting me for an in-house visit. Are they that incompetant? I guess so. I guess I'll just have to return the TV to BEst Buy and purchase another brand. Goodbye Samsung. Nice knowing you.
