third world experience in utah

stayed for two nights in wendover ut. paid extra thinking we would have "quality", what a joke, egress door locked, dirty room, noisey, furnishings shabby, never again.

Guess

Improvement at 1441 S. Manchester in Anaheim are not being done by code nor by a general contractor. They have guys working and made some stairs mickey mouse without based per California code.

noisy, noisy, noisy

Just when you think it couldn't get worse it does! Stay away from Quality inns...we had one issue after the other. I am awake at 2:30 am listening to what sounds like a stampede of elephants from the room above us...the floor squeaks everytime these heavy, inconsiderate people above us make noise...there is no floor sound proofing. So much for a convenient place to stay by the airport. I wouldn't pay a $1.00 to stay at this or any other Quality Inn.

Bed bugs

I stayed in the Quality Inn in Galloway NJ, the hotel was filthy and filled with bed bugs . I want a refund on the room. The general manger clearly does not know how to treat a women .

Quality Inn Central Denver CO

When i checked in everything seemed to be nice.I got into the elvator and rode to the 6th floor with my son when the doors opened i was greeted with cigarate smoke and other smoke use your imaganation on a non smoking floor told managment nothing was done.I think they cut all ther pillows in half the sewed them up. The maid never vacumed are room in six days tried talking to her didint speak any engish.WiFi diidnt work half the time.I could type a book but before i go dont eat at the restaraunt at the hotel i mean it.

rude manage

Wisconsin, lodi location. I reserved the room under my visa but paid with a mastercard. I did inform the front desk upon check-in that i would be paying this way. After leaving and paying with the mastercard i checked my account and found they still have a hold on my visa. I called the hotel`s assistant manage, i believe his name is ralph. He was so rude. He told me that the visa was not on file and there was nothing on hold. I kept insisting i was looking at my on-bank statement and the hold was still pending. He was very short with me. He is very unprofessional and an untrained assistant manager and i will never stay there again if this is how they treat their customers.

Complaint

Our family reunion was in Helen,GA. The Quality Inn there is SO nasty! One of our sons and his family would not stay there because of so many bugs in the room. We booked 7 rooms for our family reunion. ALL the rooms smelled like mildew/ smoke. The plug for the A/C was not even covered, it was just a hole in the wall. My daughter in law's room, the lamp that she turned on, sparked and popped, and the lights went out The pool did not have any water in it.. This Inn in a dirty , old and dangerous place. Corporate NEEDS to spend some money and up grade, up date or just condemn this place.

bed bugs!!!

Quality Inn Kingman, AZ We complained we found bugs in our bed. Two months later the manager emails me "Are you stupid?? It probably was a bed bug as our hotel is infested with them. said she was sorry but there was nothing she could do. Don't stay there!!! this is a choice hotel can you believe it??

NIGHTMARE!

stayed at quailty inn in LIvonia,Mi for 2+ months worst hotel i've ever been to. The staff is very rude talk to you condescendly I've seen garbage treated better than they treat customers. Veryyyy dirty floors, tables old as dirt even the air is nasty. A customer in the lobby on day looked very upset I asked him what's wrong? And he said he found 12 bed bugs crawling on him at night. They kicked him out the next day!!! like he was the one who had them? there was more people who found bed bugs the man had nothing to do with it...I guess you get what you pay for I rather spend an extra 60 bucks then stay at a crackhead hotel like that

worst of the worst

Stayed in Quality Inn in Reading, PA it certainly was the worst. Dresser and air were broken. Rude desk clerk, gave a guest a rag to wipe coffee that was on floor and when guest wiped it up she left the rag on floor, the rag remained the for 10 hrs until I took a picture and then it was removed. I made a reservation for friends and they gave her wrong room and then stuck her in a room with water stains covering the ceiling. I took pictures of that also. Served.sour milk because there was no ice in center of pitchers and food was not covered. The police were there one morning because desk clerk not responsive to guest that found a bed bug, This place is a disgrace to the Quality Inn name and I wrote to Choice Privileges and they just pushed me off the manager of that motel and he could care less.

rude staff, poor choice of food for breakfast, same thing every day, cold eggs greasy sausages, air conditioner in room didn't work very well sink plugged, had to keep going to front desk to complain, they dont seem to care how the condition of the room is, won't go back again, will spent a few extra dollars and drive a few miles more but get a hotel that cares about their customers

We recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Wilmington, North Carolina (2945 Market St.). It was a dated motel but more important, it not clean. The carpet in our room was disgusting, the drapes were torn and hanging off the rod, there was food on the floor from the previous rental and we are sure the sheets were not clean. Slept sitting up and left at first light. A very insincere apology on check out. Never again will we stay at a Quality Inn.

Quality Inn STL airport - Beware!

The owners of the Quality Inn airport are not trustworthy, rude and not professional. I would avoid any business transaction with this location at all costs.

Bed Bugs

My husband was bitten by bed bugs during an overnight stay at Quality Inn & Suites (OH305) 2340 Westbelt Dr. Columbus, OH on 3/22/2013 - Room 211. After discovering the bed bugs crawling on white sheets, he tried to kill one by smashing it on the sheets. Blood came out on the sheets, which I have on video. We took the live, crawling bug to the front desk clerk in a plastic bag. She called her supervisor who told us she would have the exterminators investigate. She definitely could not dispute the bug we brought to her in a plastic bag. I have pictures as proof.

Poor service, Very bad rooms, Over priced

Rest assure that I will travel an extra 100 miles not to stay in a Quality Inn, Were do I start, Over priced rooms, Dirty rooms hair all over beds sheets looked like they were never changed frozen refrigerator lamp parts missing, Cieling leaking and ready to fall down. Don't even complain to the front desk they don't care and if you try to complain to Corporate Headquarters they don't even have time to respone to your complaint. I also have pictures to back up my complaint, the next night I stayed in a Days Inn for one third the price and the place was so clean you could perform an operation in it. Pecos, TX (TX367)

poor rating due to rudeness

So very disappointed with Quality Inn . The rates were great but the rudeness from the staff guarentees my never returning id rather pay extra then to be treated so rudely. My husband fishes FLW n BFL we are in Mooresville NC with a tournament today, we just left the quality inn where we spent 3days g room 221. I called the front desk last night with a simple question and the gentleman was so rude I will NEVER return .
