SamSung Sucks

I bought a 43 In. Samsung T.V. in March 2013 in Oct. 2013 the plastic stand that came with the tv broke and the tv fell and broke the screen now Samsung wants me to pay to get it fixed they take people I wouldn't tell anyone to buy anything with Samsung name

I recently spoke with Samsung Customer Representatives about a product issue. Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable, professional and considerate. They expressed a genuine concern about my issue and did all they could to resolve my problem. They went above and beyond my expectations and I am very happy with the resolution. Samsung HPT4254

For the last year and one half, this TV has been sitting unused. It has the symptoms, exactly of all the recall TV's I the htp 500 series. Clicking and not turning on. I was told by your website and call line, sorry. Why is my tv, which is having the exact same dysfunctional issue not recalled. My review? Samsung does not stand behind their defective product. I cannot believe this. I called the recall hotline, and was denied. What is Samsung going to do about this?

I ordered a Samsung refrigerator from home depot. Samsung called me to set up a delivery date. Unfortunately they scheduled a date when the delivery service is closed Monday's) ok, I understood so set up another date but Samsung short shipped the refrigerator and once again it was not delivered. Once again they apologized and set up yet another date. I postponed a trip to be home for the delivery. No one called, to give me a delivery window. I called Samsung customer service to find out what happened. They said they don't have any record of delivery date. I had no choice out of frustration over the incompetence of this company that I cancelled my order. SAMSUNG, YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE MORE GOOD CUSTOMERS like myself if you continue to give poor, inadequate customer service. Very disappointed!!

My 31/2 year old Samsung refrigerator broke October 12th, since then I been giving the runaround by Samsung, they told me before they were going to refund the money, but they call me a couple of days later to tell me I was denied the claim, I was just told that again today, but I don't believe them anymore. They like to drag their feet, I guess so you get tired and give up.

Poor poor poor customer service. I mail my tablet in for service and it was damage in shipment they want me to pay $150 for a new one. $300 spent down the drain. I was thinking of getting a samsung phone I have the I phone now but do glad I didn't. With apple costumer service is great. I have I I pad and it was blacking out on me. I took it right in the apple stir and they gave me a new one just like that quick and easy. I had a small crack in my screen too they didn't even say anything about it. I did care that I had the crack because I had it covered under my replacement plan but the apple store didn't know about that and replace my I pad. Samsung on their other had force you to mail their product off and cares less what happens to it. They have the worst policy ever it made to cover them self. False warranty! Stay away from samsung!!!!

Washing Machine

I have been waiting for a replacement washing machine a model which was rejected because of fire risk. Even though a representative was in contact with me nothing was happening and I am still waiting for the replacement machine. tried contacting his superior but was told by the call centre operator that it was a company policy that I could not speak with his superior. This does not say much about the company when a complainant cannot contact anyone else in Samsung - poor custiomer service! Will have to think seriously about buying another Samsung product

Washing Machine

Going on 21 days without our Samsung Washing Machine. We've been lied to by the 1-800 SAMSUNG Reps who are so rude and disrespectful. Obviously, they don't know that their salaries are paid by the customer. We have had 3 service visits with either the wrong part of defective part. Just heard from the authorized repair people, the part is wrong again so they are cancelling our 4th visit today until they hear from Samsung Parts department. WOW, they have us right where they want us. NEVER NEVER again will I buy a Samsung product. At least have the decency to stand behind your faulty equipment. Thanks for nothing!!!

Galaxy S4 Active

I brought the Galaxy S4 Active outright for $700.00 3 weeks ago the phone kept getting heated while on calls, today while on a call the phone got so hot I heard a popping sound and saw that the screen was cracked. I could not believe it, I called Samsung since I were under warranty but after being on hold for over 2 hours and speaking to a rep I got nowhere Samsung refused to replaced the phone instead advised me to ship the phone and will be charged another $200.00 and wait for 2 weeks to repair the phone. This is the worst customer service ever. I will never buy another Samsung product again nor refer anyone to purchase phone.

Don't Buy Samsung

We bought a new Samsung dishwasher July 4th, 2013 and after numerous calls, technician visits, waiting for call backs, having all internal parts replaced it is still not working. If you call for repair, it is at least a weeks wait. We are STILL waiting.

Poor Customer Service

I wouldn't purchased another Sumsung product if they gave it to me. 2 years and 9 months after my OTR microwave was installed it quit. Can't get any service. Lots of promised and even a one time accomodation to cover parts and labor. Guess thats useless if you can't get anyone to come.

Absolutely the WORST websites I've ever encountered. Trying to find instructions on how to work new Samsung Camera ST72 I just purchased. Won't let me look at instructions without downloading. Can't get to customer service. All I want is a simple diagram of what the different buttons do! No instruction book with product, of course. I'm returning the camera and will NEVER buy Samsung again. Too bad, they used to be a good company.

Poor Quality Washer & Dryer

I purchase a washer & dryer (WF218ANW) on 3-15-2010. Both units are broke as of today, 7-23-2013. I called a local repairman and he said it would cost more to repair them than to purchase new ones. I emailed the Samsung Customer Support and they only sent out generic emails saying the machines were out of warranty and it would cost me $200 for them to dispatch a diagnostic technician. I am so disappointed and highly upset at the poor quality of Samsung products and the lack of concern toward costumers that only had the product within 3 years. I had a whirlpool for 20 years and I only changed due to wanting an updated machine with more features. I would recommend that No One purchase Samsung products. I will continue to write letters to Samsung corporate office because new machines should service a family of 3 much longer than this Samsung machine has lasted.

Poor washer quality

two and half year old machine broke down twice. This time the inner tub has broken free and it takes two weeks for repair and over $700.

Service Support TV

Purchased 2-Samsung TV (40 & 50 inch) same models. 40 needs new board waiting on it, today support thinks it been shipped but its now part id being validated. I asking for Return Authorization to return both TVs to Best Buy tomorrow

Galaxy S3 breakage

In our family we have 4 Gal. S3's and a notebook. They are great phones but I and one of my sons have dropped our phones from a height of 18 inches and both now have broken screens. I am very disappointed in the quality of the screens.

Tv issues Rude as hell!!!!

Charged my credit card twice for repair and was hung up on!!! Samsung suck!! This is ridiculous! I would never recommend this product to anyone!!!

We had purchased a washer from Lowes in Monroe, Wa.., And now we wouldn't touch another Samsung Product And why is this being written? It's only due to the Lowes adjuster and the manager Robert at lLowes Monroe. Wa. We had everything go wrong from the cabinets being torn out to not having a kitchen for now going on three weeks. The washer has flooded the whole kitchen area.

Samsung. Garbage don't buy it. A waste of money. The same goes for companys they hire to fix whatever you have. Advice STAY AWAY.
